interesting

i had good time watching, the show has it own flaws but i do like the cast, the male leads have good chemistry and the plot is interesting,it does make sense that the show gives thai vibes as its produced by a thai company, while the actors are both korean and speak in korean language, im kind of thankful that we didnt have half of the cast speak in korean while the other half smh understand korean but reply in thai, when everyone is talking in the same language it feels more logical and watchable so there is no issue related to that here.
the good points:
an interesting plot, good chemistry, visually beautiful
flaws: one of the ml acting is a bit weak
overall id love to see the mls in more bls in the future

Messy production!

This was one big mess, the production did a really bad job! The cut off scenes, scenes just skipping to a completely different part of the story. It felt like half of the scenes were randomly deleted between all the scenes left.
And the 2 minuted episodes just screwed it up even more.

The story was actually good and the acting was good enough. The only actor that didn't do a very good job was the lead actor Kim Dong Bin who played Yun Ho.
There was a bit of chemistry, but it didn't show well because of the cut off scenes. Same with the kisses.

The visuals and the music were good.

The Most Non-Toxic Couple in the C-Drama World

Welcome back again, guys. So, straight after ending “The Hidden Heir Ye Chen”, I decided to take “Glaze of Love” on a whim and basically had my schedules crashing with “Love beyond the Grave” (one of my long-awaited dramas). As usual, I don’t expect much from a simple short drama, but the synopsis does pique my interest. I binge-watched it in one fell swoop, spending the amount of time as much as 3 days, before finally recovering to prepare my mental well-being (for the sake of April Fool’s Day).

The plot is revolved around a pair of socially awkward couple, Zhao Xiaocen and Xu Xiao. Xiaocen herself is timid and inept in social skills, only dares to express her feelings through arts and chooses the path of cultural relics restoration which she feels the most suitable with. Xiaocen is also a fragile girl and always gets sick due to lack of proper rest and healthy diets, that her mother has to constantly make an over-the-top fuss about her. Meanwhile, Xu Xiao has his own issues as well – his family was once purged by a huge debt plus his father sold counterfeit antiques to other people and his mother loses faith in him, deciding to remarry with other man. He also finds solace in cultural relics restoration and often works part-time in an antique shop, occasionally becoming an antique appraiser, a talent endowed to him since his childhood. Their relationship is quite pleasant without any lingering misunderstandings, stupid breakups, and tons of cheesy tropes usually found in other dramas.

I really need to commend the acting of the two leads, Lai Weiming and Zhou Yiru. Prior to “Glaze of Love”, I only watched Lai Weiming once in “Fangs of Fortune” as Pei Siheng, and he’s the reason why I didn’t fast-forward his scenes back then. In this drama, he embodies Xu Xiao seamlessly and projects every kind of emotion in an expressive way. As for Zhou Yiru, I must say that her character’s personality is a perfect copycat to mine as I often feel the way Xiaocen does and kudos to her for making Xiaocen stand out from the cast (aside from her co-star). Second couple is unnecessary and we don’t even get their backstories, flashbacks, or whatsoever – which is absolutely frustrating. The other friends are so-so, but they’re quite nice in a way. Shout out to Xiaocen’s fussy dear mommy because I really need to suppress the urge of shutting her tongue up for babbling nonstop (she resembles my own mother too).

OST is commendable, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere, even on Shazam. If anyone finds it, you can share it in the comment section of my review.

Overall, an absolutely non-toxic and fluffy light-hearted watch to pass your time. It may not be as outstanding as those high-budget idol dramas, but it still deserves a laudable praise from global and mainland audiences. I guess I’m going to end the review here (‘cause there’s not much to say), good luck and happy watching!!!

Interesting and yirannn

I really enjoyed Generation to Generation (2026). The storyline is a bit complicated at first, but once you get into it, the details actually help you understand everything better. It’s the kind of drama where you need to pay attention, but it’s worth it.
The character development is really fun to watch — you can see how each character grows and changes over time, which makes it more engaging.
Also, the sword fighting scenes are super entertaining. They’re well done and add a lot of excitement to the drama.
Overall, definitely worth watching if you like something a bit deeper with good action.

IU, please stay soft

I was surprised by this drama because it was my first time seeing IU in a role like this it felt strange at first She was bolder than necessary and I’m not a fan of that much explicit content. I really hope she doesn’t take on roles like this again because what makes IU so special is her innocence that’s what we love about her. The story itself was good and her acting was impressive as always, but certain scenes were just unnecessary IU shines brightest when she’s in roles that match her soft

THE BEST THING EVER!

"Loving you is the best thing I've ever done."

