Bloodhounds is back with its sequel and this time it’s less stylized, more brutal, raw and packed with action.. I honestly missed this kind of fight scenes.. I gotta say, this is how a second season should be.. It stays true to its core story of heartfelt friendship, and family.. While bringing back all the gripping elements from the first season.. But this time the action, the boxing, the fighting, it’s just wild, intense and bloody..WDH really unleashes his talent here.. He was too good.. You can tell he has put in an insane amount of hard work and preparation.. It shows his discipline and mindset as an actor.. And while we are talking about insane hard work and preparation, we have to talk about the antagonist this season.. Rain, you absolute freak.. His physical transformation is genuinely insane and his screen presence is strong.. Ruthless, obsessive, physically intimidating, dangerous, unpredictable, he was a force to reckon with.. Almost unstoppable, one of the most terrifying villains.. And the way he fought?? His boxing, his skills?? Not flashy, just pure ruthless violence..
The visuals and soundtrack were really good as well.. The fight scenes are visceral and intense, shot with a kind of frenetic energy.. And what made this drama even more special was the cast and the cameos.. The whole cast was perfect.. Everyone played their roles to perfection.. They didn’t try to glorify or heroize just one person.. It felt like a true team effort.. Even the supporting cast had some insane fight scenes and showed some mad skills.. It’s a knockout performance from everyone, full of blood, sweat and tears..
The cameos?? Just crazy.. Who would have thought eh?? So many of them.. Park Seo Joon?? Wow.. He was an intriguing character and someone I would honestly love to see more of if there is another season.. Oh and Kang Min Ah?? The transformation, slick.. Give her more badass roles.. She absolutely killed it with her screen presence..
Now.. The script is more straightforward.. It lacks a bit of emotional weight.. It doesn’t feel story driven.. Everything is more or less set up for the fights.. Which I don’t think is a bad thing honestly.. Because they really do make up for the script with some wild action..
One more thing I need to mention.. This time it felt like Hong U Jin was sort of sidelined.. He got his ass kicked more than once and didn’t feel as strong as he did in the first season.. Maybe that’s because of the five year break and his lack of actual boxing.. Still, I would have loved to see him do more..
Overall this season is darker, more violent and delivers an insane amount of wild, well choreographed, bloody, tactical fight scenes.. It doesn’t pull any punches, it goes all in on the action.. Everyone’s commitment to their character is genuinely impressive.. You can see they have put their whole heart into it.. WDH delivers an absolutely astonishing performance with Rain being purely evil and intimidating.. Season 2 feels bigger and more relentless.. I just hope we don’t have to call this underrated.. It really deserves more recognition..
P.S.. Oh, to be loved by so many people.. Kim Geon U is surrounded by people who love him dearly.. That’s who he is, that’s his character.. And WDH, he portrayed that innocence so well..

Childish and controlling ml
This should be enough reason to reject this drama I can't believe they're ending their breakfup part so easilyMl hides the fact he is her online friend and doesn't tell even after dating keeps texting her from 2 account one online friend other like her coworker, landlord now when she finally finds out instead of apologizing he keeps getting angry on her instead, drags her back to his home and tell her she can't live on any other place ? seriously? i was still okay they're getting back together already? he is literally a scammer liar ? Ml character is wrost I'm dropping this drama I was watching because of Esther can't watch it because of ml
first of y'all don't know how long CDRAMA takes to match kdrama level, before I didn't like the actors or the story now actors are good story still bad ? why 1.FML chooses trash company to work ? literally no one helps her there and they're poor on top of that ? that short hair 2nd FML company was better than her's and now that she decided to work in trash place both ml agree everything she says and agree for low pay? seriously? i know that the 2nd FML company had abandoned the 2nd ml still they didn't do something like coming in his way and ruining the work ?
2. 2nd FML is too boring the 2nd couple or side character whenever they talk I skip, and watch only the 2nd ml interaction with main leads
3. ml is too childish her forces her ,scams her, lies to her ,hides things from her
4. his personality is not that good but FML is in bad situation living alone no money and parents don't give her if someone is helping her even if he is deceiving her it's up to her if she's okay with that if she's trying to survive then you have to get help from anyone and he doesn't ask for money or makes her do work other than cooking
5. from 1-5 and till 19 the eps and interaction, etc is same nothing new she keeps asking him like she did in the start for work
6.comedy is good
7. ml is her online friend, crush, landlord, boss ect ml hides the fact he is her online friend, and he knows she is the online friend and keep texting her from other account everytime she ignore him, I wanted the truth to come out before dating so they make it completely dissatisfying by making reveal after dating and now they breakup,I really disliked ml for hiding this ,she should avoid him atleast 2 week a month but this will be short , i didn't expected it too be that short

