A Decent One
The drama started off really well and was quite entertaining in the beginning. It had plenty of cute, heart-fluttering moments that genuinely made me feel giddy at times. The premise itself was interesting and had a lot of potential. However, as the story progressed, the plot started to feel rushed. It seemed like the writers were trying to include too many tropes one after another, which made the narrative messy and unfocused. I was genuinely invested at first, but eventually, I found myself getting bored, and the last few episodes were honestly difficult to sit through. A lot of the added storyline didn’t feel necessary, and the drama lost its potential midway, ultimately weakening the overall impact. That said, the performances were decent, and the tone remained lighthearted, even if it became dull later on.The highlights for me were definitely the chemistry between the leads and their soft, lovey-dovey moments. I especially loved the early confession scene,like when the electricity went out and she accidentally touched the bulb and the whole area lit up,it was lovely. Another favorite was when he ate a candy he disliked just so they could become friends. Small gestures like that were really endearing.
I also found it adorable how he would try to make her heart race either by lifting her or getting close to her in a romantic way. And the final proposal scene at the aquarium was absolutely beautiful.
The most underwhelming aspect, however, was the lack of depth in both the story and the characters. Even when the narrative attempted to introduce emotional growth or tragic elements, it didn’t have the depth needed to make those moments truly impactful.

Criminally Underrated
"There are two kinds of happiness in life. One is to let go of what you have been carrying for a long time, and the other is to pick up what you have never had. So when facing life, why not be bolder?"This drama is criminally underrated. I also went into it mainly to watch Zhang Linghe, but I was genuinely surprised by how it kept me invested throughout. Despite the complexity of the plot, it still manages to stay light-hearted, especially since the antagonists can be funny and unserious at times.
I’m especially in LOVEEEEEEEE with the second couple (Xu Nian & Guan Qian Ya) because their chemistry was intimate, deep, and intense. They had real depth in both their characters and their arc. Guan Qian Ya was so strong and independent, and her chemistry with him was absolutely wonderful. They were so good that words honestly can’t describe how I felt likee I loved them so much. And it’s not just because I’m a Zhang Linghe fan, but because of how beautifully their characters were written, depicted, and presented. Their storyline pulled me in so much that I could feel every moment, almost like I was transported into their world.
The main leads (Lu Xiao & Jiang Ke Le) were good too. Their story was nice and cute. I really loved the Jiang Ke Le; she was adorable at times. Watching her humorous, cute side here, especially after seeing her more badass role in Moonlight Mystique, was actually very refreshing.
Now coming to the plot—it was fantastic. It completely hooked me till the last episode. There was always this sense of uneasiness and eagerness about what was going to happen next and how they would leave the Bay House. It was incredible. I literally stayed up till 5 a.m. watching episodes because it was that interesting.
And the plot twists OMFG, don’t even get me started. They were absolutely perfect. The second leads’ first meeting turning out to be part of the game (and that too one-on-one user) was mind-blowing. Then the early revelation that the boys were real humans trapped in the house, it set the tone so well. But the biggest twist in episode 30, when it’s revealed they were still inside the game, was insane LIKE I WAS BEING BRO WHATTTTTTTT. The transitions and plot development were so smooth that I never even guessed it could be a possibility. The twist about Xu Nian being Xu Guang Han’s son was also shocking, And then the AI robot twist, wow. Just wow.
I loved how, in the end, everyone got their own happy relationship, it was so wholesome. Not to forget, Xu Fu Shun was amazing, she was perfect. Even the whole mouse-and-cat chase dynamic added so much excitement.
Overall, everything about Love Crossed was amazing. Its take on existence, identity, freedom, and humanity was genuinely thoughtful, and the drama is actually very well written. Even the OST , sung by all four of them, was beautiful.

