Not sure why this drama was involved in a bidding war and why people rate it highly. It’s just and overblown typical kdrama tsundere romcom. Some of the reviews on Viki point out what a jerk the lead male is. I can’t disagree. The problem is the writers can’t distinguish between tsundere and abuse. The lead female, of whom I am a fan, is continuously crying. Both male leads treat her as an object. The support cast almost without exception are a klan of unsympathetic jerks. Also there is often no motivation why they are jerks. Having a hard time completing and can’t believe there are 24 episodes to this

Cho jung suk was the only reason I hopped into this drama

This drama had a lot of great actors and actresses , however I really think the storyline was not that good and slightly messy . Normally not very interested in a common storyline about 2 guys over a girl, but I can’t miss on cho jung suk!! He was so good in this drama , he played the character very well though slightly was a jerk . As for the female lead , not a big fan of her character . In the case of romance honestly I think her character is the worst. Her romance switch on and off like a light bulb ( felt really sad for the male character) I would say , it is a light & quite entertaining drama , however I skimmed many of the scenes as it fell flat after awhile and it felt repetitive. Better to skim this drama than to actually watch all the episodes , not quite worth the time.

Falls short in every aspect of the story - plot, romance, comedy, feel good moments..

This may not be a popular review, however, after watching episode 10, I have come a conclusion that I cannot go on with this any further. It is already depressing to see the second lead (the really good guy) being cheated by his friend and later, I am pretty sure by the girl friend too since he is the Second Lead.

The Main male lead is almost as nasty as a villain of a story should be. He is selfish, full of himself, arrogant, rude and egoistic and worst is stabs his friend on the back.. that friend who was there for him and was ready support him, always. How can any viewer who love romance can fall in love with this guy??

The female lead is unsure about herself and so she decides to give it a try with the SL .. seriously.. what happens when you decide you want to go back to crush? Not a feel good moment for romance lovers like me.

The comedy aspect? Hardly any.. I was more stressed watching the episodes thinking how hurt the second lead is going to be.. someone said.. until episode 6 it is slow.. damn right.. it was slow even at episode 10. So I am giving up!
No offence to anyone who liked the story/series. This is entirely my personal opinion.

This drama is worth it

I really enjoyed this drama a lot, with the 3 main characters all having strong internal lives and familial connections which make their initially pathetic or annoying actions incredibly understandable. I will say - don't judge this drama on its first episode! I personally loved the initial dynamic as it sets up the love triangle in a really interesting way.

This drama is really a love triangle drama, as well. As far as I can tell, every single character was in a love triangle, whether it was requited or unrequited, and each triangle was a barrel of laughs. I really enjoyed the familial aspects as well - this is a drama about love, and loving people, and the joy that can bring. The acting is superb, the writing is hilarious, the soundtrack is fun, and the characters are deep.

Overall, I strongly recommend watching this drama.

It has been awhile since I wrote a review and this show definitely deserved one. The story itself is praiseworthy since it covers a medical condition that highlights the importance of early detection and treatment. It also explores the stigma it will cause when such illness happens to a man which is a rare occurrence.

There were situations which were funny in itself but truthfully isn't a laughing matter at all in real life but the writers made it watchable. The actors were topnotch and very relatable. They all did their roles very well. The tension within the love triangle is so palpable and heart-wrenching. This is one of those dramas that will pull you strongly to cheer for the second male lead. Of course, the main male lead also has redeeming factors that will convince you that he does deserve the female lead's love. I can not say enough good things about the main female lead's acting. She's so adorable, fun to watch and endearing.

The other love story arc was also fun to watch too! This was a really enjoyable drama to watch and I totally recommend it!

Fun, sweet, funny, and addictive

I loved this drama so much!! It was one of those shows where you want to binge all the episodes, but at the same time want to savor and watch each episode slowly so you never have to finish it. Both the main characters and the secondary characters where well developed. I enjoyed each little and big story being told. I found myself laughing out loud one minute and tearing up the next. I normally HATE a love triangle ( and this drama has multiple) but it was done well and it didn’t take away from the show. The only criticism I can give is I wish they would have shown the losers of the triangles happy in the future. There weren’t any “ bad guys” in the show so I wanted everyone to be happy. So seeing them happy in some way would have been the Chef’s Kiss ( pun intended) . I definitely recommend this drama to all Kdrama fans! It has a little bit of everything!

Let's all be real, we don't necessarily care for jealous guys in real live but in drama we all love it!! I don't care that people think some things are were not realistic...like who cares??!! Isn't that why we watch movies/dramas because the writer is able to use their creativity to create something good or bad.

Story:
Loved the premise of the story. You go through a range of emotions.

Action:
Cast did a great job

Music: was okay

Rewatch value: I would watch it again

Overall: This drama I feel is a diamond in the rough. It is funny ,emotional (happy/sad). Watch it! :-)

So disappointing

I absolutely love the acting talent of two main leads. I especially love GHJ. She is my favorite Korean actress/actor. And JJS is extremely charismatic in all of his roles. He just makes you want to keep watching as he fills the screen with energy.

However, I had to drop this one. The beginning was so messy and confusing, with all three of the characters in the love triangle just yelling at each other constantly. There was no character development or exploration, only yelling. And there were so many sexist lines. It was over the top and immature. And there were too many silly misunderstandings, which is a trope I'm not into in dramas. I couldn't continue.

JI was my first k drama
it was superpoliished like a movie, as a drama rule it was dragged but if you love characters like pyo na ri and lee hwa shin it would be a great drama. its all about connecting to the characters. although there were supporting roles they didn't interest me much so i used to skip the part.
please watch it only if you are person who can cry for 1-2 episodes then you will feel like really connected .
songs step step suran and brothersu were awesome i really liked them and whenever bgm played i was like smiling.
it is worth watching once

Not everyone laughs at this

The FL acts like a bully, it's painful to watch that. She has no charm or intellect, I sure hope she will never be an announcer.
The first ML was very very good and at ease in his role in Hospital Playlist, but this role doesn't use his natural abilities - he is a great singer and dancer, great with kid actors, and his jokes land perfectly. This role is something else - I've never seen anything as tastless as trying to combine cancer hospital visits with slapstick. Eww. And the other ML was a great Greatest Deliveryman, but he is totally unrelatable as a chaebol boss. He is very good at looking nice and schoolboyish, but bosses very seldom look like that. Also, the dress he made didn't flatter the FL's skin tone and was too big for her. That is a mistake I've never seen in a K-Drama before.
The older charcters, mom, grandma, sister-in-law and the impotent cook are a bit more interesting and also very good looking, so I will finish this for their sake.

A waste of time

When I first started watching this show, I wouldn't say I loved it but it was meh. I thought it was quite messy, I didn't know where this show was going: reporting, breast cancer, family.

After watching half of it, I couldn't push myself to watch another episode. It's so unnecessary to include breast cancer unless the writers just needed something to fill up the episodes. I really find the fighting between male leads, mums etc. so unnecessary. There were quite a lot of unnecessary filler scenes that I skipped. Finally, I had to drop it because I didn't have motivation to see what happens next. If this drama was 16 episodes instead of 24, I felt like I would've finished watching it.

I don't understand why the main girl would choose the hateful, stubborn male lead who is always mean to her rather than the gentle, kind and tall CEO 2nd male lead. The main girl kisses male lead while she's dating the 2nd male lead!! I do not support cheating.

Certains dramas pourtant comme "On the way to the airport" ou "before we get married" par exemple ont su me toucher malgré le thème de l'infidélité.

WTH?
