Cute office romance

Nothing special nothing too bad. Pretty straight forward office romance. It's cute but nothing is particularly striking. In general it feels like a web drama, and it is fine for that.

As is pretty common with these, the romance is rushed "at first sight" and not well supported other than longing gazes.

For the most part the leads have a cozy vibe and deliver interesting performances, despite things often feeling a bit "off" in that web drama way, that it can feel like they are acting or expect a scene to have more emotional weight despite the actual show just not spending/having enough time to provide context why we should interpret something as tension and not just a lingering shot.

My new Obsession

I’ve watched a lot of historical C-dramas, but this one… WOW. I’m completely obsessed. This has to be one of the best assembled casts I’ve ever seen. Every single actor is phenomenal—even the villains! You end up loving and hating them at the same time because their performances are just that good.
The directing is absolutely brilliant, and the cinematography is breathtaking. Every scene feels like a piece of art. The storytelling, the emotions, the visuals—everything about this drama is on another level.
Honestly, this is a must-watch masterpiece. I already know I’m going to rewatch it multiple times because once it ends, I don’t think anything will compare. This drama has completely ruined me in the best way possible!

Easy skip

Kahogona Wakadanna-sama no Amayakashi Kon is a very short drama. It only has six episodes, and each episode is around 20 minutes long, so the whole story moves very quickly. Overall, if I had to give my honest opinion, I would say the drama lacked a lot. The story jumps from one event to another so quickly that it doesn’t give the audience much time to process what’s happening. Although there are some cute moments between the male and female leads, the overall story feels quite average.


Plot***

The story follows Someya Yukito, the young master of a long-established inn in Asakusa. When Yukito’s father becomes ill, he is called to take over the inn and become the new head of the family. In order to uphold family tradition, his relatives pressure him to get married before officially taking over the inn.
Because of this, Yukito decides to ask Tsuruoka Io to marry him. Io is training to become a chef and has basically grown up at the inn alongside Yukito. The drama then follows their life as a newly married couple.

On paper, the story sounds very cute and promising. However, the pacing is extremely rushed. For example, in one episode Yukito asks Io to marry him, and by the next episode they are already married and navigating married life. The story moves so fast that you barely have time to digest any of the developments.

Everything feels like it’s happening at 5x speed, and that really affected the flow of the drama for me. If the show had taken more time to develop the characters and their relationship, it could have been much more enjoyable.

MY COMFORT SERIESSSSS

first time i see the overture, idgaf about this series.
but, after i know the couple (applemim) and i see the teaser, i think, i'm fall in love with this couple and series.
they're my comfort zone. they're not loud, soft couple, 100% my type of couple.
and, when the series start, i really love the acting, the chemistry, the bgm, and.....everything about this series.
i read the novel too btw, and not 100% scene in the novel its included in the series, but its okayy.
they're add an additional scene, and a more detailed description of an event, like about wasu and his human trafficing (trigger warning about that btw).
the comedy its always make me laughing, its so fits on me, and i love phi din and nong rose chemistry too. they're such a green flag couple.
you must watch this bro, trust me.

Language of Love

I wasnt expecting much, but i also wasnt expecting what i watched. This drama included 4 of my favorite things, Sign language/deaf/mute, Gangster/ceo, tall vs short, bl. I knew it was about bl but imagine all your favorite things in one?? That's exactly how i felt watching this, if there was a motorcycle in here i'd blow the headlines even more this is more than a 10/10 for me. This is such a sweet, cute, innocent and loving story (besides Jonathan.. that man.. has issues./j). I felt like it was so not only realistic of how they spoke to each other, but also there wasnt a need to drag out drama or quarrels, for example in one scene Jiang feels betrayed and upset at Yang because he thinks that he is a player or that he is telling one person that he loves them while having a fiance. But in reality that wasnt his choice to be engaged, he wanted no part of it and when he found Jiang that door of possibilities opened. Not only that but in that moment even though Jiang was upset and breaking down crying he hugged Yang because he needed his support and warmth. I cannot explain for the life of me how cute this story is!!! Absolutely recommend for all!! 10/10 for everything! Can't believe i missed the time it aired!

