Netflix. Seems like a wild ride.

The leads' chemistry is absolutely amazing. In fact, it was so good that I felt like I was intruding. Both were very mature in their relationship and I liked almost all characters, which is fairly rare. It wasn't just feeling neutral but actually loving them. The romantic relationships and the bromance was absolutely fabulous. At times, the plot development was a bit slow, but overall it was a very nice drama. Every now and then I had slight issues with specific plot developments but they were so minor that I have already forgotten what it was. One issue was stuck with me and that is when Lin Guo won the Championship in Finland and Mr. He died and no one ever spoke about her win. I know Li Yang was emotionally and physically occupied and Lin Guo wasn't mad or anything. But she achieved something great. I think it would have been nice if that was appreciated. Anyhow, that is just a minor issue and the drama was still great. It could have received a 9/10 rating; however, due to the very slow speed (the drama could have easily been 20 or 25 episodes) and the small hiccups, I decided to give this drama an 8.5/10. The last episode was really nice and almost pulled my rating back up to a 9/10; however there were a few issues I had with the last 20 minutes: how the proposal went about (and that Xiao Dong was missing - if they wanted loved ones around), Jiang Yang's child who seemed to old considering that the time jump was only 3 years, etc. Therefore, I kept the rating at an 8.5/10.

I deffo recommend this drama, if you love romantic dramas with no unnecessary drama and purely great characters. As I said, the drama is a bit slow, but certainly worth the watch.
