Disappointed with the given message

I just hastily went through the book and did not read it completely because it was really off for me. The series was interesting at first. Later when the toxicity begins to overflow I just wished Itt would have a break with Day and have some proper medical help. I don't know why most of the viewers did not notice but Itt is just a tickling bomb with really bad mental health. I don't get his parents either. Without helping their son to get a better treatment they just throw him into the hands of a abuser. I won't justify any of them but the storyline that was offered in series was enough for me to understand, Itt is really a mentally unstable personal. This is the first drama I'm disappointed with the happy ending. They should have end it on better note.

All I Asked Was That Itt Suffer

I only got through episode one because I read the synopsis and knew Itt was gonna get his shit rocked eventually. I have never had a show push me to hate a character so effectively. I was s a l i v a t i n g for Itt to be punched or slapped or fucking pushed off a bridge. I was talking to my screen every five seconds to reiterate what a trash person Itt was. I was watching at 3x speed half because Itt is insufferable, half to hurry up and get to whenever he gets hit, specifically by Day. I went back to episode one after getting a quarterway through episode two to watch Itt get punched again. I agreed with Itt on his father only liking Day because Itt is useless. I yelled at his parents to scrap this one and just try again with a new kid. I considered my hatred of the phrase, "spare the rod, ruin the child," and concluded that maybe there's some truth to it because someone, ANYONE (Day. Make it Day) needs to hit Itt, and a lot. I rewatched the fight scene because Itt gets punched but not punched enough. I do not know if Itt can actually ever be punched enough, but I want everyone he comes into contact with to try.

OK. So that's where I'm sitting after an episode and a half. I am waiting for whump. I am excited for Itt to have a bad time. I do not need a resolution, or for that bad time to end. The entire series could just be Itt having the worst time and I would be fucking euphoric.

IT IS HERE ???

The joy I expected is exactly as sweet as I hoped, I feel so calm and collected now. There is something tacitly hilarious in Itt saying he's not crying, Day saying he is crying, and there being nary a tear within two square miles of Itt's face. Also, a lot of suspension of disbelief is required for all the bits in the hospital, the amount of things that just.....wouldn't ever happen is staggering. I've been grinning non-stop regardless though, because nothing can harsh the high of Itt being treated in accordance with the golden rule. Heaven is a place on earth and all that. If you don't hold grudges, this is probably an okay thing to watch. Me personal, I'm watching at 3x for everything in between Itt's feelings or body taking damage tbh.

Kamol just came in an f'ed things up, if Day is nicer to Itt because of this Imma start a riot. But I also might riot anyway because of all the flashbacks like bro pick a time period and stay there, PLEASE. Day is still mean, I'm jived. Kinda wild that everyone is so sympathetic to Itt when everything Day says makes sense??? Like he deadass can't do shit, and yeah, Day spoiled him, but Itt can't do.....literally anything??? As a grown ass adult??? The sad music is wild because I'm just continously agreeing with Day lmao

I'm now about to be on episode five and it looks like things are gonna get better for Itt. I can't say I'm happy about that, or satisfied with Itt's current suffering (reviews really had me thinking it'd go above and beyond.... alas) but I'm actually somewhat invested in seeing where this goes now instead of just being fueled by hatred of Itt. Never fear though, that's still very much there. I'm actually kinda concerned because I thought there'd be a snowballs chance in hell of Itt redeeming himself at least but I sincerely cannot see myself ever liking this character. I like Day, but only just?? Idk everyone kinda sucks here, actually, I might like Day just because he's currently like karmic punishment for Itt. Extremely mild karmic punishment.

Every time I almost smile at a cute moment there's a flashback to Itt being a shitshow that kills any good feelings ?. I'm tapping out halfway through ep. 7 because I suddenly just stopped caring?? If Itt is gonna have a good time and Day is gonna respoil him, I don't have much incentive to care about the plot. Which is minimal regardless so oh well lmao

Did not expect this

I hadn’t heard of this and have not watched 1 and 2 (which I can’t find) so this series was a complete surprise to me. It started out very sweet and then everything blew up. Past stories came to light. Relationships had shocking beginnings. So, this absolutely kept me on the edge of my seat.