pas crédible du tout

Un jeune veut se venger d'une boite d'expertise comptable qui a planté volontairement l'entreprise de sa famille de coeur.
Le problème, c'est qu'il n'est pas intelligent, il fonce tête baissé, tout le temps et se fait démasquer par tout le monde, de l'épisode 3 au 5.
Il suffit aux vilains de la boîte de le virer tout simplement et il n'y a plus d'histoires, après tout c'est un jeune embauché ! Mais non ! Ils le gardent ! A ce stade c'est maso lol
Du coup cela met un plomb dans l'aile à tout !
Le jeune ML ne joue pas très bien, ce qui n'aide pas.
Cela aurait pu être une bonne série, mais le scénario est trop simpliste, dommage

DRAMANYAA SESUAI EKSPETASI BANGETT?!?! dari mulai alur, cast & ost. Akhirnyaa ketemu dramaa general kaya gini setelah LOTFG yangg ternyataa seruuu bangett, drama ini banyak komedinya yang ngebuat alurrnya jadi lebih ringann APALAGI EP 24 DIBIKIN NGAKAK TERUSS. Suka banget pemilihan cast dan stylistnya apalagi villain disini bener2 dibuat pangling sampe penonton pada salfok ke merekaa🥲🥲. Aku disini juga salfok banget sama karakter sui yuanqing dan qi min, mereka nih definisi villain yang gabisa di benci😛😝. Disini juga dibikin gemess sama couple bocil bao'er-changning yang dimana mereka calon kaisar dan permaisuri masadepan!! POJ ini nyeritain tentang changyu yang awalnya cuma tukang jagal tiba2 nikahin bangsawan dan jadiin dia suami matrilokal?!? MATRILOKALL LOHH!! changyuu juga pergi ke medan perang buat nyamperin suaminyaa?!!! AKHH GAMESS BANGETT, disini juga dibuat greget karna xie zheng selalu nutupin identitas aslinya, kalo dia sebenernya seorang marquiss?!! kalian tonton aja dehh, ini dramaa seruu bangett!! apalagi FL nya bukan tipe yang menye2, dan juga friendship changyu dan preman bikin penonton terharu huhuuhuu..

it was fine.....

Overall, it was an okay watch. I especially liked the storyline with the murder mystery and the group of college students. The plot had a few twists and turns that were handled quite well, which kept things interesting.

However, in my opinion, the actor who played Kamin was a bit weak. I also didn’t really like the way the story was edited. They often showed the murder first and then switched to a soft, romantic scene with the characters who later discover the body. I think it would have worked better the other way around to build more suspense.

This is just my personal opinion, but I also think the story would have benefited from a second couple. They could even have focused more on the college students, which might have made the story feel more balanced.

The main leads felt a bit too boring to carry so much of the focus, mainly because they didn’t really have a strong storyline of their own. Their scenes sometimes felt like they belonged to a completely different narrative, and then the show would suddenly switch back to the actual plot.

All in all, it was still an okay watch with an interesting concept, but it had some weaknesses in the execution.

MOST HEARTWARMING & WHOLESOME FAMILY DRAMA!!! (taught me so much personally, was a feast to watch)

I personally loved this drama. It's my best drama so far for this year. I was hooked to the story from the start, and it didn't disappoint me at any point. I loved the acting, the OSTs and the dialogues specially. It was so heartwarming to watch and so real at times. It has got everything- love, friends, neighbors, colleagues and the kid. It will make you both laugh and cry sometimes. It felt so pure and really touched my heart- some scenes. Second ML was portrayed so good, I still remember the dialogue when FL talks about him to her friend, Ï find my heart heavy while being with him." "It's because you don't love him and that's why you feel heavy as you can't return his feelings." With the loved one, you feel relieved and not overwhelmed.

