Crescer, mudar e descobrir quem a gente vira no caminho

Wen Yifan is an inspiring woman, her story emotional
Greatly impressed by this drama what starts as a unfortunate misunderstanding driving a wedge between two lovers develop into a journey of accepting love, getting more confident and learning to express one's feelings instead of always running away. For me Wen Yifan's journey was so much more important than the romance itself. The unconditional love Sang Yan gave her was important of course but honestly a repeated plot. I regret Sang Yan only personality was loving Wen Yifan : he was fun, his love for Wen Yifan truly moving but his character outside her didn't moved me honestly. He is just a typical ML, 100% devoted to his lover but has not a real purpose outside this.
Anyway I really liked Wen Yifan, at the beginning we found a quiet woman, having trouble to connect with people, with the this tendency of running away instead of confronting her problems. As the story progressed she grow more confident, affirms her feelings specially toward Sang Yan. Also confronting her past with her "uncle" was so brave after everything she went through the first time.
Her family was frustrating specially her "mom", I just feel some people will never truly apologise for their wrongdoing because of their arrogance and selfishness. The only lesson we can draw from this aspect of the story is to learn to move on, some people will never apologise sincerely even if they know they did wrong specially parents. It hurts but if you can't move on, you'll never be able to live freely.
My only issue was with the Hong Kong arc : while it was somehow realistic it was like going backward because Yifan already started to do some progress. This arc was more an hindrance for the plot than anything. Sang Yan discovering more about Wen Yifan doesn't make this arc more enjoyable because he could've discovered that in an other way. It is also upsetting because Sang Yan did everything he could to reassure her so I don't think he deserved that.
That's also why I was not happy to see him not showing more anger about this. I will always side with Wen Yifan no matter what because I understand her way of thinking. But from his perspective he has every right to be angry and show it : not sulking for months but at least show he was hurt by her. He has to play the prince charmant so of course it's not possible, but I would've loved if he showed more personality.
The 2nd couple was very sweet, some may not like their story because they only like the MC's but they were interesting and not exhausting so a breath of air in the middle of some stressful moments.
I really recommend this drama, because it's worth it even if the story can heavy sometimes. The OST were good and the actors all did a great job (Big S/O to Zhang Ruonan, she did so well ♥️).

A hidden gem from 2009
A little gem from way back in 2009. I never expected I’d get so hooked on such an old series, especially considering those terrible hairstyles. And yet, this show won me over with its warmth and authenticity. Back then, they really knew how to make dramas. It had a great classic telenovela-style plot, studio lighting that made you feel like you were right there, and a beautiful soundtrack. For the first time, I saw actors in their younger days without plastic surgery, just normal people. With pimples, melanin, bigger noses, and without heavy styling. And still, they were all beautiful.
The main couple was wonderful, with great chemistry between them. The male lead really pulled you in, and both leads made you feel everything they were going through. When she cried, it genuinely felt like she was actually crying. I also loved their enemies to lovers dynamic. Watching them slowly grow closer was so satisfying, and the way their relationship developed never felt forced at all. The only thing I would have liked was a bit more passion at times, but I can’t really say that about such an old series, especially considering how conservative things were in Korean dramas back then.
Still, it was amazing, and I truly feel like I’ll remember it and think of it as a beautiful, sweet memory full of warmth and nostalgia.

