Outstanding performances from the cast!!! Nakakatouch ung philosophy at yung commitment nya to the well being of his people at ung belief nya for peaceful transition, then yung pagascend nya sa throne to become the historical and last ruler of the Wuyue Kingdom (Zhejiang Provinxe, including parts of Jiangsu and Shanghai) until they surrendered to The Northern Song Dynasty to reunify most of China! Reigned from 947-878 AD. "For the greater cause - regional stability over personal power." 👏
Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys meaningful historical dramas.

May everyone find their own Fang Muyang
To be honest I had no intention of watching this drama when it was first announced. So I had zero expectations when I decided to randomly pick it up since I had nothing else to watch. I didn't even read the synopsis and the only thing I knew was that it was a love story set in the 1970s. But then I got unexpectedly hooked and I couldn't stop myself from waiting everyday for the episodes to release.I think what appealed to me the most was how realistic the story felt. You have regular people living simple lives. They don't have big, dramatic aspirations. They just want to live a happy life with their families and that convinces you to believe that this is real. Each character has dept, the side characters don't just exist for names sake. They have their own hurdles, their actions have reasons behind them and this applies to the antagonists as well. They aren't just plain evil without any motivations, and no matter how much you hate them you can still see where they might be coming from.
Now I'm not Chinese, and neither am I old enough to have known what China in the 1970s must have been like. But I think that they did a really good job at educating us about this era, while still making it entertaining and interesting for us to watch. The color grading and everything makes drama appear nostalgic and I think that helps so much with making us connect with the drama.
Chen Feiyu's performance in this was also just top-notch. I've only ever seen him in Lighter and Princess, which I unfortunately didn't like a lot, but he really made up for it in this. Fang Muyang's personality suits him so well and Feiyu just looks like he's in his element in this drama. Fang Muyang and Fei Ni are also asbolute adorable. They are the perfect example of pure love and just watching them makes you happy. Overall it's a drama that doesn't disappoint is definitely worth checking out.

their chemistry
Just finished Revenged Love and it's BTS and I honestly didn’t expect to get this invested and what stood out the most was the chemistry between Tian and Ziyu. they has this perfect mix of tension, intense and everything was filled with unspoken feelings. Their dynamic feels beautifully complicated. Overall, the story itself has a very emotional, almost poetic atmosphere that makes the story linger in your mind. Definitely worth watching if you enjoy strong on-screen chemistry. Was this review helpful to you?

Not my cup of tea, but might be yours?
I wanted to like it so bad. So many aspects of each character were so enjoyable. I actually didn’t mind the cruel to caring ML, he was my favorite character for the most part. I didn’t have second lead syndrome although I did love 2nd male leads character development. FL’s quirky outburst & giving nature were enjoyable for me but she had NO BACKBONE. It’s like she barely made any active decisions for herself. Her bestie was insufferable to me…falling in love with you friends man? It’s a no from me dawg. With the amount of episodes it had, I feel like character development and plot fell to the wayside while so much air time went to useless side scenes? The actors/actresses were great but the plot just lacked in my opinion. I can see how this would be a great drama for some, it just didn’t deliver what I needed to keep me going.(bonus points for Siwons INSANE ab scene. paused and backed up a couple times because wowowow lol)

Why so hate lmao.......
I do understand people might feel lacking on jisoo's acting but honestly she isn't supposed to be the best yet, she's still a new actress. Considering its her third drama, i feel she did a good job. Some expressions feel stiff but other than that great acting! I don't like how some people are comparing her with great actresses with a lot of experience like go younjung. Like girl bfr......Talking about seo inguk, he's an amazing actor, in less screentime he still shines. I loved his acting i can tell why people call him king of romance lol.
The best part about the show are the cameos and the stories revolving them. The CEO couple and the campus couple (so much chemistry on this one). The most underrated one is the EX couple. They had so much potential to be the leads, they were my most favourite couple in the show so far. (Petition to make sungcheol and jisoo main leads in a drama plss I'm begging) Some of their scenes broke me literally, I was crying my ass off lmao. And also I lovee love the singles inferno references as a big SI lover.
Some things I didn't like:
- could've had more episodes, it was too short.
-the main story around jisoo and inguk kinda felt lost bcs of more focus on the AI boyfriends. I mean i liked every scenes of the AI part but isn't inguk the lead.
- (this one might be underrated) they could've given more background on the ex. Like the missing of a birthday cannot be the only reason bfr, could've shown more.
- sometimes jisoo's acting felt stiff. I agree , when she acted annoyed or was crying loudly, she feels a bit unnatural but ig there's time for her to learn!! She's a beginner actress and has some flaws in her acting. But she still has room to improve.
Overall: great drama !! I can rewatch again after finishing it. I cannot bear the low ratings it didn't deserve. Some of the people even started rating it low after 1-3 hours of its release writing they watched the whole of it and how they hated every thing. Idc though, I liked it and I would definitely recommend yall to watch!! Don't listen to haters lmao you'll like it if you do but that's okay if you didn't. Everyone has different opinions and remember constructive criticism is okay but hating is not :)
Have a good day.

