I see a lot of people hating on it because it "lacks" certain elements that are "supposed" to be included in BL. Listen y'all, if you are coming to this series thinking you'll find typical cliche stuff, don't even try. This series gives you everything from great acting to great music. People hate on it because "it lacks kissing and explicit scenes", like come on y'all that's not what this is about. I love how the series ended up being more towards the characters rather than topics. They didn't touch on rape (I'm so grateful they didn't because every BL is full of it and it paints our community as predators), they didn't touch on woman being painted as "bad" or "sl*ts", it just focused on two guys who are trying to figure out themselves. The acting is great, the script is not confusing (a lot of BLs are really trying way too hard to be something they shouldn't) and the music is just perfect. If you are coming into this thinking you'll find annoying characters, characters who do not bring anything to the series then go somewhere else. This series is a complete one, it does not misses any point, and for those of you who are not part of the LGBTQ+ community, please stop asking for "s*x and kiss scenes" as if the whole series should be about that.
Hoping for a second season and i need a continuation of ManxType, Bright and Win did a great job and I'm proud of it. 10/10.

First of all, why the hate??. Y'all dong get mad at some other shows that are literally the same, like copy and paste. Ma'm this show was bananas in the best possible way, the acting was great, the story was confusing at times but guess what, there's something call PAUSE or REPEAT THE EP. I think people spent most of their time hating on it without watching the next ep. I loved the cast, they did a really good job. My only advice would be that next time if you are traveling back and forth they should change the color of the screen for the audience to understand better and not having to go back and forth almost every single time
Loved the badss women on this series. And Woo, boy you better come through I FELL IN LOVE W YOU. Anyways, stop the hate. Xoxoxo

No but honestly. The acting was great, the chemistry omg. Chef kisses. I just wished most bls would be this daring. WOAH! anyways, good job everybody y'all did that. But if you are a beginner when it comes to BLs, let me tell you, most bls wont even try to do something similar cause everybody is afraid. Most stories are about college and some topics that are mishandled. But anyways, the crew behind this bl. Y'all exceeded. Puuur.

I saw this show on Netflix once and I started watching it but I didn't pass the first episode until I was boring and I said Okay let's give it a try. And I fell in love with the characters. Some inconsistencies sometimes but overall great. Great character development specially Arthit, he really is a grower character. Great script, the way they introduce or include the humor is great. Overall one of my favorites so far, and the sequel is even better... But yeah great, I really wanted to see more of the characters background, a little more of backstory would have been great. 128/30/2021: No because I gave Sotus (my first BL) a good rating, and after rewatching it, it deserves an 8 pr 8.5.

I never thought I would hate a series so much as LBC, but AH!.This series was POORLY executed, the writing was a mess, the direction was a mess, and GMMTV needs to stop this. The pandemic is not an excuse to have such a bad series. I can sit for a whole weekend and fix everything wrong with this. First of all, the writing, SIR! this is 2021! WE NEED TO MOVE ON FROM THESE STEREOTYPES. I hate the way women are portrayed and gay man, homophobia is something real BUT WHY WOULD YOU MAKE IT INTO A COMEDY IN THE WORST WAY POSSIBLE. There are a lot of ways in which you can turn this plot into a valuable lesson, with comedic elements, but not this series, no. The direction, I shouldn't be surprised by now since GMMTV directors are like... the same? WHY DO Y'ALL KEEP SWITCHING CAMERAS LIKE-- THERE'S NO NEED TO SEE A SINGLE SHOT OF EVERY PERSON IN A TABLE. And you might think, "well that's stupid, why are you criticizing this lol?", well, you have actors that are criticized every time a new series comes out because there's no time for them to shine in their scenes. and why is that? well, the director's fault. Watching this series is like a gamble game, you never know whose turn is to show on the camera. The plot was not new at all, aside form, you know, yeah, nothing. It is just the same recycle formula, homophobic manly dude "falls" (cause boooooy, that was sooo not well written) for his friend (who is gay and has been in love with the other one for like ever), you know, the basics, some yelling, a lot of homophobics jokes with no flavor, and by a lot i mean A LOT, no lesson at the end of anything, like seriously, and a poor guy who is in love for real, for real, but is use as bait by the guy he likes. *sarcasm*
Anyways, if you are new to bl, this is NOT the right one. If you are planning on watching bls, skip this one, skip "love by chance". Khaotung is the only saving grace here, (yes, everybody else got crappy roles and acting so) and even then, I feel like he needed to turn this one down. Down in history as one of the worst bls I've been seen.

