The story revolves around two polar opposites who wouldn't have met if it hadn't been for luck. Chang Bai Hui (Patty Hou) is a simple girl with extraordinary taste when it comes to food and dining. Fang Zi Tian (Vic Chou) is a world renowned Chef who could have easily made headlines if he cared about it. By stroke of fate, their paths cross several times.

  A little more sentimental love and drama in the gourmet kitchen, based on shoujo manga "Oishii Kankei" by Satoru Makimura.
  
  
  
  It's the world of chef's and high class restaurants and it focuses on the development of a woman chef. Patty Hou is very likeable as our struggling protagonist.
  
  
  
  Bai Hui comes to Little Bear, a small welcoming diner after the death of her father, a famous food critic and after being thrown out from several jobs. There she meets a cold-hearted chef, an abandoned child, who, as it turns out, has more ties with her than she initially thought. being the daughter of a food critic, she has great palate for food, which earns her respect of her colleagues, but can't cook. And she really wants to make a special something...As she learns to cook, her teacher learns to open up to her and to being happy.
  
  
  
  Much as Taiwanese dramas are unpopular, give this one a try, especially if you like Vic Zhou. It's a pretty intense drama, and the process of falling in love is slow and well thought out. Of course, there are misunderstandings along the way, and two rival love interests who come to meddle, and they can be annoying but bear with them, look at them again when you see the ending, their situation throughout the drama is not very rosy. Granny character is very nice too.
  
  
  
  And at the back of it all is an absolute love and taste for good food.
  
  
  
  The cast were very likeable. I don't watch many Taiwanese dramas myself, and I am not familair with their acting, but this is one of those few that, I found, from start to finish are very enjoyable. For me, the performances and the story were quite engaging. It has, I feel, a very good build up to the finale...and the ending is very satisfying. Since I'm not allowed to spoil anything, let me just say...be patient and you shall reap rewards. Bear with the first episode, good stuff comes later.
  
  
  
  The music is not outstanding but somehow fits. I have rewatched it a few times, but it's not really a drama you would want to return to too often as it may wear off.

  Probably like everyone else the only reason I wanted to watch this is because of Vic Zhou...
  
  Story- Not bad but not amazing either. It was written enough to keep your attention till the end. That being said the way they wrote the romance was quite disappointing. It wouldn't be such a problem if the genre of this drama wasn't Romance. Let me warn you the romance doesnt begin till the last episode. And then your suppose to believe that its possible that they would want to get married? I'm sorry but I just wasn't impressed with the sill ending.
  
  Acting/Cast- Good acting by everyone and I loved the leads together. I just wish their characters interacted more.
  
  Music- Good Ost but nothing Id listen to outside the show.
  
  Rewatch- Its rewatchable but Im not sure If I'd rewatch it or not, just because I was a bit disapointed with the story.
  
  Overall Sweet Relationship is worth watching once. read more

  Both deal with kitchen and gourmet food, if you like that setting. The main male lead in Sweet Relationhip learns to open his heart thanks to the constancy of the male female lead and her passion for food. In Pasta, the main male is taken in with the female's unwavering dedication and tenacity.
