(un)shockingly boring show

This show follows the classic chinese storyline and tempo, but is somehow more boring. The characters are likeable, but there is little actual plot. Additionally they periodically make unfunny and downright unnecessary queerphobic jokes which just feel icky. Is this show worth watching? If you've got nothing else to watch, this is better than nothing, elseway- not really.

It should've ended sooner

This drama had so much potential. The first episodes were actually really interesting, and I genuinely thought I was going to love it. The concept was unique for a rom-com, and it got me invested pretty quickly.

Unfortunately, things started to lose momentum as the story went on. What began as a fun and promising drama eventually became repetitive and I found myself losing interest. The biggest issue for me was the pacing. It honestly felt like the story was stretched out much longer than it needed to be.

In my opinion, this drama could have easily been wrapped up in 12 episodes instead of 16. There were several moments that felt unnecessary and instead of excitement they just made the drama drag.

By the end, I was mostly watching just to finish it. Overall, It's a pretty mid k-drama and I personally expected much more

TheePeach Happily Married, Me Crying in the Corner ?

“I have finally gotten a grip, LookPeach.” (— Where? When? Why can’t I see it???? 😭)
“Let’s save that for when it really matters.” (— Understood 😌…)

Ahem… okay… focus… 👀—

By the way, P’Kian… I wouldn’t mind if you wrote your name on me too, like everything else that belongs to you 🙂‍↔️
I mean, it’s already in my heart, but still… for accuracy??? 😭
Because… because what? Exactly.
Because I have officially gone crazy.😭

Being Khun Thee’s fan and having sanity at the same time??? IMPOSSIBLE..🤪

I don’t even know what I’m saying anymore… help 😭
Okay no—wait—I’m actually happy.
Also… our P’Kian’s wolf finally got some honey 🍯🙂‍↕️(Don’t ask what I mean—I don’t know either.)

Anyway, let’s pretend I’ve gotten a grip now (I haven’t 😌)

As we can clearly see (except those who don’t have eyes 😌), this sequel has the EXACT same energy as Me and Thee… and I am NOT surviving this.
And about the plot…
Khun Thee himself IS the plot, so please don’t ask unnecessary questions 😤
(even though no one did 🫡)

Our precious LookPeach is basically living a lifetime honeymoon with our goofy P’Kian…
(because we can’t have them. Simple. 🫠😭)

And P’Kian’s character development?
Khun Thee before marriage: extra
After marriage: extra
After marriage with Peach: EXTRA EXTRA
(Internal screaming continues 😫)

I’m literally crying because my jaw hurts from smiling for almost an hour 😭
but I STILL can’t stop.

About RomeMok…
No. Bye. I refuse.

My heart is too fragile to handle their chemistry after TheePeach.

Aghhhhhhh—

I recommend watching it

This is a detective thriller in which Dylan Wang departs from his usual "prince charming" image. He plays a young police officer named Ran Fang Xu. The story spans nearly 20 years and follows the investigation into the mysterious disappearance of a father and daughter. My expectations for this project were high. Dylan Wang explores a completely new, realistic, and dark genre. Watching his transformation over 18 years, from a rookie to a seasoned cop, will be incredibly captivating. And the presence of master detective Pang Yueming guarantees that this will be a quality story, not just another project. The beginning of the drama was impressive! A strange story, strange police officers who don't understand each other. Masterfully filmed, the imagery is constantly engaging. A high-quality, interesting detective with a twisting plot. Perhaps one of the best detective series I've ever watched. For detective fans who enjoyed "Above Ashes," "Under the Skin," "Signal," and "Tunnel," this is the place for you! I'm still thrilled with Wang He Di—he's a brilliant, versatile actor who plays his role superbly, especially considering he was originally a model. Compared to many actors, he's truly outstanding. Although I have to give them credit, everyone gave it their all. The plot is very engaging, with several major twists. Honestly, I cried! There's a really heartbreaking moment at the end of episode 9 and the beginning of episode 10, and then there's episode 22. So, I'll tell you right now, the plot isn't easy. Another thing I liked was that the script didn't sag; everything unfolded at a decent pace. You won't get bored, and you won't let it slide into the background, otherwise you might miss something. What I didn't like, and was really irritating at first, was the plot jumps from the past to the future, but overall, everything fell into place later. Another gripping detective story with Pan Yue Ming! And Wang He Di, too! Simply fantastic! An intriguingly twisted plot that keeps the viewer on the edge of their seats until the very last minute! I recommend watching it.