I thought the acting was great and I’m not sure where I have ever seen a more beautiful cast. it was a joy to watch all of them.

The only reason I took away .5 is because some of the past stories were hinted at but never fully explained. I feel like that was done in 1 and 2. But this did not ruin it for me.

Love Syndrome III has nothing to do with Unforgotten Night

Love Syndrome III is a mediocre series that can even appeal to you, but when you realize that it's meant to be a follow-up to Unforgotten Night, it becomes perhaps a subpar series. That they changed actors is not a problem, but to say that the series follows Unforgotten Night when the characters are completely different (especially Itt and Day) is kind of ridiculous. On its own, this series may even be above average, and I love that they've taken advantage of a toxic relationship that you don't see very often in BL series. That's what makes me like the show. I don't mean to say this show isn't worth it, but compared to what characters there are in the Unforgotten Night, this is a rather weird imitation. So the only way to enjoy the series is to separate Unforgotten Night and Love Syndrome III from each other.

not the same actors from unforgotten night

The parent story is Unforgotten Night but the actors are different for this series even though the characters are the same. In all the reviews no one has mentioned this. I was disappointed. It is interesting that they have chosen to cast younger actors . With the subject matter and the fact that Day was the bodyguard for MR. Kamol for many years. Day should be in his 30's. In Unforgotten night Mr. Kim is 27 years old. This story takes place 3 years later. It was established that Day and Mr. Kim went to College together. If Day was the same age as Mr. Kim, he would be in his 30's .It would have been nice to see the same actors that played in Unforgotten night play in this series.

Now I know, this is a different series so it will be interesting to see how the series develops. If you can wade through episode 1 it starts getting better with episode 2. I have hopes that it will continue to improve. If you want a normal relationship then this is definitely not the series for you. I hope to see ITT grow and mature as the series progresses. I will admit that him whining about cake and insisting that Day deliver the cake was extremely annoying and childish. I am giving this series a 6 but i hope as the series progresses that I can improve the score.
I really liked episode 3. It was great to see MR. Kamol and Mr. Kim. This episode was the best so far. The story could use improvement but it is improving with more episodes.

How toxic their relationship is doesn't matter cuz I can watch it though. But what matters is their acting. I expected a lot for this series and even from Frank, Long's acting is good but Frank's got me wanting to drop this series, He acted better in 2gether the series. The whole series for me is a flop. They've surely got looks but not acting skills. Just cuz of bad acting, I feel like should I continue or not, they just ruined this show. I know Frank is famous, good looking etc but bruhh his acting, he should have worked on it before shooting this series.
Writting a review after forcefully watching 4 eps. I am dropping this series, I rather read the book then watch this.

This could have been a really good story.....

Sadly speaking this is by far the worst bl I have ever watched and it has nothing to do with the cast members or the setting of where it is filmed. Most of you guys know if you've watched the damn drama, it's the story. There is really not much to this story. It all revolves around how itt is obsessed with cake and how he wants only day to buy it for him. How they met is not even talked about in this drama or maybe that comes up later on in the drama. The thing is this drama has so much potential but the story is really not adding and very much done poorly, it's like i'm watching a poorly written wattpad boyxboy story made into a show. Also don't get me started on the music, see I have no problem with it, it's just used in the wrong settings and it's very edited badly that it's sometimes (i would have said all but) delayed. As I said in the beginning the actors that were cats for this drama are great but there's is no freaking storyline bruh. When I heard this was the story of day and itt from unforgotten night, I was super excited to see what itt and days relationship story was like. But this.... this is just disappointing. I really feel for the actors/actresses I really do.