I always love when there's a title drop; it really just fulfills the whole experience of watching/reading something.

I truly love how romance and relationships were portrayed in this drama. It all felt so healthy and comforting, that it really makes me hope for a love like this. He Suye, despite being a cunning and scheming type with his advances/flirting on Shen Xifan, never did disrepect Xifan's personal struggles and choices which were a contrast to her past relationship— truly the best thing that happened.

This is so "All These and More" album by The Ridleys coded! I am so not normal about them— I love this couple and this drama so much! Definitely something I'd rewatch whenever I am feeling hopeless romantic.

PS. This drama made me fell inlove with Zhang Linghe and he fr need more modern roles!! Also, the chemistry is so top-tier that I couldn't bring myself to watch Our Generation, but Pursuit of Jade truly hooked me (for me that's his best historical/costume drama look)

peak after peak!

"In this life, the next life, for all lifetimes, we'll always be connected."

One of the best parts about this drama is the characters and how they felt deeply human. I actually sympathized with everyone, even the supposed villains, due to how compelling and deep their characters are. I really love the sense of realism here. From beginning to end, I was completely hooked and never a dull moment when watching it.

The only flaw of this drama is how short it was— 40 episodes wasn't enough. It may sound too long and can be quite intimidating, but once you actually watch it, you'll definitely ask for more. Most especially, the fact that there's a novel of this which shows there's more to unpack. (to be fair tho, there's still a restriction on episodes at the time this was being filmed)

Despite the drama lacking in more context and scenes, it was still excellently executed with its pacing. Therefore, the experience in watching this drama is still something not to miss. I really love everything about this drama and it gave me interest to read the novel!

Just dark with worst ending

i got back on this the starting felt so boring, but I couldn't find other drama so decided to watch I should say I got hooked and liked the drama but the ending shit ? Chinese drama specially fantasy and historical are always sad , dying or tragedy, there's literally no romance except from 2 kiss scene they're really good couple in this but story focus is 1 % romance, I am annoyed by shit ending? seriously can't give a happy ending? even though the villian gang was still alive how come they are waiting right outside?and FML is dumb enough to go alone ?just before seeing ending I wanted to give this 10 because I got hooked and liked the story but the ending I wanted to give 1, I have no problem with actors, acting, chinese story are still not korean level to me,poor writing, and drama are not satisfying to me ? even though they haven't made FML ml die in the end but why show the same loop ? the last scene was same just few eps before,
The focus isn't romance but the background story, they haven't mentioned slight romance in this ,I got hooked ,ignored if romance wasn't there but they make it worse by bad ending

my forever comfort drama

"Even if we're no longer young. Sun sets, but love remains. Your heart will still beat with pleasure when I fly towards you."

Everything about this drama radiates healing, comfort, and love. It’s also so wave to earth and the ridleys coded, and I just love everything about this! Definitely the kind of drama I’d go back to whenever life gets hard.

The male lead’s performance was genuinely wow — and I was so surprised to find out he’s actually Korean! He has other dramas too so now I have a watchlist ready. The female lead I’ve only seen in this one, but she was just as impressive.
The story is the classic rich guy / poor girl setup, but it felt fresh and not cliché at all. I watched it on YouTube at the time and it was honestly one of the best watching experiences. Simple but so special. 🥲✨

No narrative cohesion

Beyond the bar was Kdrama that has so much potential to be better. I was quite disappointed for the way the story of the main characters went by. The cases were sometime interesting, and how they explained the law was not always interesting. Compared to other law dramas, this was average and the drama felt messy and full of detached endings and plot holes.

So let me explain why I think it felt incomplete.
So first of all, we have the main female lead who is a prodigy kid who becomes an intern at Yullim. Okay, she is the main female lead, but she is put together with other interns, and the drama had no involvement of them. As side characters, they really stayed on the side, while they could have had an opportunity to do more. Even in other dramas, side characters do way more than they do in this drama. As the drama progressed, the whole attention was only on the female lead, making her unrealistically central. Even as prodigy kid, that was unrealistic. If she was working in the firm, it is understandable, but still, they could have integrated the other three interns into the stories to make the power balance smoother.
Then her personal story, with her twin deaf sister who had been given up to her aunt for addoption, I felt like her sister's story was quickly brushed off; there was so much material to use from her point of view, maybe merging with a case, and she could have appeared in these scenes way earlier than coming at the very end to meet her parents.

