The Male Lead Development!

Honestly I was a bit hesitant to continue this because of how much the male lead was such a brat. But after watching more, I completely fell in love with him and how much he cared about the female lead. I think my favorite thing about the ML is that he defends himself and the FL with no hesitation (especially against her EX boyfriend and EX best friend).

The female lead on the other hand kind of lost me towards the middle of the drama. I’m the beginning FL was strong and stood her ground against the ML whenever they fought. However, it seems like since she broke up with her boyfriend she become a little sheep. Whenever the ML scolded her she just sat there and apologized with her head down or even when someone who she doesn’t even work for yelled at her which was kind of annoying most of the time. But the positive thing is that she started growing towards the last few episodes where she saved the ML’ s reputation.


In conclusion the ML is what made me stay in this drama and I would definitely rewatch this for the funniest moments.

So refreshing!!

Okay, that was really good.

I started the series because I wanted to watch something that was light and with a predictable story.

The first episode didn't work for me, I couldn't engage, however, I didn't want to drop it still, and a few episodes in - the magic happened, I couldn't stop.

The story was so fun, they had endless moments that made me laugh a lot. The actors had the perfect chemistry, and the side characters were one of the cutest I've ever seen(so happy we got to know them throughout the unfolding of the story). The major moments were well presented and were with really nice pacing. There were moments where the main story was kind of laid back in order to insert some other moments/ideas, but overall it was one of the funniest and cutest dramas I've watched so far for 2023.

I would recommend it to everyone I know. I genuinely watched it with pure excitement.

Although the acting was not the best (from what I've watched until now), they made it feel like you (the viewer) are one of them, one of their group and one of their friends. It felt real, even though the acting was not top-tier.

I definitely fell for each one of the characters and will keep an eye on their upcoming projects.

After a few month I really enjoyed a drama . Hoping to get season 2.

Lately no drama was being able to fulfil my taste. I don't like to watch same kind of drama again . This drama story was great. The actor and actress was great. A great combination. Another heart fluttering and fluffy story

At first i thought it will be like any other idol drama with not so good acting but i was totally wrong the cast did an amazing job and not only main cast all the characters did a great job.... It was a fluffy drama which makes your heart flutter every 5 mins... I bet u will smiling like crazy every second while watching this cause i was 😂the main cast was too cute to be handle .... It was a great watch give it try❤

The story was not something new but the acting did all the work for me... First i was unsure cause it was a new cast for me i think the male lead was in beautiful time with you drama so i thought i will give it a try and it was very worth it...

Cute and funny

I thought this would be the same old, same old cold ML who meets a nice FL and slowly starts to soften towards her. I'm pleasantly surprised.

Although I've only watched the first 7 episodes I'm really loving this drama. Its OTT but in a fun and funny way. The ML seems cold and indifferent initially but his true colours start showing very early. The ML is emotionally immature and self-important, but he is also sensitive, caring and actually is just trying to protect his fragile heart.

At this point the ML is totally stealing the show and the FL is (IMO) an important, but side, character.

Don't hesitate to watch just because you think you know what you're getting into - it's really much better than expected. I literally laughed out loud a few times because of the ML's reactions. To me a lot of C-dramas are really shallow and plastic, but this one has a tiny bit more realism and isn't off putting with how unreal everything looks and feels.

If this drama goes down the drain in further episodes I'll update, but at this time I'm enjoying this fun and fluffy story.

Watch it while multitasking

Too much fluff!
The ML was decent and his chemistry with Pan Duo was much better than with the FL.
The FL had no expressions for most part and her character had one big whoop when she hit the other ML's nemesis with dictionary. After that it was a whole lot of nothing. It started out well and then fell flat. I dropped it after I realized that I kept forwarding it in the hope that something will happen. The FL is a damsel in constant state of distress with someone coming to rescue her every time. I wish there was some character growth to make this drama palatable.

You can watch this if you're multi tasking and need something going on in the background. If you are looking for something engaging then, it is not meant for you.

Uff. Für meinen Geschmack war das Drama ziemlich durchwachsen. Die Schauspieler sind alle ganz gut besetzt, aber der Plot ist hier die Schwäche. Zu Beginn hat mir das Drama viel Spaß gemacht, aber je weiter die Story fortgeschritten war, desto langatmiger wurde alles. Es gibt Twists, die nicht unbedingt nötig gewesen wären und gerade zum Ende raus wurde alles viel zäher erzählt als nötig. Die Storyline für das zweite couple war nicht wirklich gut durchdacht und stellenweise wirklich übertrieben, das hätte nicht sein müssen. Außerdem weiß ich nicht, ob es an der Übersetzung lag, aber die Zeitangaben waren teilweise auch nicht ganz passend. Die Charakterentwicklung von You Xi hat mir wirklich gut gefallen, auch der Manager war die meiste Zeit sehr unterhaltsam und ich mochte seine loyale Haltung gegenüber You Xi sehr gerne. Im großen und ganzen kann man sich das Drama definitiv ansehen, aber die größte Schwäche für mich ist definitiv das Erzähltempo. Außerdem passt der Plot nicht wirklich zu der Inhaltsangabe und ich hatte eigentlich was ganz anderes erwartet.

