Ririka comes back to take Pitaro with her to New York and gain custody of him. She asks Wakaba to take over the case. Sota feels that he'd be selfish if he kept Pitaro from his mother, and makes him go with her. Mr. Shindo has plans to take Sakurakawa's position right from her. Sota decides on what he wants to do, and decides he'll try to be serious about Soyoko because he feels he can't give Wakaba what Mr. Shindo can.
