Go watch it right now
Bro, I’m telling y’all it’s worth the watch read the manhwa and then watch it it’s worth it or just be reading the manhwa and be watching it at the same time. Like so far there was only like one difference from the manhwa than the actual show but it’s not a big difference. I mean it is but the difference is so good like you generally love it and like the plot is so good and like the characters look so good everyone looks good in the show. The show was good. Acting is good. Everything is good.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Amor insulso

Started Out Wanting Blood, Ended Up Finding Brotherhood ࣪ ִֶָ☾.
This is my first favourite drama and i still can't get over with T.TThe cinematography is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking color grading and a strong sense of Chinese symmetrical aesthetics. The transitions between scenes are smooth, and each location—from bustling palaces to quiet forests—feels immersive. There's a poetic quality to every frame. The CGI is also impressively high-budget, and the costume and makeup design are meticulously crafted。
The drama goes far beyond romance. It weaves together deep, complex bonds—friendship, brotherhood, sisterhood, mentorship, and even the conflicting emotions between former allies. The relationship between the young demon hunter and the great demon adds layers of tension and emotional weight. The series examines whether demons are truly evil or simply beings shaped by circumstance
Beneath its surface, this show is heavy and melancholic, almost like a lyric poem rather than a typical idol drama. I found that strangely moving
The female leads are fine, but I never felt deeply invested in their arcs. The male leads and their supporting bromance ultimately steal the show. There's simply too much talking, especially in the later episodes. The slow conversations drag down the momentum. The finale is tragically beautiful, but it leaves many viewers with complicated feelings. It wraps things up with a sense of emotional weight, yet some questions remain unanswered, and the execution of the final scenes feels somewhat rushed

Match expectations to what the show is trying to do
I thought Double Helix was really well done. I generally don't love when people post reviews before finishing a show, but it feels like even more of a crime in a show that takes you on a serious journey with multiple tonal shifts. Part of what makes Double Helix really good is the trip the audience goes on with the characters. It moves from sweet to psychological thriller to a complicated mix of sadness and hope.WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS SHOW?
I personally get thrown off by the "romance" label, even in the context of "dark romance," because under that label, I feel like I am expected to find it romantic. But, this is not my brand of romantic, and I do not find non-consent attractive. So, I found it really helpful to think of this more generally as "fiction" (not, specifically, romance). As an exploratory story of what happens when we put these characters together and how things can get really fucked up, I thought it was excellent!
While watching, I kept thinking about how the vibe was a little bit like "Requiem for a Dream," but domestic violence edition, where you can see the descent into their personal hells coming and trace how they got there. So, there's a little bit of me that wanted it to end more messy than it did. I think I may have liked it more with a messier ending, but honestly, the current ending was also very interesting and it gets points from me for being an interesting take.
Based on the Double Helix discourse, I think most (although, not all) of the low scores are from a mismatch between audience expectation and what the show is actually trying to do. So, it's worth going in with aligned expectations.
ACTING
Ayden Sng can really act! It was really fun to watch him do his craft.
CINEMATOGRAPHY AND MUSIC
I am a sucker for beautiful shots that underscore the mood and are well-composed. There were some really excellent cinematography choices. And, I don't usually pay attention to music, but the music choice was really good, both for the story and also just to listen to on its own.
STORY-TELLING
There is a plot, but Double Helix feels to be less about the plot and more about the psyche of these characters. Because I was watching Double Helix as the emotional story of the deterioration of these characters' lives and their attempts to put those pieces back together again, I was okay with it not being super plot-driven. It's more storytelling a "feeling." To that end, I think it did a great job.
WHY NOT 10 STARS?
There was a wee bit too much slow-mo and a wee bit too much cheesy for me.
All in all, I really liked it, I think it's well done, and it's worth watching!

best krdrama W- plot
this is prolly the best kdrama I have re watched approx 3-4 times and i always have the same kind of excitement for this drama.the plot remains mysterious till the very last episode, the ending is a big turn off did not match the bulid up of the whole drama which is sort of dissapointing, but overall it’s good so it kinda balances out for this one.
this is in my top 5 favourite of all time kdrama list. 100% will rewatch it again
the misunderstanding trope is lit and my personal favourite parts are -
one when when he pins her on the door in the event they go to (in 2nd ep) and the one where is realises that there is a chance that he might have lost her for good.
and also the part where they show the back story of how they ended up getting married.

Great story had potential to be drama of the year
Ok I really enjoyed it. The leads had amazing chemistry and the acting was really good. One of the best dramas I’ve watched this year ngl. I also loved the second lead and kinda rooted for him. The concept was great and unique about the leads not understanding each other even tho they speak the same language. I also liked the concept with Do Rami ending up being her mother which was kinda surprising I didn’t except it at all. I believe that that storyline was wrapped up fast and we should have learned where her parents were. I also found the fact that they were alive kinda dump ngl and that it came out of nowhere. On the romance it was great and I love slowburn and it was done really well. I also loved the second lead couple and which I usually don’t. The only think that annoyed me was Do Rami at sometimes but yet tho I hated her character she was important. I also liked how the second lead went from hating her to falling for her it was cute. I also liked hearing so many different languages and saying many different countries it was fun. Overall I great drama I highly recommend it :>Esta resenha foi útil para você?
8/10 RamKing rules!
8/10 RamKing rules!I gave this series a 8 stars because I'm absolutely in love with RamKing. I've watched many bls and there is just something special about their conection. I really like the concept of loud extrovert 'adopting' shy introvert. Their kiss was the best thing in the whole series! However I'm not really satisfied with main ship. I just don't think they bonded as couples are used to and some of the moments went from cute to cringe... Boss and Mek were were unexpected math!
I didn't hate it. It ended up being very funny and adorable.
I would love to see more of RamKing!!