Mystery, Moms, and Missed Potential
Salon De Holmes begins with a promising premise and an engaging first episode that quickly draws viewers into its world. The series introduces a unique concept: a group of mothers who come together to solve various mysteries within their community. The opening episode effectively establishes the tone and dynamic of the group, creating anticipation for how these amateur detectives will tackle the cases that come their way. However, as the series progresses, the way each case is handled becomes somewhat formulaic. Nearly every episode follows a similar structure in which the group encounters a new mystery and quickly works toward solving it. While the episodic format has the potential to keep the narrative fresh, many of the cases feel overly simplified and are resolved too conveniently. This sometimes diminishes the tension and complexity that a mystery-driven story typically thrives on.
Among the ensemble cast, Chu Kyeong-ja stands out as the most memorable character. Her storyline is arguably the most compelling, offering layers of emotional depth and personal development that make her journey particularly engaging. Close behind is Jeon Ji-hyeon, whose character adds another interesting dimension to the group dynamic.
Bak So-hee, on the other hand, feels underutilized. While she plays a role within the team, her presence throughout the series is inconsistent. She frequently fades in and out of the narrative to the point where her absence can go unnoticed until the group reconvenes. This lack of continuity makes it difficult for viewers to fully connect with her character or understand her role within the larger story.
Another central figure, Gong Mi-ri, brings strong investigative instincts to the group. Her sharp attention to detail and ability to connect clues are key assets when it comes to solving cases. However, her personality can sometimes overshadow these strengths. Her controlling nature and frequent harshness toward her husband make certain scenes uncomfortable to watch. That said, their relationship does provide a realistic portrayal of a marriage struggling with communication. Both characters contribute to the tension in their relationship, highlighting how misunderstandings and unspoken frustrations can shape a partnership.
From a broader storytelling perspective, the overall plot feels somewhat uneven. The narrative has interesting ideas but does not always explore them to their fullest potential. One of the show’s biggest issues lies in its inconsistent character presence. Several characters disappear and reappear without much explanation, which disrupts the flow of the story and weakens the continuity of the ensemble dynamic.
The reveal of the main villain is another aspect that ultimately feels underwhelming. Given the buildup throughout the series, the final reveal lacks the impact and complexity one might expect from a mystery-focused narrative. It leaves the impression that the show had the opportunity to deliver a more satisfying and intricate conclusion.
Despite these shortcomings, the ending clearly sets the stage for a potential second season. With its intriguing concept and strong core characters, Salon De Holmes still has the foundation to evolve into something much stronger. If a second season does move forward, there is significant opportunity to refine the storytelling, deepen the mysteries, and ensure greater consistency in character development and screen presence.
With improved narrative focus and more carefully constructed cases, the series could easily elevate itself from an entertaining but uneven watch into a truly compelling mystery drama.

Enjoyable and easy to watch.
A very solid series! It had an incredible cast with all the well-known actors. I really loved the concept of virtual reality. Seo In Guk and Seo Kang Joon were absolutely amazing. The female lead was a bit annoying at times for me and had a tendency to overthink and jump to conclusions. As a series it didn’t have much intensity, which is something I usually look for in shows but for this genre is ok. The chemistry of the main couple was good, not explosive, but still nice. Also, props for not making them know each other since childhood like they always do in Kdramas . Overall, it was enjoyable and easy to watch.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Action, Humor, and Stunning Animation
After watching Ne Zha 2, I can confidently say it’s an action-packed and thoroughly entertaining cinematic experience. The film strikes a perfect balance between intense battles and lighthearted, humorous moments, keeping you engaged from start to finish.Visually, it’s breathtaking each frame is full of detail, energy, and creativity. The animation quality alone makes it worth watching. On top of that, the film’s themes, inspired by Chinese mythology, are handled in a way that’s both compelling and accessible, even if you’re not familiar with the source material.
Overall, Ne Zha 2 is a must-see for anyone who enjoys animated adventures, mythology, or simply great storytelling. Highly recommended!

Realistic, sensitive BL with depth. Kudos!
PLOT: Jim, who runs a chicken restaurant, overwhelmed by all the difficulties he faces (raising his nephew Li Ming, buying back his rented business, helping those around him, etc.), has a one-night stand with Wen but wants to leave it at that. However, Wen (a project manager, in a difficult situation with his ex, Alan) comes to work part-time at the restaurant and (secretly) helps Jim feel better. Following an incident, Li Ming begins to spend time with Heart, the deaf and overprotected son of a high-ranking police officer. Li Ming will gradually help Heart overcome his isolation.+++ The couple (two wounded souls) Jim and Wen are masterful. You can feel their suffering, their fear of clinging to hope.
+++ Fourth and Gemini light up the series. They are so touching, endearing, and adorable.
+++ The tone is realistic and talks about sensitive themes : poverty, unwanted pregnancy, attitudes towards disability, breakups, the difficulty of choosing one's path, homophobia, etc.
+++ Pleasant OSTs.
### Cute cat /ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\, but the product placement is a bit too obvious and repetitive (o_ _)o))
=> A little gem (with 4 great actors). A must-see! ☆✲゚。(((´♡‿♡`+)))。゚✲☆