A Must Watch

From beginning to the end (except the last few mins),It was fabulous. The cinematography was beautiful 😍 ❤️. Fighting sequences were like swords dipped in ink ,used as brush to write a poetry for Moon burning with the sun's energy. Be it scenes from Wufeng training girls drenched in muddy water and blood,to Yun Weishan fighting and winning against Jin Fan (who isn't even using his 30% energy) ,to Gong Ziyu fighting for his beloved with his messy, inexperienced and low skills, to Gong Shangjue who is taking revenge for his little brother's death, to The intense fight of Wufeng V/s the Gong Family.
The characters were soooooo amazing-
Yun Weishan - She has my heart. A low level Chi who has many secrets and is flawless in fighting. Soft hearted but so strong that makes her character perfect. Esther Yu finally performing a mature character was such cherry on the top for me , after watching her being serious for few minutes in dramas like Lovegame in the Eastern Fantasy and Love between fairy and devil, I really wanted her to watch in mature roles.My favourite character from this drama. Her struggles, her sister's story is much more tragic and the end. Freedom is extravagant for me. A woman who only dreamt of freedom,finds herself more entangled in the politics and betrayal of this Martial Arts World.
Gong Ziyu - messy boy who isn't interested in power ,travels towards maintaining, accepting and respecting the responsibility. The growth of Gong Ziyu's character- from a boy to a Man, a person who was appointed as the Sword Wielder overnight,who learns to love,to respect legacy and to understand responsibility ,his journey from Ziyu to The Sword Wielder captures one's heart. The scene where Gong Ziyu gives a cloud(thousand years ice slab) to Yun Weishan,while expressing that - There is a lock in my heart and only you have the key, and Yun asking him to believe her this once - Mann it was beautiful, emotional and tear worthy.
Gong Shangjue - The cruel, intense, intelligent character that hides his fears and sadness . Never thinks about himself but throughout the drama , the essence of his character is revealed bit by bit which makes him an interesting person to be curious about.
Shangguan Qian- She loved only one person - herself. She was much manipulate who also had a soft spot but it never became the obstacles in her mission. At one point of time ,everyone in the Gong Residence was plotting against her and still she manages to fool them.
Gong Zishang - Her character was beautifully written - a selfless woman ,in love with Jim Fan while hiding her true emotions,scars and fears behind the veil of foolish acts. The scenes where she buys the whole lantern cart , desperately waiting for Jin Fan and him secretly admiring her sincerity and love- is just soooooo good like it melts your heart.
Even the other minor characters hold such a strong presence on the story that all you can do is admire the writing and the direction of this drama.
The three trials were interesting, engaging and the way they were unfolded, the way they tests the candidates with calm mentors - Such fun. Like everything is so intense that you don't want to miss a second of this drama.
Comedy ,thriller,action,romance ,mystery, - everything.
A drama packed with 10 on 10 moments , characters,plot, chemistries ,scenes, fighting sequences, meaningful and mysterious flashback stories.
The only sad thing it has is ---The ENDING?????????????? And to know the fact that there will be no second season of it😩

Dropped: Just to Meet You
I went into this hoping for a "fever dream" experience similar to Affinity, but it was an amateurish mess that failed to deliver on every front. After 11 episodes of struggle, I’m officially calling it quits.The Breakdown:
Chemistry: There is plenty of physical intimacy, but it feels entirely mechanical. It lacks the earned tension required to make the romance believable.
Pacing: The narrative is pure, disjointed chaos. Plot points are resolved with such jarring speed that they lack all emotional weight or logic.
Writing: The script leans into bizarre absurdity rather than compelling suspense, making the plot impossible to take seriously.
Acting: The performances are largely inconsistent—particularly among the supporting cast—which makes the show difficult to watch.

Oh-Aew deserves better.
let’s just say I’ve never rooted against a couple so hard in my life. Oh-Aew deserved so much better. This was so frustrating to watch. I knew how it would end and just continued praying Oh-Aew wouldn’t take Teh back. Teh didn’t deserve him. both the first and second part had me annoyed at how Teh was treating Oh the whole time. I understand it’s hard for some to come to terms with being gay, but to drag Oh through it and Tarn was terrible. Then after you put him through all that, you finally get together then you cheat on him? wtf?? that was infuriating. Teh was a very dislikable character. Still My Favorite After All These Years
This remains one of my all-time favorite Korean dramas and, in my opinion, a true timeless classic. It's permanently at the top of my rewatch list, and I still find myself laughing at its iconic scenes no matter how many times I've seen them.The plot is essentially The Princess Diaries with a Korean royal twist, and honestly? It ate and left no crumbs. Sure, you can laugh at Ju Ji-hoon's very 2000s hairstyle, but Yoo Eun-hye was the moment. She perfectly embodied that bubbly, lovable charm that made her impossible not to root for. To this day, I genuinely think this is her best role.
The chemistry was charming, the humor effortless, and the romance incredibly endearing. Everything just works. It's one of those dramas you can put on when life gets overwhelming and somehow end up grinning at your screen for no reason. It's the kind of drama that wraps you in warmth and reminds you why you fell in love with K-dramas in the first place.