Exaggerated characters and unlikable heros
This show started out okay, but the more it developed, the more the characters felt less real and more like caricatures. You have the evil chief of the main hospital, that is so evil to the point of being unbelievable. You have Teacher Kim that is supposed to be a little unorthodox but with redeeming qualities, but ends up being just annoying. Then you have the main young male doctor, who we were supposed to be rooting for from the very beginning. And unfortunately, through most of the show he's still a selfish whiny character. I'm sure by the last episode he'll finish realizing that being a good doctor it's more important than money and fame. However, throughout the show he strongly considered so many atrocious actions being bribed by the bad chief, that nobody with the minimal of a good character would even consider. There is no redemption Arc that is believable from that. You don't get credit in the end for realizing that letting people die for profit wasn't the right thing. I think most people would know that without a journey. Not sure why this had such high ratings.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
10/10 The best bl ever
10/10 The best bl everIt is the cutest bl series where the 3 couples are faced with many problems like denial, heartbreak, longing crush, and above all the friendship between them. All over it is 'must watch the series' for me.... Hope you enjoy it.....……………………….….………………….7110 2moons2
Far better than season1. The
direction, acting, story, dialogues. The show was really quick whereas the season ran very slow and boring! I love the show! Recommended to watch!

9/10 it could be a ten
9/10 it could be a tenI was so sad when they changed the second male leader, literally disappointed. Like the novel, the drama is very good too, but I feel that the second season was also produced with the same disappointment I felt about the second male leader leaving, that is, the chemistry between the new actor and the first male leader was kind of forced (not that the new actor is bad at what he does, on the contrary). It's just that we viewers already had a couple in mind, and it was very strange not to see them together again.
Nevertheless, it was an obsession of mine, so I recommend reading the novel, there you can imagine that the protagonist's pair is the same.

A short healing episode...
MDL put a page for the special episode here... so I watched that nearly a month ago... What I noticed, it was a rushed production, because they had a lot of Sasaengs following them and they nearly did not film this at all. This is a nice healing episode which heals both of them.It seems they had problems getting a free location, so they had tourists looking at them while filming, but I'm happy enough, that they at least finished this short episode. So at least it feels more real with people gawking at them, because oh my god, two men are kissing on the beach! 🤣
This is a nice finale, so if you have watched the series, you should not skip it.

HUGE THANK FOR THE HAPPY ENDING
This became one of the best C-dramas/Boy’s Love series of 2026 that I’ve ever watched. Watching this drama finally ended my anxiety. The storyline is full of challenges: there’s joy, sadness, hatred, and that’s just the nature of life. There’s always sweetness and bitterness that we have to endure. Thank you so much, Ayden, Lusi, Faxuan, Hejia, and all the actors involved. You all gave your best, and it really showed to everyone who watched this drama. And another huge thank you for giving us a happy ending. One more thing: Jiage Li’s cover of the OST A Love Song Nobody Cares About (没人在乎的情歌) for this drama never disappoints... just like his song "Degenerate" (沦陷), the OST from A Round Trip to Love (双程), the earlier version of this drama. I love it so much!

BORRRING
I’m gonna keep this short and straightforward.Honestly, ik many ppl might not agree with this but as soon as I found out Eun Tae Hee was the endgame, I felt like dropping this.
I still ended up watching it and it’s more than obvious how disappointed I am.
Eun Tae Hee’s character was so bland and boring but still somehow confident which made her even more annoying.
And as a die hard fan of Woo Do Hwan, his character in this was just HORRENDOUS. This man doesn’t know what or who he even wants 🤨 He also wasn’t sincere with his friends at all. I despise how he played this character and the character itself.
Honestly, there was absolutely NO chemistry between him and Tae Hee. I don’t know what made the writers look at them and think, “Yeah, this looks good.” The drama went downhill as soon as she appeared on the screen, no offence.
He’d probably be more passionate kissing Soo Ji if, of course, he were to do that.
Initially, I was wishing they end up together but it didn’t take long to realize that he should just stick w smn like Tae Hee.
Don’t recommend ❌

6/10 Friends, Hearts, and the Messy Middle
6/10 Friends, Hearts, and the Messy MiddleWhat if heartbreak were just the beginning of discovering who you really are?
Diary of Tootsies (2016) is a Thai dramedy that follows four inseparable friends-three gay men and one lesbian-who all experience heartbreak simultaneously. To overcome their collective misery, they make a pact to find love again before New Year's Day. What begins as a lighthearted challenge quickly evolves into an exploration of identity, resilience, and the complexities of modern relationships.
From an analytical perspective, the series thrives on the chemistry of its core cast. Their friendship feels authentic, mixing quick-witted humor with heartfelt vulnerability. The diary-style narration provides a playful yet intimate framing, drawing viewers into the characters' private thoughts while offering commentary that blends comedy and pathos. The episodic structure, with its short and digestible chapters, allows emotional beats to land effectively while maintaining a lively tone.
Still, the show is not without flaws. Some conflicts resolve too quickly, leaning on familiar romantic tropes, and at times, the humor dilutes the weight of more serious themes.
Supporting characters often remain underdeveloped, serving mainly to elicit laughs rather than adding depth to the story. Technically, the series favors a glossy, commercial look that suits its genre, although it avoids taking stylistic risks.
Ultimately, Diary of Tootsies succeeds in presenting LGBTQ+ characters with warmth and relatability. It blends laughter with sincerity, offering both entertainment and emotional resonance.
Rating: 6/10. A heartfelt, funny, and imperfect dramedy that charms with its honest portrayal of love, friendship, and self-discovery.