I really got to learn some good applicable philosophy about family and relationships through this drama. Initially, I expected it to be light, humorous and rom-com type, but it shocked me by touching deeper layers of relationships and insecurities. A truly gem of a drama! (Ofc there might be some people disliking it, I don't actually get why!) We really need to change our lens. I don't get why some are hating on the FL, like she was given a character and the character developed remarkably throughout. Both ML and FL had their own shortcomings, when it came to relationships. We need to see this drama beyond the lens of just romance or romantic feelings.

The child character was the main lead of the drama, I loved watching him doing cute little actions and speaking in that cute language of his own. That in-laws relationship or uncle-aunt relation was really fun and unique to watch. Don't expect any romance or kiss scene before ep 10. More than a romance drama, it's more about slice of life drama. There were many thriller or mysterious elements in between to balance the overall tone of the drama. Like woo-joo's grandfather coming in, the stalker, and then at last, the whole child custody/guardianship thing.

How all neighbors came together to help ML and FL, really showed some true bonds there. There is no as such antagonist to the drama. And that's what makes it more real and closer to emotions. I was really on the edge of my couch while watching the last 2 episodes, it felt so emotional and heavy. I could really empathize with the characters and the last episode just felt so wholesome.

A must-watch drama for sure! Don't go by the comments, just give it a shot! You will eventually fall in love with the characters. And woo-joo <3 It's gonna make you smile, cry, shy and excited all at once.

VERY CUNTY SERIES

YALLLLLL 😭 I’m telling you right now… THE MOMENT I SAW THE TRAILER I KNEW THIS SERIES WAS ABOUT TO SLAP. Like immediately. Instantly. No hesitation. Because whoever did the casting for Air Dolls… GENIUS. STRAIGHT UP GENIUS. Putting Fluke, Lego, Neo and Soodyacht in the same chaotic series??? Baby that’s not casting. That’s IMPORTANT DECISION OF THE CENTURY. And let me tell you something else. Not once. NOT ONCE. Did I put the video on 2× speed. And if you know me you know that is a huge compliment because I skip boring scenes like it’s cardio. But this show??? I watched every second because it was so entertaining and so ridiculously funny that I kept laughing like an unhinged hyena 😭

Honestly I expected the plot to go a completely different direction but the way they executed it was still hilarious so I’m not even mad about it. Also yes this is only a 4 episode mini series, so calm down. This review won’t be a whole thesis. I promise.

a) Plot

Okay so when I watched the trailer I thought the story was going to be about the four of them working together to bring Katrina back whenever she gets possessed by the Goddess Dalop. Like Katrina switching between herself and the goddess while the group tries to fix the situation. THAT was the plot I imagined. BUT the actual story took a different route. Instead, the Air Dolls are trying to stop their friend Katrina’s body from being permanently taken over by the goddess after she accidentally disrespects the goddess by vomiting on her portrait while drunk.

Which honestly… WHAT AN ICONIC WAY TO START A PROBLEM. The way I gasped when Katrina puked on the picture I literally went "OH MY GOD GIRL YOU JUST CURSED YOURSELF." 😭 But the funniest thing is that they worship the goddess because they want fame, popularity, and influencer success—especially in Pat’s eyes. THE PRIORITIES ARE INSANE. But honestly that chaotic motivation is exactly what makes the show funny.

And let’s talk about the pacing. Fast. BUT PERFECTLY HANDLED. The comedic timing? NEVER MISSED. Every episode had at least one moment where I had to pause because I was laughing too hard. And the sass??? THE SASSINESS OF THESE DIVAS IS IMMACULATE. I also really love that the show casually presents different types of trans women and personalities:

The sassy one.
The quiet one.
The bimbo one.
The foul-mouthed chaotic queen.

And it never feels forced. It just feels natural and fun. ALSO CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE MAKEUP AND WARDROBE??? HELLO???? THE OUTFITS??? THE MAKEUP??? ABSOLUTE SERVE. Every character has their own aesthetic and it works so well visually. Honestly I have zero issues with the plot.

Cute.
Chaotic.
Sassy.
Entertaining.

10/10.