Also, her feelings, and her crushing over her boss was weird; it felt off and not fitting the story and no chemistry between the two. It felt like they decided last minute to add this idea because it didn't really fit well, like "we need romance because it’s a K-drama" and there is not always a need for romance.
Another point is; she was doing too much, getting involved in personal business and felt unnatural because she was an intern, but she was hanging around with older lawyers. If she was a new employee, as an associate lawyer, then yes, the story would be more natural, but when you take an intern who is 27ish and you put her at the same table with 42-44-year-olds, it feels unrealistic.

The main male lead felt forcefully pushed to look at an 11-year younger intern as if she could be a potential partner. That was confusing because, in the story, he shows no interest in her, but the plot pushed them in a weird uncomfortable way. Clearly, there was no need to try to make a love story with boss and employee.

Also, the couple who just started dating, their story just started, and the drama just ended like that. We didn’t get enough time to digest. The story felt like they were going to go with one plot, and at the last minute, they added things. The drama in my opinion lacked a narrative cohesion and had underdeveloped character arcs.
They had so many details to use and create a powerful series; most of the time it felt like the characters were just there so the cases could be shown. If you know what I mean, it felt messy and incomplete; the plot was going here and there with so many plot holes.

It's the best one I've ever watched but what a shame that it doesn't have a season 2 yet .

Like ohh my god I really can't express this , but I can't resist to write , I want to write and express my feelings about this particular series .
I swear it's the first series that made me cry like a fool .
I'm so impressed by Stay with Me; it's better than I ever imagined.

I am completely obsessed with Shu Yu and Wu Bi! The way they fell in love, fought, and found their way back to each other was pure perfection. Hands down, this is the best drama I have ever watched!

I know I’m late to the party, but I just finished this drama and I am completely overwhelmed by how deeply attached I’ve become. Wu Bi’s fierce possessiveness and jealousy made my heart skip a beat, while Shu Yu’s adorable teasing perfectly balanced their dynamic. Their love was so profound that they were truly ready to sacrifice everything for one another. The finale proved this beautifully: when the brakes failed, Wu Bi intentionally steered the car to take the brunt of the impact himself, choosing to risk his own life just to shield Shu Yu from harm. I understood Wu Bi’s devotion through every single episode. It’s hard to put into words exactly what I’m feeling right now, but watching this masterpiece was worth every second.

I’m convinced that when Shuyu said 'I love you, Ocean,' he was actually telling Wubi. It’s obvious that Wubi is the reason Shuyu moved on from Ye Wan Wing; he knew his heart belonged to Wubi all along. They were inseparable, and I’ve never seen Shuyu smile like that with anyone else. The way Shuyu changed Wubi’s life is indescribable. They were truly meant for each other, meeting at the perfect time when they needed each other most.

Shuyu finally realized that he is the most important person in Wubi's life—a truth captured perfectly in Wubi's smile. Wubi did everything in his power to protect Shuyu, proving that genuine love has nothing to do with external beauty or gender. Instead, true love is built on the time spent together, mutual care, and a constant, comforting warmth. It is defined by selfless sacrifice, where a single embrace provides complete comfort, and finding joy in fulfilling the other person's wishes is the only reward that matters. ..

I never thought I could fall so deeply in love with a bromance series, but this show completely shattered the thought of mine that bromance can't compete with BL dramas. I am so incredibly grateful to the friend who recommended this masterpiece!
It’s not just a cute show that makes me blush —it resonates with me on a profound level. The scriptwriter, the director, and the lead actors deserve endless praise for bringing this majestic, outstanding project to life. You can truly see the deep meaning and immense effort behind every single frame.

It is deeply frustrating that strict censorship regulations have prevented the production of Stay With Me Season 2. As dedicated fans, we deserve a proper resolution to the story of Su Yu and Wu Bi, especially since the audience is so emotionally invested. It is well-known that the cast is eager to film the sequel, making it highly disappointing that industry roadblocks are holding it back.
While Zhang Jiongmin continues to secure roles in various new dramas, it feels unfair that his partnership with Xu Bin for this series has been completely stalled. Leaving an audience hanging for over three years is incredibly disheartening for a fandom that has supported the show from the very beginning.
I’ve actually cried over this because I am so deeply attached to their story.

What I wrote is way too short to express what it made me feel .

Better Than I Thought

I went into this with pretty low expectations and yes, it is a pretty standard office drama but what took me by surprise was how much heart was in the story.
Yes the FL is quite meek but she stops being a doormat, is very resilient and acts her age which I can never emphasis enough how much I adore this in a drama. Her chemistry with the ML was great too so I enjoyed their moments. I do agree with one comment that said it did drag a bit near the end. Personally, the final arc was a bit shounen-y for a josei and it would've been perfect ending at eight episodes but overall, still tolerable. I really liked the ending theme song too
