Holy crap. This is a must-watch drama.

The plot of this was very interesting and the first episode will have you captivated. If not, you'll be hooked by the second one. Honestly, I started to watch because Yoochun was the lead but then I ended up falling in love with all the characters with the exception of the antagonists who I deeply hated. The actors were very believable and took on read more their roles extremely well. This is the type of rom-com that I've been looking for. There's the moments where you laugh so hard that you can't breathe and the intense moments where you're on the edge of your seat. The whole time I was watching this, I kept thinking "the scriptwriters are brilliant". They tied everything together so well. Oh, and I absolutely loved how they handled the antagonists. Very nice.
I'm always hesitant on saying a drama is my favorite when I'm not completely done because endings can make or break it. And usually, they tend to disappoint me. However, with Rooftop Prince, this ending is definitely a favorite. It was a good conclusion and up to your own interpretation.

Baek Ji Young's powerful voice makes the mood of whatever is going on that much more emotional. And when needed, there's Jay Park to light up the mood with "Happy Ending". I have my own Rooftop Prince playlist on my iPod and I like to listen to it occasionally. One of my favorite OSTs.

Rewatch Value:
Usually I don't rewatch dramas because I already know what has happened but I feel like I need to rewatch this to get the smaller hints, ones that I haven't noticed before.

Seriously, go watch it and make sure to have a box of tissues when you're near the end. I don't think I have cried that hard for a drama in a long time.

This was the first drama I saw with reincarnation plot in full swing (memory searching… really no other drama with reincarnation plot yet). The adorable 3 Musketeers were a bundle of bliss, a sight to behold, a manna from Heaven. The laughter I got from their modern transformation supplied enough happiness pills to cover the recent job nausea I’m getting at work.

It was not your perfect drama technical and script wise… read more in fact there were a few labyrinth-bound story plots and out of place conflicts, but then again the sweet moments and the laughter were all so worth it, so you would hardly notice the lapses… It’s that love tale that I don’t want to end and I can’t get enough of, and the reincarnation storyline somewhat helped me to move on…

I will miss the squabbling blockhead couple and their loyal power ranger ducklings… Heck we will even miss the one-sided villain who can’t even kill a mobile phone or his same confused facial expression all throughout the series. I wonder what’s wrong with him not being able to successfully execute his vile prowess. Is it him or the writer of the story?

I begged that the drama will not end. Honestly, I felt that they could still have made it longer. It made me feel so insatiable watching it. Rooftop Prince is breezy, blithe and beautiful… -jediprincess ^_^

IT ENDS THE SAME EXACT WAY FOR SOME CRAZY REASON. Except Gu Family Book doesn't have a sequel, neither does Rooftop Prince, BUT GFB NEEDS A SEQUEL. It kills me even now..

not really my favourite.. but this drama has good story, good twist, and realistic ending. the only thing that a little bother me is, i think the crown prince and co. a little too well in adapting to modern world. after 1/4 story, they act almost like "natives" modern people..

Still my favorite drama. Idk but this is the only drama that manages to be sad and funny at the same time. And with sad I mean so sad that it makes you cry and sob out loud and with funny I mean you can't help but laugh until your stomach hurts. And all that in every single episode. Definitely not boring but mustwatch drama! Go and watch it already lol
