The first ever drama that makes me so confused and frustrated over the loveline - HoonHee or HoonHyun. No offence to HoonHyun shippers, but I am actually glad that Hoon still ended up with Jae Hee. This shows how faithful Hoon is to his woman he has ever loved, regardless if Jaehee has changed, because she is still the Jaehee he knew deep in his heart. If he ended up with Soohyun, he might not love her wholeheartedly, or rather, as much as he used to love Jaehee before.
I was actually expecting a stable and exciting romance plot in this drama, but sadly the writer just disappoints me because of the confusing loveline (I guess the writer got confused too). But what interests me after that was the competition between Hoon and Jaejoon. It wasn't just a competition, but a competition to show if they really live up to the morals of being a doctor.
The only touching scene that still lingers in my mind until now was the surgery of a woman due to a medical error done by Myungwoo Hospital. I wasn't expecting Jaejoon to give up on the director position and his revenge just because of the surgery and importantly, to live up the morals of a doctor. I can say that this is the first medical drama that makes me respect the doctors in the show very much.
Even though I have finished the drama, I was still quite confused about relationship between Premier Jang and North Korea. Probably I wasn't good in political stuffs.
Overall, the drama is good in terms of acting, especially Lee Jongsuk. However, I won't compliment on the story plot as it frustrates me halfway through the drama. If you are someone who loves romance genre dramas, I will suggest you to drop the drama.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS DRAMA: Firstly, the story plot which keeps me in suspense ever since the start of the show! I like how they conclude and wrap up each of the stories nicely though.
Secondly, the casts! Okay, shall I say that Nam Joohyuk acting was slightly awkward in the show... Well at least to me. But I can see the acting potential in Sungjae! He is really really good in expressing his emotions - I just love his character so so so much in this drama. Kim So Hyun's acting is totally jjang - she could portray two different roles together perfectly!!! The actress playing as the big bully is another one I would like to praise because she can really make us hate her so much HAHAHA!
And yes! The soundtracks in this show! I love basically all the OSTs in the drama especially Reset! Just give you chills and excitement whenever Reset is being played!
WHAT I DISLIKE ABOUT THIS DRAMA: I just don't like how they keep revolving around Kang So Young and the twins. Like how she just keep wanting to find out the truth, ohgosh such a boreeee. And I can notice some loopholes in this show too.
Really one of the top shows in 2015 I would like to recommend! WARNING: You may suffer from second male lead withdrawal syndrome after watching it ):