All Hype, No Horror, Waste of Time
This movie ended up being the epitome of all hype and no payoff. The real jump scare was discovering that this was the film everyone had been raving about, especially given its massive success in Korea. It's really a meh for me. Maybe horror is subjective, but the TikTok reviews promising nonstop jump scares had me seriously questioning whether we had watched the same movie. I didn't even flinch when the ghosts showed up. The biggest disappointment, however, was the story. The plot raises more questions than it answers, it gives us nothing.The cast was solid and did what they could with the material they were given, which only makes the wasted potential even more frustrating. I actually loved the promotions, but they ended up feeling like false promises. What puzzles me the most is how this movie managed to become one of Korea's highest-grossing horror films. Maybe my standards for horror are just wildly out of sync with the general Korean audience. If you want horror that truly delivers, I'd recommend checking out Thai, Indonesian, and Japanese horror films.

A Second Chance For Love
This series was just lovely. The exploration and second chance to find love between Azuma and Kuji was very well written, developed, and shown to the audience, in a very grounded and realistic way.I love watching characters getting another chance at finding connection, and love at different places in their lives.
Kuji was coming out of the painful fog of being the caregiver of his father and his passing. While Azuma was dealing with depression of his life, that wasn't very fulfilling for him at this time.
It was luck that they ended up in the same gay bar 8 years after they spent one night together.
Takeda Kouhei and Shibuya Kento were wonderful together as Azuma and Kuji. Pure magic.

A Powerful Call for Safer Schools
We need a bureau like ERPB. This series reflects the harsh realities of school issues like bullying and drug distribution, which can destroy not only student lives but also affect teachers and the entire school environment. The director has portrayed these problems with honesty. Every country should consider implementing a system like this to protect victims. We also need leaders like Minister Choi Gang-seok with the courage and vision to bring real change to the education system. A Badly Written Mess with Superficial Dark 'Romance'
This is a very poorly made series. I shudder when people compare it to other Chinese dark romances because it doesn't come close at all. It's extremely shallow, illogical, and superficial, and most importantly, it's not even a romance.These characters don't love each other, and I don't mean it in "they hurt each other too much" kind of way. No, they truly, genuinely do not love each other. Throughout the series, they hold no meaningful conversations. They don't get to know each other. Until the end, you have no idea what they are supposed to like about each other because it's never shown.
Lu Feng isn't interested in Yichen's thoughts or feelings. He just wants them to be in a relationship: that's where his obsession starts and ends. He's not interested in the person himself, in his worries, his hopes, his values; on the contrary, he shows time and time again that he doesn't know or understand him. In the second half of the show, he blames him for being a gold digger. Like, seriously blaming him and punishing him for it even though there is zero reason to think that. If he doesn't know even this much about his supposed great love years later, what can I say?..
Yichen also doesn't love Lu Feng. He invests precisely 0 effort in preserving or maintaining this relationship. He bends where the wind blows, and in most cases, he bends for everyone and away from Lu Feng. He always, always puts everyone and everything else above him even though there are a million other solutions that a loving, somewhat intelligent person would have instantly come up with. He's so spineless that a stranger could take him from his house, put him in the car, and tell him they are going to another country, and he'll just say "okay" meekly with an empty, drugged-out look. And if you think it's because he's been badly broken: no, not at all. He's like this from E1.
From E1, these characters act inconsistently and make illogical choices. Their problems with miscommunication cannot be treated seriously because they are overblown to an extreme extent. Yeah, I get it, miscommunication is a popular trope, but you still need to adapt it smartly. There is nothing smart about writing in Double Helix. The characters don't talk about the most basic and obvious things just because the plot needs it.
There is no logic or psychology here in general. You have the oddest situations occurring, like one character allegedly trying to commit suicide and both characters forgetting about it in the very next scene, or a brother deciding to abandon his hurt brother with a man they haven't known long for 5+ years for the weakest reason of hiding, and then 'hiding' by working in a publicly known wife's company. Or a kidnapper inviting the powerful wife of the kidnapped to his place to show her abused husband to her for some reason, and her just so happening to carry a gun even though she didn't know the kidnapping took place. And then the very loving brothers reuniting after years like some random schoolmates with no emotional ties between them. Characters will appear when it's convenient and disappear when their presence is not convenient - and it happens all the time. It's a big annoying mess, just flashes of scenes with no logical or psychological connection.
The kindapping/abuse part everyone dreaded and kept freaking out over was done very, very poorly. There is just... barely anything happening there. Maybe Yichen gets assaulted, but it's shown very weirdly and he seems to be at least partly into it. Other than this, nothing. For 99% of time, it looks like a middle schooler got put on house arrest. There is no nuance, no psychological breaking, no depiction of how challenging and torturous this was for Yichen to live through; he just keeps eating apathetically as Lu Feng brings people over, never thinks of asking for help, and makes the same face in every situation. This can't be compared to what other red/black flags did to their partners in other dramas, so I never understood why everyone kept calling Lu Feng the king of black flags. He's crazy, that's true, but the biggest problem in their dynamic is a clear lack of love. The abuse itself is superficial as hell, so if you've come looking for dark and gritty stuff that horrifies and fascinates you, and has long-term consequences and a challenging road to redemption, you won't find any of it here.
The music is pretty good; one song in particular has stolen my heart. The acting... honestly, I'm not a fan, although I blame direction and weak script for it first and foremost. There are good scenes, the actors clearly have talent, but a lot of these scenes are very exaggerated, and Yichen's actor is walking around with the same empty expression for a major part of the series, even in situations that don't warrant it. These people deserved a way better script.
It's just old and beaten tropes over old and beaten tropes. These tropes aren't connected or presented well, so it feels like you're watching an outdated parody on quality dark romances. The actors seem absolutely lovely, their BTS are a treasure, but unfortunately, in my opinion, the series is a massive waste of time.