Childish, low-budget, and corny but...
A rare type of series where the acting is subpar, the dialogues are even worse, the camera is often shaky, the special effects felt cheap, and all with a thick layer of corny wrapped around it. I also almost dropped this one after episode 10 when the introduction of the new characters felt really really cringe.But... for whatever reason, the lore still drew me in. The wave of mysteries behind the characters were intriguing enough that I couldn't help myself but to keep going. They did a pretty good job with the initial introduction of the ML and despite his lack of expressions variety and unique way of talking, it kind of worked for his character. The ML was also hypocritical, inconsistent, and overly obsessed with his sister - but his charm does come around here and there. The new characters introduced after they joined the sect were also incredibly obnoxious but thankfully, they do evolve with some personality growth. Then it becomes a different kind of corny when the team finally comes together as a unit.
There are so, so many things wrong with this one but it does hit an inner child. It's not something you watch for intellectual purposes but for that kid who used to root for superheros and live in a world of imagination. Overall, I made it through by skipping over some nonsensical scenes or draggy conversations but it deserves credit for pushing me through all 40 episodes.

Game of Deception: Revenge fueled by layers of lies and manipulation | Socially undertrained ML
"One does not need to be evil to invite disaster." - Zang HaiI don't think I can begin this review without first addressing a major frustration—one that, unfortunately, hampered what was almost a flawless watching experience.
While the story's introduction effectively establishes the central mysteries, tragedies, and conflicts, the decision to deprive the male lead (Zang Hai) of essential social intelligence is a major flaw. Whether this was a choice made to facilitate a romance or to keep his moral conscience intact, it remains a significant hindrance to his revenge. His journey would have been far smoother and more efficient had his brilliance been paired with social awareness and keen perception required to navigate his surroundings and read the people around him.
What frustrated me most was how his lack of social intelligence repeatedly put him in danger. It reached a point where I started thinking, "He really was released into the public prematurely." It makes me question what he actually learned under Master Gao Ming. I was under the impression he’d been taught skepticism and social awareness, so why does it seem like he learned nothing about it beforehand?
It’s absurd how easily he was taken advantage of the moment he entered the capital. I understand he lacks knowledge of this new environment, but I find it hard to believe he failed to notice the red flags—especially since he’d been preparing for this return for years. Seeing him get tricked so quickly made me want to slap some sense into him. He should have been extra cautious because he cannot afford to fail! He was raised in the capital during his preteens and spent years with Master Gao Ming, who frequently took him to town to study social dynamics. I assumed he’d at least be able to see through basic schemes, but he clearly couldn't. I know he wasn't specifically trained to handle the deceptions of women, but it’s still unbelievable that he let his guard down the very moment he encountered one. He should have been much more guarded.
He was a promising, intelligent young man, so his development came as no surprise. Furthermore, he had excellent mentors who guided him until he mastered his craft. However, it was evident that he lacked basic street-smarts, which is disappointing considering he was mentored by the shrewd master, Gao Ming.
While he can devise brilliant plans, he often fails to consider the watchful eyes of his enemies. This oversight puts him at extreme risk and frequently jeopardizes his missions. It is frustrating to see him in constant danger due to lack of foresight and contingency planning. It makes me wonder: shouldn't he have anticipated this? Did his training with Gao Ming teach him nothing?, or has it all been for naught?
He was trained in craftsmanship, architecture, engineering, geomancy, and astronomy, but he was never properly trained in reading people’s hearts and minds. He tends to underestimate his enemies, which has led to the deaths of many who trusted him. Trusting him is a double-edged sword: people want victory, so they follow him because he seems capable, but they never expect that they will eventually have to sacrifice their own lives just so he can survive. In fact, the only reason he is still alive is because of the people who risk everything for him—and obviously, because he is the Male Lead. If he weren't, I bet he would have died less than 6 months after arriving in the capital.
He was so careless that even Zhuang Zhixing, whom he treated like a foolish hedonist, was perceptive enough to blow his cover! Honestly, if the plot wasn't written specifically to protect him, this drama would have ended before it even reached the halfway point.
I was frustrated at first, but I’ve since accepted the show's explanation that Master Liuchu’s training was incomplete, which explains the inadequacies and loopholes in his plans. Despite this, it remains my major grievance with the story. If only he had emerged from his years of training fully equipped with practical knowledge and situational awareness, he wouldn't have been nearly as disappointing as he appeared in the story. Maybe it’s just me and my lofty expectations, but it really soured my view of his character. Since I expected him to be fully prepared for his grand quest for revenge.
One of the most commendable aspects of this story is how closely the plot events are intertwined. Every subplot is well-written and executed seamlessly. Although I had a hunch about the final villain’s identity, the revelation was still incredibly satisfying. It was impressive to see how he masterfully orchestrated the scheme from the start, manipulating everyone until the very end. It was a thrilling ride that built genuine excitement for the climax and denouement of the story.
I really appreciate that they didn't take a supernatural route with the Ghost Soldiers towards the end. Instead, they kept the explanation logical, using science and hallucinogenic chemicals. This keeps the story grounded in reality and avoids deviating into a fictional universe. It strongly reminded me of the world-building in The Lost Tomb.
I was initially conflicted about the lead couple's chemistry, given their rocky first encounter and the risk of her becoming a distraction to his revenge—especially since he never learned how to resist women's seductive charms. However, the more they interact, the more their natural chemistry becomes undeniable. The deep devotion between Xiang Antu and Zanghai is admirable. Even though their bond was forged in deceit, seeing them genuinely fall for one another makes their relationship feel far more authentic and compelling.
Lastly, the fight scene between Zhuang Luyin and Zhuang Zhixing in episode 28 was truly my favorite. It certainly wasn't the most amazing fight in the show, but it was definitely the most heart-wrenching scene in the drama. I was totally sold on how affectionate and loving Zhuang Luyin is as a father. He may be a horrendous person, but he is surely a great father. The way he guided Zhuang Zhixing to stab him while recalling their bonding moments—starting from his childhood—really hit a soft spot in me.
"There's no need to show hatred on your face. Keep it in your heart as your heart is yours alone, unseen by others." - Zang Hai
Story - 9.0, The plot was compact with a great succession of events that moved the story forward naturally. It would have been perfect if the male lead (ML) had been better prepared, considering he spent the last decade cultivating his talents for the sole purpose of revenge. His inability to sense or predict people's real intentions was a significant letdown given his preparations
Acting/Cast - 10, The cast was excellent, especially Xiao Zhan, whose facial expressions were spectacular. I wish Zhang Jingyi had more screen time and stronger dialogue because her character occasionally felt a bit bratty, which was off-putting. However, her impressive fight scenes and adaptability redeemed her. Without those strengths, my rating wouldn't be this high.
Music - 10, Each song expresses great sorrow and delivers pensive emotions that fit and elevate the show's overall theme. As a ballad lover, I really enjoy them—especially during scenes depicting intense grief and suffering.
Rewatch Value - 8.0, I enjoyed the overall story, but the issues with the ML are hard to overlook. Whenever I think of the show, those specific scenes come to mind, significantly dragging down my rating for this section.
Overall - 9.0, Based on my viewing experience, the show was enjoyable but far from 'stress-free.' The male lead's recurring incompetence was truly frustrating; he only survived because of the formidable plot armor that protected him until the end. Lol.