Looooove it. One of my top bls now. I mean, this was everything, a thriller, a bl, drama. And it was so well written. I loves the side couple, which is sometimes annoying in bls but not on this one. Praises, Praises, Praises.

This was my second introduction to BL Dramas, I was really loving it at the beginning until at some point I just couldn't. The characters were okay, some were relatable while being also annoying. Great actors tho, but a lot of choices that just didn't fit with the show. I would have preferred them not being together at the end but somehow forgiveness finds its way and for me that was not valid. My opinion* a lot of crying Waaay to much crying and suffering. It's really confusing at times... The writing is the part that kwords this series, it could have been better developed. I love Singto and Tae, and the cast as a whole, (my TWM cast, I love them) but this series did not do justice for any of them. It tried to do a mature comedy, but in the process, it fell short of expectations. Grade: 7.5, it is average. I hope Singto and Tae can work together again in a series that really shows off their full talent.read my review here

So the first episode wasn't that captivating but as it progresses it really gets better. The main couple was perfect, and yes, they are all knights BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY TREAT HER NOT BECAUSE THEY WOULD END UP PURSUING HER. anyways, sometimes it was a little too dramatic but hey! Is a drama. I can't wait to repeat this series again, it was funny, dramatic, and full of great ACTING. I was surprised by the main cast, they were all really good. The music too it fit well to the series. I see some people hating on the main character, which I forgot her real name but she was so charming and her couple too. 10/10Was this review helpful to you?

MATURITY AT ITS FINEST
If you go into this thinking you'll get the typical drama, with the PG13 or less type of case escenario then don't watch this sequeal. However, if you are trying watch something more mature, I'll definitely recommend 'The Next Chapter'. It was so good. The couple's issues were well written and the acting was good. It was really nice to see something different. The issue that I had was that Farm and his problem with Bright and the other guy, i feel like the writers tried to hard to make us care about Rit (?) and the actor was not that good. I feel like Cho and Fai were good characters, however, I feel like people didn't get the point of the series. This series dealt with friends, cheating, scandals, coming out to your parents, jealousy and corruption. Not. The typical series. But dang it was sooo good. Loved it. So i was so excited for this miniseries, but it... Wasn't it. First off, GMMTV girl u better get your writers and directors to do a better job. Most of the series that are out from GMMTV are not it. The script is rushed, the acting IS NOOOT GOOD and the worse part is that we get this directors that are doing their job right. The only thing that I liked about the series was the color palate, it was vibrant and beautiful. Anything else was not good at all, that's why I dropped it. Mini second season(?)!!!
I don't have much to say, I think it was a refreshing series even if it was short, just like 'Where your eyes linger' (The only thing is that this one was a little more funny, whereas WYEL was more serious). Loved both of the actors, and their chemistry was great. I would love a second mini season. Both of the actors make you fall in love with them and the series, the trainer and the friend were also very natural and I loved their roles. Yas we love to see it Korea! Keep it going. Well, I liked some parts of it, but it was mostly a drag.Here's when BALANCE comes to play, you can have many different issues in the script/storyline but you need to find a way to balance that out. I feel like some times it was really slow, like REALLY SLOW and then some other times I needed to catch a break. The only character that was lovable (IMO) was Olan (?) and it felt like he was there just to "show", idk. Overall, it was an okay series. They are talented, but they need more work in their acting.
