Chinese: Go Princess Go (I think most of my favorite shows involve comedy of some sort)
Taiwanese: Back to 1989 (But maybe that's just  because I loved both the leads)

It was tough to pick one for each so I'll leave it at those 2. They are my favorites for now but if you asked me later - maybe in a different mood I'd give a different answer. Too many good options to choose from.