Mysterious fantasy that nails the romantic chemistry
Pros -1)The chemistry is great between both couples
2) Visually, the setting and characters are stunning
3) Keeps you guessing
4) Fight sequences are beautifully choreographed
5) The seductive aura and clever characteristics of a fox have been perfectly embodied by the two FLs.
6) Both MLs have unpredictable storylines.
Cons -
1) Overcomplicated world building with too many arcs and side characters
2) Pacing issues in between. Sometimes too fast, other times adds unnecessary fillers
Overall, very watchable for romance lovers because of INSANE CHEMISTRY. I am giving it a higher ranking because it has high re-watch value for me.

One of the worst!
Oh my gosh, this was one of the worst Chinese BL's i have ever seen! The production was a huge mess. Most actors did very bad. The mains did ok and there was some chemistry. But all the voice overs were so very badly done, that it ruined even more.
The visuals and music were ok.
Even though there are just 5 episodes of around 6 minutes each, don't waste your time watching this!

Kinda different but entertaining.
I liked this drama, but i hope it should be better if it is more focused virtual world than real. This is a pure comfort drama with good cast with decent acting. JISOO did great with her role, but she should practice more for how to be perfect in emotional scenes. Overall a decent watch. Compulsory for JISOO fans.

Vale a pena assistir !