Pure comédie et pur divertissement (au ton presque vaudeville par moments).

Le thème principal est la relation entre une étudiante / tutrice très cultivée, et un acteur star plutôt inculte. La romance est bien amenée et mignonne. Les multiples twists et obstacles sont liés aux rivalités- enjeux - contraintes du milieu du divertissement (le drama est assez dénonciateur sur les pratiques).
La 2nde romance est assez touchante et j'aime beaucoup les 2 acteurs qui lui donnent vie (le beau taciturne blessé et l'espiègle actrice très maline).

La chanson titre est assez sympa (plus que les génériques).

A regarder donc si vous voulez passer un moment de détente, qui ne sera pas mémorable pour autant...

es un drama fácil de ver, pero que no me aporta nada al final.

⸻ la verdad es que desde un principio la premisa de la historia no me pareció tan interesante, pero aun así le di una oportunidad, esperando que me sorprendiera o que me hiciera sentir algún tipo de emoción; cuando la historia no tiene un trasfondo bastante profundo y es de este tipo, lo único que espero es que me haga sentir, pero lo único que me hizo sentir assistant of superstar fue cringe, y no uno del bueno; no me considero hater de este tipo de historias, porque la mayoría de las veces las disfruto un montón, pero esta no fue la ocasión. aunque no ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que la vi, tuve que ver un resumen de cada uno de los episodios, para recordar que fue lo que no me gustó y porque se quedó con tal baja puntuación. me pareció una historia que puede entretenerte en un día aburrido, digamos que tiene todos las características para ser un drama suave, fácil y rápido de ver; sin embargo, si este tipo de historias no te gustan, no será un drama para ti. sé que la intención de este drama no fue convertirse en uno excelente, creo que el guión hubiera podido ser mejor, al igual que la manera en abordar a los personajes; pan duo fue un dolor de cabeza, he visto dramas en los que la chica persigue al chico, pero la manera en la que hicieron a pan duo fue absolutamente desastrosa, si se supone que debía de ser tierna y adorable, se vio como una acosadora. en fin, considero que lo hubieran podido hacer mejor en general, fue un drama ‘meh’ para mí y aunque las escenas de you xi y yao yao me hicieron sonreír un poco, al final de todo, no me gusto tanto.

acting / cast:
⸻ me sorprendió la actuación de sun zeyuan, ya que jamás lo había visto antes, pero su personaje me convenció y junto a lu yangyang, fueron los actores que para mí, lo salvaron y me hicieron terminarlo; no diría que son buenísimos, porque a mi parecer, aún se quedaron un poco cortos, pero lo hicieron relativamente bien interpretando a you xi y a yao yao. la química entre ellos fue buena y sus escenas de besos no se sintieron tan incómodas, sin embargo, fuera de ellos dos, los otros actores me dieron un poco igual.

ost:
⸻ si la historia no es de mi agrado, el ost me termina dando un poco igual y eso sucedió con este ost, cuenta con varias canciones, entre ellas deserve y my girl de sun zeyuan, dear de han dan, biubiu de xiao fengfeng y cheng feng. me parecieron dulces, pero hasta ahí queda, no pude conectar con ellas por la historia en general, así que no me gusto mucho.

rewatch value:
⸻ no es un drama que volvería a ver, la historia no me gusto tanto y los personajes no fueron memorables para mí, así que no lo volvería a ver, creo que hay otros dramas de este mismo género que valen más la pena que este, aun así, las escenas de besos entre you xi y yao yao, fueron agradables y lo único rescatable, así que eso sería a lo que le daría una segunda oportunidad. no es el peor drama chino de este género, pero creo por completo que si hay otros mejores, así que me interesaría mejor seguir descubriendo nuevos drams, que repetirlo.

⸻ assistant of superstar es un drama fácil de ver, ligero y suave, que no te va a sorprender de ningún modo, pero que si te gusta / interesa el género, hay probabilidades de que te guste, sin embargo, no diría que es fabuloso ni el mejor drama, considero que lo único rescatable fue la química entre los protagonistas; hubo muchos personajes que no me gustaron, muchas escenas que tuve que saltar y una historia que en general, no me aporto nada nuevo. no busco que todas las historias me dejen algo, pero —como lo dije al principio—, espero que me hagan sentir, que provoquen algo en mí, sin embargo, este drama no logro eso.