THE BEST BL, I AM SERIOUS.
I've slept on this show for so long. I don't know why. It was so hyped up, and I just never got around to watching it, but it is honestly one of the best decisions I've made so far. I've watched a lot of BL dramas this past month, and while many of them have similar stories, I still decided to give this one a try. THIS IS A MASTERPIECE. THE BEST DRAMA I'VE WATCHED AND I'M TOO PICKY SERIOUSLY.I completely understand now why it was so hyped up because it was just that good. The cinematography was amazing, and even master's back tattoo, looked incredibly realistic. Before I talk about anything else, I need to mention this because it is a problem that always bothers me in BL dramas. Whenever there is a tattoo, it usually looks completely unrealistic. It's always too black and obviously looks like a sticker pasted onto someone's skin. But this tattoo looked so real that it somehow added even more hotness to his character.
Before I start crushing on Keng, let me talk about the story first.
The plot was so good, and every episode had me on edge. Each one had the perfect mix of friendship, cute moments, funny scenes, and equal parts happiness and sadness. Every ending left me hanging on a cliffhanger, which was honestly nerve-wrecking because I was dying to know what happened next. It took me about two seconds to start the next episode every single time because the suspense was insane.
And don't even get me started on the ending of Episode 11. When she said that Khemjirra was born at six, I genuinely died. I don't think anyone should sleep on this drama because it is that good. Every episode keeps you hooked from start to finish.
As for the romance, the main couple was good, but their relationship was definitely more of a slow burn and quite subtle. BUT UGHHHHH, Jet and Charn completely stole my heart. I never thought I'd end up loving the secondary characters this much, but they were so adorable. Their romance had me smiling every time they appeared on screen.
The friendship in this drama is honestly one of the best I've ever come across. The friends were literally ready to die for Khemjira, and not once did they blame him or turn against him. I am absolutely in love with Jet. He was so cute and amazing. Jet and Charn were genuinely the kind of friends people wish and pray for in real life. They were just that good. i'm so in love with them.
AND FINALLY, KENG. KENG HARIT IS THE HOTTEST PERSON EVER. PLS. EVEN NON-BL ONES WERE CRYING BECAUSE THEY HAD TO WATCH A BL FOR HIM.
I completely understand why people say his face card saved him so many times because, honestly, it's true. There was not a single moment when I could take my eyes off him. Even when I was questioning his decisions, I was still staring. His eyes are so beautiful. They are genuinely majestic. He is the epitome of beautiful. The epitome of perfection. He is unbelievably good-looking.
And I'm not just throwing random adjectives around here. I'm being completely serious. HE IS DAMN BEAUTIFUL.
ALSO, THE CAMEO WAS NET WAS SOOOO GOOD, LIKE MAN IS SUCH AN EYE CANDY, I LOVE HIM.
PLS, EVERYONE WATCH IT. DON'T OVERTHINK IT.