Game play RPG finally made into a drama (It's funny and lighthearted)

I have to say as a avid webtoon/manwha reader i really enjoyed that they did this adaptation. Not only was it enjoyable to see how they would adapt the gameplay features but also how they chose to pace it. it's a comedy filled drama that doesn't take itself to seriously, which is a really nice watch to just shut your mind off to. really enjoyed it and would def recommend.

I don't know.

I went into this drama with an open mind, but by the end of the first few episodes, I found myself increasingly frustrated by the writing choices. There are several fundamental issues that undermine what could have been a compelling story.

My biggest issue is with the male lead's instantaneous, all-consuming obsession with the female lead. They meet once , a single encounter and suddenly he's completely fixated on her. The narrative asks us to believe that he gifts her a rare flower that happens to be the antidote to his own poison... for a stranger? So we're expected to accept that he values the life of someone he doesn't even know over his own survival? That's not romantic, that's narratively incoherent.

What's even more baffling is that after she cures herself, he still doesn't try to reclaim the flower. The show doesn't bother to explain his reasoning, leaving this major plot point feeling like a contrived device to force an emotional connection rather than an organic development. It reeks of lazy writing the writers wanted a "grand gesture" moment without doing the legwork to make it emotionally believable.

I'm genuinely exhausted by the "strong character pretending to be weak" trope, Every other drama has a secret prince, a hidden martial arts master, or a disguised genius, the trope loses all impact. It becomes predictable padding rather than compelling storytelling. I wish writers would trust their characters (and their audiences) enough to explore other narrative tropes.

By episode three, the male lead is already declaring his love. Episode three . There has been no meaningful relationship development, no shared experiences that would justify this depth of feeling just obsession framed as devotion.

I don't know who told C-drama writers that possessive, all-consuming fixation is romantic, but it isn't. It's cringe. Real romance is built on mutual respect, shared vulnerability, and time not on one character deciding another is their entire world after a single glance. This approach doesn't make the male lead look devoted, it makes him look emotionally unstable, and it does a disservice to the female lead by reducing her to an object of obsession rather than a fully realized person.

This show had potential, but it's drowning in lazy tropes and rushed emotional beats. The writers seem more interested in checking boxes, instant obsession, hidden identity, early love declaration than in crafting a relationship that feels earned. For viewers who are tired of the same recycled formulas, this one is a hard pass.

Dragged out revenge and cliche historical drama with great promise initially

The series had a strong start and an interesting premise of the old switcharoo of the fml with their twin who was accidentally killed. It was such a good plot at the start but sometime from the 2nd half, sometime betweeen episode 9 and 11th, the drama becomes such a cliché of what that is historical where they only focus on elements like power struggle conspiracies, That actually made me drop the drama initially and i just kinda had it on my dropped maybe pick up again later sort of list, Its my i might still watch it when i have nothing else i really want to watch and then finiosh it then. BAsically the whole stpry starts to revolve around corruption among ministers, revenge, etc.
THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN 20 EPISODES, it feels so long and everything got dragged out to the MAX. I actually ended up watching it with 1,5 speed or something at the end bc it started to drag out THAT much.
I had been continuously old that it gets better and more interesting but this just feels like its one of those where you really gotta love the historical aspects of the show to like it to be that long.
They try to keep the watcher engaged with the plot several times by incorporating twists here and there, but those twists were just not worth it for me at least.

Good show to watch as long as you are ok with red rangers character

The story was very conceise with good pacing. Each arc served a clear purpose and kept things interesting. The villians stole the show for me. They did a good job depicting a multidimesntional villian.

Very red ranger and villian centered. There especially was not a lot of development on the female charcters. Also a heads up, the red ranger behaves in a very child-like manner and has a weird way of speaking which could be annoyinh to some people.

This was my first sentai I completed so I would say it is a good place to start with. The costume design is also pretty good.

love or not.

This is a very interesting series. it took me trying a few tries before i could make myself finish 1st episode. it was difficult for me to get into the series. and it took me few episodes to love the story , actions - leads and supporting characters and their back stories.

the series attempts to explore happiness , who is happier,-one who is single , or one in relationship or one in marriage. It seemed everyone is unhappy irrespective of their relationship status. married ones , more so.

it seemed only the women are worried about the health of their relationships , their happiness in it and wish to work on it .
was the series meant to be that way? FL's ex other than being scumbag doesnt even leave her with shred of dignity when he dumps her.