Great story overall
just 1 thing i want to point out man, they shouldve invested more towards the second couple in that last episode, the story already came to a closure and so did their romance, the amount of romance scenes between the lead couple was just excessive in the last episode, but i also respect the people who just enjoy watching all the romance scenes but for me it bacame too repetitive in the last episode. I mean, they did give a lot of cuddling scenes in the episodes before so... it just my opinion give some feedback too yallEsta resenha foi útil para você?

A quietly powerful thriller with strong emotional depth.
Siren’s Kiss may not be the easiest drama to watch, but that’s exactly what makes it stand out. It leans more into psychological tension and emotional storytelling rather than fast-paced twists, and I really appreciated that.Han Seolah is a complex character who carries a lot of pain, and Park Minyoung delivers a very controlled and nuanced performance. Her emotions aren’t always loud or exaggerated, but that subtlety fits the character perfectly. You can feel what she’s going through even in the quiet moments.
The relationship between Seolah and Wooseok also develops in a way that feels natural within the story. It’s not just romance, it’s about understanding, healing, and slowly learning to trust again.
Visually, the drama has a very moody and immersive atmosphere that matches its themes well. The storytelling might feel slow to some, but it builds tension steadily and focuses more on character depth than shock value.
Overall, this is a drama that stays with you because of its emotional weight and character-driven narrative. Definitely worth watching if you enjoy darker, more introspective stories.

too sad
The gap between expectation and the actual drama is too wide. To make it watchable, Yuwen Yue should lose his memory, and Princess Lang’s aid should spark a tense, mystery-driven alliance that naturally pulls viewers forward. Chu Qiao must actively leave Yan Xun, reclaim her mother’s sect, and step up as its leader, no memory loss, no stagnation. When she hears crucial news, she heads to Lang State with clear purpose. Meng Feng’s war with the Seventh Prince should tie into the larger conspiracy, not float as a disconnected subplot. Season 1 succeeded because of its mystery, slow-burn romance, cinematic beauty, elite combat, and secret-agent tension. Season 2 must return to that core: every episode advances a clue, tests loyalty, delivers precision action, and moves the board forward. Otherwise, even heavy spending feels wasted and tasteless.🧩 HOW IT PLAYS OUT (Watchable, Purposeful, S1 Spirit Restored)
Element
Your Fix
Why It Drives Viewers
Yuwen Yue
Loses memory after a targeted ambush. Princess Lang finds him, hides his identity, and trains him back into a shadow operative.
Creates immediate mystery + forced proximity. Romance builds through unspoken trust, coded missions, and shared danger.
Chu Qiao
Actively breaks from Yan Xun after witnessing his ruthless shift. Rebuilds her mother’s sect, becomes its leader, and forms an intelligence network.
Gives her clear agency, progression, and tactical purpose. No reset buttons.
Convergence
Chu Qiao hears news of Yuwen Yue’s disappearance + Lang State’s political crisis. She mobilizes her sect and marches north.
Natural cause-and-effect. Three arcs pull toward one location with rising stakes.
Meng Feng & 7th Prince
Campaigns aren’t just battles, they’re layered with intelligence gaps, supply sabotage, and moral compromises that tie back to the main conspiracy.
Keeps war relevant to the central mystery, not filler.
Tone & Style
Returns to S1’s strengths: espionage tradecraft, intricate clue-dropping, fluid martial choreography, atmospheric visuals, romance earned through risk and choice.
Restores the “why we watched” factor. Every scene has purpose.
PACING HOOKS (Episode-by-Episode Drive)
Eps 1–3: Ambush → Yuwen Yue’s memory shatters → Princess Lang extracts him in silence. Chu Qiao cuts ties with Yan Xun, takes the sect seal, and begins rebuilding. Hook: “He forgot his name. She remembered her war.”
Eps 4–7: Chu Qiao trains her sect into a covert network. Princess Lang uses Yuwen Yue’s fragmented skills to uncover court spies. Meng Feng’s campaign hits a supply mystery that points to Lang State. Hook: “Three shadows. One truth. No one is safe.”
Eps 8–12: Chu Qiao intercepts intercepted letters, realizes Yuwen Yue is alive but compromised, and moves north. Princess Lang and amnesiac Yuwen Yue execute a high-stakes intelligence op together. Meng Feng faces a command betrayal. Hook: “Memory fades. Instinct remains. Loyalty is chosen.”
Eps 13–16: All paths collide at Lang State. The conspiracy behind Yuwen Yue’s fall, Yan Xun’s expansion, and the 7th Prince’s war converge. Chu Qiao and Yuwen Yue’s reunion is tense, earned, and mission-driven. Hook: “The past broke them. The next move defines them.”