MUST WATCH!!!!!
I swear I was NOT gonna watch this bcz I'm not a huge fan of Chinese BLs!! Just playing it in the background and then BOOM — their acting in that one scene??? I actually gasped. No exaggeration, just pure acting and I felt everything 😭 I paused, rewound, and suddenly I’m like “cancel my plans, I need to see more of them RIGHT NOW.” Binged watched three episodes later at 2 am and I’m fully obsessed. The talent and acting is unreal!!Hats off to Ayden and Elio 👏 I'll definitely tune in if they are casted as a cp in another BL

unique superhero drama
Moving is not just one of the best K-dramas in recent years—it's one of the finest series I've watched, period. What starts as a superhero story evolves into a deeply emotional journey about family, sacrifice, love, and the lengths parents will go to protect their children. Every character feels real, every performance leaves an impact, and the storytelling is nothing short of brilliant. The perfect blend of action, mystery, suspense, and heartfelt emotion keeps you hooked while giving each moment genuine weight. Rarely does a series entertain and move you in equal measure. Stayed for those WonderFools!
Going into this show, I had a different idea of what it was going to be. The trailer was fantastic showing chaotic superhero adventure where a group of ppl with powers would be uncovering mysteries around their town. While the show did have those elements, the actual story took a very different direction than what i anticipated. Instead of focusing primarily on superhero antics, the plot was much more centered on the origins of the powers, the scientific lab experiments behind them, and the mystery surrounding the "Child of eternity” .Nevertheless I still had a great time with it.
The biggest highlight for me was undoubtedly the Wonderfools themselves. As a group, they were endlessly entertaining. Their chemistry felt natural, and so many of their interactions had me laughing. Even during the more serious moments, their dynamic kept the show fun and engaging. They truly carried the heart of the series.
I still have a few thoughts and questions about certain aspects of the story, which I'll get into below.👇🏻
One thing I found strangest was how the story handled its antagonists. While there were definitely people doing terrible things, I never really viewed the Wonder Kinder kids as villains. To me, they felt more like victims, ultimately used as pawns by people with their own agendas. Their actions caused harm, but they were also being deceived and exploited. Because of that, I couldn't help feeling sympathetic toward them.
And HoRan, my girl, deserved the world!!! She was hands down one of my favorites. A complete badass yet also the biggest lover girl at heart. I was rooting for her the entire time, and honestly, I felt so sorry for her.
This is also why I wish they had received a more hopeful ending. Since the series is ultimately a feel-good fantasy comedy, I think it would have been more satisfying if everyone had found a way to work together in the end rather than being forced into conflict.
Plus why was the FL’s grandmother part of those scientific experiments? What was her agenda doing that in the past ?
Overall, even though the show wasn't what the trailers led me to expect, it still managed to win me over with its lovable cast, humor, and surprisingly emotional story. It was an enjoyable ride nonetheless.

Another Khemjira disappointment
I'm gonna judge this so hard so buckle up or just skip my review~I love horror and this started off pretty well till they started to do some stuff that didn't make any sense and spoils the whole thing for me.
What i really liked is
1-the makeup and visual effects, the ghosts looked genuinely scary and all the victims and dead were very believable.
2-the story, but not the storylines, weird i know but the idea on paper looks so good, i think it went downhill because of the direction, and the characters were written in a very bad way.
What i didn't like:
1-chararacters, i don't understand what's the idea of giving a very not talanted actors the leading roles in a genre that doesn't fit them, I'm sorry but pooh is poorly talanted, still better than others and he is getting better than in his previous work i have to admit, however my sweet boy had only one facial expression if not scared, he looked at pavel as if he'll jump him any second and that's it, i guess he'd fit in a high school romance maybe, also pavel despite doing well, he looked so young i couldn't take him seriously, this is the leader of the investigation team?? No way.
2- some illogical mistakes, how can you, while investigating a serial crime scenes with a killer on the loose, take a kid, who was a suspect/witness, and let him live in your house, share highly sensitive evidences with, let him know the investigation process and moreover visit crime scenes, victims homes and even give you tips and ideas about how to do your job and what to do next!!! Wtf, mate, this ain't Disneyland!! Let him go, i see no point of him being with him except that they don't have any other way for the 2 leads to be together so we'll just let them live together.
And I'm not even going to talk about how more than half the show it's about the characters relationship not the crime, nor that mushy coroner and his pink haired lover and how he added nothing to the story except getting hurt and being annoying.
I think they should get a korean director maybe, because thai is superior in the horror genre but not the horror bl maybe ~