BL réaliste, sensible, avec de la profondeur. Kudos !
+++ OSTs agréables.
゚。(((´♡‿♡`+)))。

a silent breakdown.. LOUDER THAN ANY ACTION !!
Just watched and wow… this was NOT what I expected. This isn’t your typical action thriller. There’s no flashy fights or fast-paced chases. Instead, it hits you with something way more unsettling — psychological tension that slowly builds until it feels suffocating.
The cinematics? Insane. The way the film visually shows the protagonist’s mental state — stress, pressure, and gradual breakdown — is honestly one of the best things about it. You don’t just watch his struggle… you ill feel it.
And the acting? Absolutely top tier. Both the protagonist and antagonist deliver performances that feel so real it’s uncomfortable in the best way. You can literally sense the moment where patience turns into desperation.
What makes this movie stand out is how it focuses on real-life pressure — money, survival, basic needs — and shows how far a person can be pushed. It’s not loud, but it hits hard.
Even if you’re someone who prefers action-heavy thrillers (like me), this is the kind of film that surprises you. It proves that you don’t need action to create intensity — just strong storytelling and powerful performances.
ovrall a slow-burn psychological thriller that stays with you after it ends.. not fast, not flashy… but deeply disturbing in a very real way.

Finding Light Beneath a Dark Past
Ms. Incognito stands out as a thriller that prioritizes atmosphere and emotional depth over spectacle. What impressed me most was its ability to sustain tension while remaining deeply human. Rather than relying solely on twists, the series finds power in restraint in silence, in stillness, and in the fragile connections between characters.Jeon Yeo Been delivers a quietly commanding performance that carries the drama from start to finish. She communicates vulnerability and strength with minimal dialogue, making even the smallest expressions feel meaningful. Jinyoung provides a gentle counterbalance, bringing warmth and grounded sincerity that softens the show’s darker edges. Together, they create an emotional core that keeps the story engaging even when the pacing falters.
Visually, the series is striking without being flashy. The contrast between tense action sequences and serene rural imagery creates a mood that feels both uneasy and comforting at the same time. The direction trusts the audience, allowing unspoken emotion to do much of the storytelling a choice that gives the drama a reflective, almost meditative quality.
That said, the pacing isn’t always consistent. Some developments feel compressed near the end, which slightly disrupts the otherwise careful buildup. Still, the emotional payoff lands effectively, offering something more thoughtful than a conventional thriller resolution.
What ultimately stayed with me is the show’s exploration of identity, forgiveness, and the possibility of healing. It asks difficult questions without forcing easy answers, and it closes on a note that feels quietly hopeful rather than dramatically conclusive.
Overall, Ms. Incognito is a slow-burn drama that rewards patience. It may not satisfy viewers looking for nonstop action, but for those who appreciate character-driven storytelling and understated performances, it’s a compelling and emotionally resonant watch

Search for Paradise
Stylish but strange. I liked the characters—I mean, they look good, and the producer made sure every shot looks visually appealing—but there is a lot lacking, both in character development and especially in world-building. The movie depicts a fictional, dystopian, broken society that should have been explained better. We just see people without purpose, partying as if there is no tomorrow. What bothered me the most is the lack of sustainability: everyone is simply contributing to the further destruction of the community. It feels somewhat like CHAZ, the self-proclaimed Autonomous Zone, where people occupied a park but soon realized they couldn’t survive on their own, so they returned home and back to normal society. The movie does well in showing subtle emotions. The dialogue is weak, but the unspoken communication is effective and well done. The two main characters are brothers, and the tension between them is what keeps the movie together.
I can make a comparison to another movie released just one week apart from this one, and that is Project Y. Both movies serve as metaphors for today’s youth, and both show desperate people in a corrupt environment searching for a better life. Project Y is female-centric, focusing on two best friends, while Boy is male-centric, focusing on two brothers. Both try to portray a specific Korean feeling of hopelessness, and I like this one just a little bit more.