Darker Than I Expected
I honestly didn’t expect Intercom ga Naru Toki to affect me this much. When I started it, I thought it would be a typical revenge drama, but very quickly, it became clear that this story was something much darker, deeper, and more emotional than I expected.
The deeper the story went, the more invested I became. It wasn’t just about revenge. It explored the psychological side of people when they are pushed to their limits. The emotions felt raw and uncomfortable in a way that made everything feel very real.
What I liked most was that the revenge itself wasn’t loud or overly dramatic for the sake of the drama. Instead, it felt quiet but INTENSE. It felt less like a dramatic fantasy and more like watching something that could actually happen in real life.
The characters also felt very natural. Their actions were driven by emotion rather than exaggerated drama, and that made their decisions feel believable. Watching them slowly unravel emotionally gave the story a very dark and heavy atmosphere.
By the end, I honestly felt drained. The drama pulls you so deeply into these characters and their pain that it becomes emotionally exhausting at times. But in a way, that’s what makes it so effective. I needed to watch something light-hearted because this drama was so draining
It’s a very unique drama, and I think it works especially well as a psychological story. Dark, intense, and emotionally heavy but incredibly interesting to watch.

Great drama but bit rushed towards the end
I really enjoyed Would You Marry Me. It’s a light-hearted drama that was easy to watch, and the casting worked very well. The actors fit their roles naturally, which made the story feel warm and enjoyable from beginning to end.
My only real issue with the drama is that I wish it had a few more episodes. Toward the end, everything started to feel a bit rushed. The story had built up some interesting conflicts, but the resolution came too quickly, which took out the fun.
What I actually found interesting was the way the antagonists were written. They weren’t obviously evil from the beginning, which made their actions more surprising. They managed to fool everyone for quite a while, and that made the tension in the story more engaging. However, when the confrontation finally happened, I felt it ended too easily. After all the damage they caused, their arrest felt too quick and almost too simple. I think an extra episode or two could have added more suspense, maybe a bit of a chase or a stronger buildup to their downfall.
Another reason I enjoyed the drama so much is that I’m a big fan of Jung So‑min. I’ve always liked her as an actress. She has this natural way of acting that makes her characters feel very believable and genuine. Nothing ever feels forced when she performs.
So far, I’ve enjoyed many of her projects, and since watching her in Love Next Door, I’ve been even more excited to see her in new roles and new pairings. She always brings a certain charm and sincerity to her characters that makes the story more enjoyable to watch.

Growth, Maturity, and Love (Romantic and Familial)
A story full of growth and maturity.A beautiful and sweet story that has little drama to no drama.
I think the only gripe I have about this series is that it was a bit too slow at the start and some of the female leads so called college friends aren’t really true friends.
Other than those small issues, it was perfectly beautiful.
I also how mature both main characters are. It made the series easy to watch. Their chemistry is also on fire. I was able to appreciate their chemistry and their relationship because it wasn’t an instalove kind of story. The admiration and feelings took place gradually and real.
Plus, I love how tight knit, loving, and supporting the female leads family are. Her mom, cousin, aunt, and uncle are core people that made her the way she is.

A Beautiful Reunion Worth the Wait
I loved Jeong Shin and Myung Kim in 2023’s A Breeze of Love, which quickly became one of my favourite Korean dramas. Ever since then I had been hoping they would reunite in another series because their chemistry was unforgettable. After three years of waiting, Always Meet Again finally arrived and it absolutely did not disappoint. This drama feels special from the very beginning. It uses a time travel concept, but it feels fresh and emotional rather than just another familiar trope. The story focuses more on feelings, regrets, and second chances, which makes every moment between the characters feel meaningful.
Jeong Shin and Myung Kim are once again stunning together. Their chemistry is just as strong as it was before, maybe even stronger. Every scene they share feels natural and heartfelt, and they manage to convey so much emotion with even the smallest interactions. Their performances really carry the series and make you completely invested in their journey.
The production quality is also fantastic. The cinematography is beautiful and polished, capturing both the nostalgic high school atmosphere and the emotional tone of the story perfectly. The music fits every scene wonderfully and enhances the overall feeling of the drama without ever overpowering it.
The acting across the cast is strong, the storytelling is engaging, and the emotional moments land exactly where they should. It is romantic, touching, and sometimes bittersweet, but always compelling.
Always Meet Again is a fantastic start to 2026 and easily one of the most memorable Korean BL dramas in recent years. For anyone who loved A Breeze of Love or simply enjoys heartfelt romance with beautiful visuals and powerful chemistry, this series is truly a masterpiece.

