goofy ending

i mean, i am glad they are together, but what was that ending? I am lowkey confused; that was rushed for sure and they need justice in another episode. Red suit scene is iconic though, so makes up for it.

What and emotional rollercoaster

I loved every bit of this couple and their storyline. It was the most realistic one by far and it really weighed on all of your emotions. You can’t really blame Puth for not wanting the friends with benefits type of relationship anymore and it was nice seeing him explore the possibility of being with someone else, but you could tell he was very conflicted with ending things with kaeng. Kaeng as a character is what really got me though. You can see his obvious want to date puth and him changing and trying to be a person that puth would like and want to stay with as more than friends even if all that resulted was them sleeping together. You can really see his inner turmoil with not wanting to let puth go and wanting to be an actual couple. This episode definitely pulled me in and made me feel all of the emotions. I was crying because I was so heartbroken at how sad Kaeng was and him literally watching the person he’s in love with fall in love with someone else. I feel like I was on that emotionally journey with him. I was scared that he wasn’t going to get his happy ending but I’m glad Puth came around and realized he loved Kaeng too. This was truly a beautiful and heart wrenching story and I really enjoyed it. These will probably be the only 2 episodes out of this series that I would rewatch. The fact that it was only 2 episodes was surprising to me because it actually felt fine. It didn’t feel rushed, or forced at all. The way they went about unfolding and developing this relationship within 2 episodes was perfect. I have no issues at all. Great couple and great episodes.

Amazing chemistry

I was so afraid that they would not get their happy ending. It's insane how much chemistry they have. My screen is still on fire! Definitely my favorite episode so far. I'm 100% certain that I'll rewatch episode 9 and 10 many times. It's such a beautiful story with an amazing cast. Hope to see more of them in the future.

GREAT ACTING

I have rewatched ep 9(and 10) more than i would like to admit. Kaeng is not only seducing puth, but the entire audience! the story is ok, but the acting is what makes it so much better. IF you don’t want to watch the whole show, at least do yourself a favor and watch ep 9 and 10 .ALSO, their confession scenes are amazing in this ep

Great story and acting!

I literally teared up when Kaeng was crying. First is such a good actor, and the heartbreaking scenes were so realistic. I didn't really understand what was going on in Puth's head though, so if anyone could explain their take on that, it would be nice <3I was just glad of a happy ending xD

Being madly in love hurts af, but I understand…

Being madly in love hurts af, but I understand him. I also wouldn't be able to get over sb and I'd do sth even if it'd hurt me. That's why i liked this story so much

An unmeasured highlight

Normally I don't write EP reviews, but with an anthology series, it makes sense and this episode simply deserves it. I started this episode without much expectation, as the other double episodes were mediocre at best. But this episode together with episode 9 is a roller coaster!Because it is realistic, modern and the emotional scenes are just heartbreaking. Even though it's a love triangle, all the characters are relatable and sympathetic. Also how sexuality is handled here, I like it very much, because it seems very natural and not so strange and cringey as in the other BLs. All in all, it is actually a further development in the BL genre, since here the typical clichés were dispensed with. Conclusion: Y-Destiny is far from being an outstanding series (at least not in the first 8 episodes) but these two hours are among the best the BL genre has to offer in 2021.

Best short story

In 2 episode, the kid who played Kaeng became an overnight sensation. Good looks, great relatable acting and an interesting storyline wins this one. Other episodes I skipped, wants me to get a whole series with First Piyangkul.

YES, PLEASE! The resolution of this section…

YES, PLEASE! The resolution of this section made this series for me! I didn't think the powers that be would let me have the ship I wanted, so I was enthusiastically surprised, and maybe danced around a little bit!

They grabbed my attention AND broke my heart

My rating is for both episode 9 and 10 since both contain the fifth couple's story.Puth and Kaeng are THE most intriguing couple in Y-Destiny. I know we have two more couples left, but I'm calling it now. I felt SO bad for Kaeng. By the end of the 9th episode he had already begun trying to change himself to make Puth interested in staying with him, even if it was only for sex. He just wanted to be around him, even if he couldn't date him (which it's clear he wanted to). He must have caught feelings long ago but had been holding back his confession. His love was incredibly tragic. He was practically letting Puth use him without him even realizing he was doing it.When I tell you I cried every time Kaeng cried. I really did. Puth and Kaeng's story really got to me.

One of best chemistries

First and Toru really impressed me this episode, especially First with his emotional acting. I couldn't help but feel for Kaeng. You never know who your right person, right time will be until you see what's in front of you.