This is a sequel to "Me And Thee Series" so go watch that first to understand this one properly!

I was literally squealing and blushing so much whenever Mok & Rome were onscreen like their moments were so much cute and sweet uffff like that little kiss btw Mok & Rome was a sign of Mok being bold enough finally and their hugs ufff like their overall chemistry with each other is just chef's kiss and ofc I did miss Khun Thee's chaoticness including his overbearingly hyperromanticness towards his LookPeach now talking about P'Peach, he has got that glow yk yup that after-marriage glow hihi but Khun Thee is truly a green forest for sure like their relationship is so much healthy! The kind of love, trust, and respect they have for each other is something that I adore the most — Tawan & Aran also had a glow-up, a healthy one with no toxicness, so that's a good sign. Well, overall, Episode 1 has started well, like, filled with an equal amount of fluff + suspense, but to be honest, I just can't wait for Episode 2 ~!

Solid little vshort

This is actually pretty good for what it is. It very much is a vshort, in both production value and writing, but I felt like it put a bit more effort than usual into making the emotional beats of the central relationship actually interesting and impactful. The main character is so funny in the beginning arc, and in the final arc shows a strong, serious side, I hope to see more work from her.

The only reason I started watching this was JoongDunk. I was really curious about how they’d handle the series, and honestly, I’m thrilled with it. I didn't expect to enjoy it this much. I would have finished it ages ago, but unfortunately, I didn't have much time for series due to school. Still, I enjoyed it immensely; I grew fond of the main characters, and even though I guessed who the villain was early on, there was a surprise waiting for me at the end. Quite a plot twist, I won't lie. Overall, the production was amazing; there wasn't a single person who didn't fully inhabit their role, and everything made sense. The OST is great, too—even before I started watching the show, it was already among my top songs of the week 🤣, so I’d always dance along whenever it played. Of course, we have to keep in mind that it’s a Thai series, so we can't expect a massive blockbuster, but this was so well-made that it barely felt like a typical Thai drama. Just the way Joong was promoting it everywhere told me it couldn't be that bad. And it turned out I was right—I really enjoyed it. Throughout the whole run, there was maybe just one 15+ scene between Kamin and Jade; otherwise, it was a genuine detective story (expect blood and violence! ☝🏻) featuring themes of friendship, betrayal, family, and—above all—revenge.

THis is not that kind of Lolita!. She is not a mistress; two wives in name only.

This is a review after watching 6 episodes, so there isn't much to conclude yet.

I think Xiao Hou has a rather distinct brand when it comes to strong, fierce action scenes, and that raspy, high-toned, sexy voice that whispers love songs, drifting viewers away into a daze. He is also one of the top-performing male leads when it comes to drama. The action scenes in this series haven't been featured heavily yet, but they are well-executed.

Don't assume that because he is paired with a young actress, the romance won't be moving. Viewers can be touched by the story itself without needing excessive physical contact shown on screen. There's no need to overprotect the female lead; everyone knows what is appropriate. Even Xiao Hou himself entered the industry at the age of 19–20 and must have encountered romantic scenes back then; he knows exactly what to do and where the boundaries are.

Right now, I'm eagerly anticipating the reveal of the female lead's true identity.

Xiao Hou’s comedic expressions and gestures aren't quite sharp yet—almost there, but not quite—though he absolutely nails the sweet eyes and beautiful smile.
Aimi has such beautiful eyes, and she is incredibly talented at crying scenes.
Riley Wang has such thick, long, and beautifully curled eyelashes, just FYI I can't help talking about him.

The pacing of the story is very fast. If you don't watch closely or if you miss the dialogue, you'll easily get lost—especially regarding who the female lead is and who A Mao is. I think if they showed more of the male lead's backstory, we would understand his behavior better. I must praise the casting for the child actor; the styling makes him look just like a young Xiao Hou. From what I recall of his childhood photos, he really did look like that when he was a kid.

If you want to watch this and you can understand Japanese then this could be put in the background.

This season suffers from pacing issues. The first half of the show was spent on random gags and little to no character development and plot which dragged the overall story. We only start getting some more plpt points from tge 28th episode which is more than halfway into the show. This affected the later half of the show where the characters lacked the depth for the emotional scenes and the villians themselves came did not leave a lasting impression. The final battle was anticlimatic and the overall camerawork did not help with the jokes and gags of the show.

I think this was a show with lots of potential that was unfullfilled. I like the op and the suits were well designed.