Peak at his Peak!
I am really glad they gave Peak a chance in a serious BL series. Following him since ten years ago has made me realize that he has improved a lot in his acting. It wasn't that bad in his previous films, but because he had never played this kind of role, we had never really seen his full capability.Honestly, this series would be empty without Perth. Her performance was truly believable. I usually hate the 'third wheel' role in every BL series because they are usually annoying, but we need to give her two thumbs up for helping Peak reach his full aura.

JUMPING INTO THIS, I KNEW NOTHING. I HAVE ALREADY WATCHED THE BOYFRIEND SEASON 1, BUT I FAIL TO REMEMBER MOMENTS FROM IT. I STARTED WATCHING THIS AFTER I SAW A REEL OF IT IN INSTA. THIS JOURNEY OF THEM AND ME WATCHING THIS SEASON WAS AMAZING. I FELT MORE CONNECTED TO THIS SEASON AND THE MEMBERS OF THIS GREEN HOUSE. THE MEMORIES THEY MADE WERE NICE, AND I FELT LIKE I WAS A PART OF ALL OF THEM. I GOT TO EXPERIENCE LOVE FROM EVERY POINT OF VIEW. WILLIAM AND IZAYA HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THAT DESPITE HAVING MANY THINGS TO FIGHT ABOUT, WE CAN STILL BE THE PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER AND MAKE SURE THAT A SINGLE FIGHT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE RELATIONSHIP HAS COME TO AN END. BOMI AND HUWEI WERE SWEET AND CUTE. THEIR RELATIONSHIP WAS SLOW BUT FULL. I LIKED THIS COUPLE THE MOST, UNTIL I GOT JOBU AND TAE. WHEN TAE WALKED IN, I THOUGHT WHAT WOULD HAPPEN NOW. I WANTED JOBU TO FIND A NICE PERSON. I WAS VERY EXCITED TO SEE THEM TOGETHER. THOUGH THEIR FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GREAT AT ALL. THEY WERE READY TO GIVE EACHOTHER A CHANCE AGAIN. IT HELPED ME REALIZE THAT YOU NEVER REALLY KNOW WHO YOU MIGHT ENDUP WITH AND HOW AMAZING IT CAN BE WHEN YOU LET YOUR HEART FLY. HIROYA WAS AMAZING. THOUGH AT FIRST I DID NOT LIKE HIM AS HE WAS AFTER HUWEI. THEN WHEN I GOT TO SEE HIM MORE, I FELT HE WAS THE MOST AFFECTED MEMBER HERE. HE FELL IN LOVE TWICE KNOWING THAT IT WOULD NEVER BECOME A RELATIONSHIP. HE WAS HONEST TO HIS FEELINGS. I HOPE HE FINDS A BETTER PERSON. THE OTHER TWO, RYU AND TORO WERE VERY CUTE TOO. THEY HAD THEIR OWN STRUGGLES AND WERE ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT WITH THE HELP OF OTHERS. I HOPE BOTH OF THEM ARE ACCEPTED BY THEIR FAMILIES, AND EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT, I WANT THEM TO KNOW THAT ALL THE GREEN HOUSE MEMBERS ARE THEIR FAMILY, AND WE ALL WILL ALSO BE THERE FOR THEM. KAZUYUKI WAS A VERY NICE PERSON. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT HE GOT HIS CONCLUSION AND HIS HEART BACK IN THIS JOURNEY OF HIS. I HOPE HE LIVES HIS LIFE WITH THAT OTHER PERSON AND HAS FUN. I HOPE ALL THESE PEOPLE FIND HAPPINESS AND ALWAYS STAY CONNECTED.OVERALL, IT WAS A FUN AND EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER. I WILL RATE THIS A 8.5.

Literally the best
Jisoo’s acting in this drama was seriously impressive. I’ve seen her in some of her other dramas before and she was good in those as well, but I feel like a lot of it depends on the script and the kind of character she’s given. In this series, everything just seemed to work perfectly for her. The writing allowed her to show more range, and you can really see how much more comfortable and natural she’s become in front of the camera.I actually ended up watching the entire series in one sitting because it was that engaging. Once I started, I genuinely couldn’t stop. The pacing of the show and the way the story unfolded kept me hooked the whole time. Her performance played a big role in that too because she made her character feel believable and authentic. Nothing about her acting felt forced or overdone.
One thing that stood out to me was the chemistry she had with every single male actor she interacted with in the show. Sometimes in dramas the chemistry only works with one specific character, but here it felt effortless across the board. Each interaction felt natural and convincing, which made the relationships in the story even more enjoyable to watch.
I also feel like people are trying way too hard to hate on Jisoo simply because they already know her as the singer from Blackpink. A lot of the criticism feels extremely forced. I’m honestly convinced that half of the people making these judgments haven’t even watched the show properly, or maybe haven’t watched it at all. It’s easy to dismiss someone when you already have a fixed image of them, but if you actually watch the drama with an open mind, her performance is genuinely solid. The storyline itself is also really unique and refreshing, which makes the whole series even more worth watching.