Money Is Coming… but not the money, just feelings ?
Let’s get one thing straight first. This title is a scam. There is no money coming. What is coming is feelings, tension, side eye glances, and one man slowly losing his entire moral compass over one woman 😏This is not a perfect drama. Editing is a bit jumpy, plot has holes you could drive a truck through, and sometimes you can tell the budget said do your best and move on. But here is the thing. It works anyway.
Why it works?
Because this drama actually shows the male lead falling in love. Not just suddenly I like her now. You literally watch it happen. Bit by bit. Look by look. That quiet shift where he goes from dangerous prince to this man who would burn the world but also gently fix her sleeve.
Because the chemistry is doing overtime. There are scenes where nothing happens. No big dialogue, no dramatic music, just them existing in the same space and somehow you are sitting there like don’t breathe don’t blink this is serious business 😶🌫️
Because the female lead is not there to be saved. She stands her ground, looks his darkness in the face and basically says try me. She matches him step for step and sometimes does it better. Love that for her.
Because their relationship is oddly mature for a mini. No dragged out misunderstandings, no silly sacrifices for drama. When things go wrong, they face it together. Episode 18 especially did not play around. That was heavy, real, and handled better than most full length dramas.
Because the palace politics, while chaotic, are actually explained. Everyone is scheming, double talking, plotting behind smiles but the show slows down enough for you to follow it. No guessing games.
What didn’t work?
The story itself is not groundbreaking. You have seen this setup before. Transmigration, prince, enemies, power games. Nothing new under the sun.
Some transitions feel like scenes got cut mid sentence. A few plot points just… exist and then disappear. You notice it, but somehow you move on because the leads pull you back in.
Also that title again. Still makes no sense.
Final take
This is one of those low expectation, high return dramas. You come for a quick watch and end up staying for the couple.
Not perfect. Not polished. But honest where it matters.
And honestly… how many minis actually make you feel the romance instead of just telling you it’s there
Rating
Story 7
Chemistry 9.5
Acting 8
Overall 8.0 to 8.5 depending on how forgiving you feel that day 😄

Interesting but a little let down by the finale
Gimbap and Onigiri is quietly beautiful in the way it captures emotion through subtlety rather than spectacle. What I loved most is how the series makes everyday moments feel meaningful the pauses, the small gestures, the unspoken glances. There’s a gentle, almost meditative rhythm that allows feelings to unfold naturally, which makes the experience feel intimate and real. The performances are particularly compelling. The leads carry a sense of authenticity that makes their emotions feel lived in, not performed. Even supporting characters feel layered, adding to the sense that everyone on screen is quietly navigating their own struggles. The visual style reinforces this softness: muted cityscapes, warm interiors, and cozy dining scenes all contribute to a contemplative, reflective mood.
I appreciated how the series explores connection in a patient, understated way. It reminded me of how relationships romantic or otherwise often develop in small, tentative steps rather than sweeping gestures. The pacing is deliberately slow, which might feel unusual if you’re expecting high drama, but it works beautifully for those who enjoy immersive, emotionally honest storytelling.
My only minor quibble is that the ending felt a little rushed compared to the care taken throughout the series. Still, the choice to keep it open-ended feels consistent with its quiet, human tone. Overall, this show is less about dramatic plot twists and more about recognizing the universal nuances of longing, vulnerability, and connection. It’s the kind of series that leaves a lingering warmth, making you reflect on your own moments of closeness and hesitation in everyday life.

Decent Action Comedy with good performance from leads.
I'm being conservative with my rating. A seemingly harmless but actually cunning FL, ML who's a master of deception, innocent yet foolish brothers, and goofy subordinates—everyone's a source of laughter, inherently funny. Just imagine how entertaining the plot will be. The plot is rich, with minimal verbal sparring. FL is decisive, resourceful, intelligent, and a master of drama. ML watches from the sidelines but is always there to cover for her when needed (though she doesn't really need it). The interactions between the leads are both sweet and hilarious, with occasional clueless characters bumping into them and getting themselves killed. It was rare to found comedy drama that match my humor code. The character design of the violent loli FL is quite good. ML is like a masochistic, love-struck pervert. I don't watch Song Yubo's drama often but he seems to take on comedy route and he was perfect of this role. Cui Xiao Xuan performance was quite okay than some of notable actress on duanjus.
Recommended if you want some action comedy