And I’m not joking when I say I would absolutely watch a full-length series about these girls. AIR DOLLS FOR LIFE!!! 💅

b) Characters

> Nevita played by Fluke Nattanon

GIVE. HIM. MORE. SERIES. I DO NOT CARE. JUST GIVE HIM MORE. Because Fluke was BORN for this role. Not once did he miss. Not once did he drop the energy. This man was SERVING diva energy every second he appeared on screen. And honestly the funniest thing is that the difference between Fluke and Nevita isn’t even that big 😭 Because let’s be real… Fluke IS the diva. At first I thought Lego might have been better for the Nevita role but after watching the series I take that back. Fluke absolutely dominates this character.

Now Nevita herself??? She is the IT GIRL. If you’ve ever watched Mean Girls, Nevita is basically Regina George. Pretty. Confident. Unbothered. She doesn’t care what people say because she knows she’s the hottest girl in the room. And one thing I really love about her character is that she doesn’t backstab her friends. She talks shit… BUT SHE SAYS IT DIRECTLY TO YOUR FACE. Respect. Also her outfits??? BABY. They were serving CUNTY FASHION ICON ENERGY every episode.



> Katrina played by Neo Trai

OH MY GOD. I MISSED HIM. ON GOD I MISSED HIM 😭 Yes his attitude stinks sometimes but let’s not lie to ourselves. Neo is a fantastic actor. And in this series he commits to the character 100% shamelessly. I got secondhand embarrassment multiple times because of how chaotic Katrina was. But that’s exactly why it works. My only tiny complaint is that Katrina starts off as a full bimbo queen but near the end she suddenly becomes more thoughtful and aware.

Part of me wished she stayed chaotic and dumb until the very end. But honestly??? She still ate the role. Period.

GIRLLLLLL. I did NOT expect Soodyacht to suddenly come out here acting like this. Like excuse me??? Since when were you this good??? And then suddenly I remembered he played that horny roommate in Love by Chance and it all clicked. Oh right. This man has always been a chaotic actor.

Fews doesn’t have a huge personal storyline but she’s always supporting Nevita and Ingky. And listen… THE POOP SCENE??? I WAS NOT READY. That scene caught me completely off guard and I’m still laughing about it. Comedy gold.



> Ingky played by Lego Rapeepong

First of all… THIS MAN IS GORGEOUS. Like actually unfair levels of pretty. GMMTV better give him more roles because he clearly has potential. Also am I the only one who thinks he’s giving Cooheart energy sometimes??? 😭 But in the best way. He’s always serving on screen.

Ingky’s character is the “good girl image” type. She wants to maintain a sweet reputation and be liked by everyone. But don’t get it twisted. She is still SASSY AS HELL underneath that cute persona. Also her wardrobe???

Very pastel.
Very soft.
Very “good girl aesthetic.”

Which contrasts perfectly with Nevita’s bold diva outfits.

Do I even need to say more??? The comedic timing never misses. Every episode gives maximum entertainment. And honestly I’m kind of speechless because I just… LOVED IT.

You already know my rule: I never rewatch series unless it’s really good. But this one??? BABY I’M REWATCHING IT MULTIPLE TIMES.

Final rating: 10/10.💅

I loved this!!!!

I came to watch this not knowing or expecting anything, but I am so glad I watched this.
Dr. Bun and Tan are just perfect together! And That and Sorawit being basically the younger version of Bun and Tan are the icing on the cake.
Rungtiva and Pued did Jane so dirty, but at least Pued had a change of heart and tried to rectify his mistakes.
Inspector M’s and Bun’s love/hate respect for each other is so real!!!!
End of ep 12, when I see it’s the deputy all along whooping everyone’s butt and when he shot M, I swear I wanted to jump through my screen!!! But M lit him up in ep 14, yaayyy!!
Final ep when Inspector M came out as the backup plan I yelled!!! I was so happy.
Por saving the kids, YES, big bro!!! I love it!
Por and Tan have a long way to go but at least Por acknowledges Tan and doesn’t look at him with contempt anymore. And they are on the same page and helping each other. Tan has always loved his big bro.
I’m glad all the higher ups got caught, I hate that one dude was able to escape across the border.
Por avenging Peud, chef’s kiss, absolutely loved it.
