a heartwarming portrayal of female friendship of girls that are seemingly opposite of each other in looks and personality

I recommend this both drama because , Male lead and Female lead
try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

Both originally were from manga and both have anime versions. Music and Band and Friendship and Love.

Two girls meet on a train headed for Tokyo. The bubbly girl in white is named Nana and she sits next to a black clad rock girl named Nana as well. They talk briefly and seem to share some common bond, before leaving for their own separate ways. When bubbly Nana looks at an apartment for rent in Tokyo, of course black clad Nana would be there and wants to rent the same apartment. Instead of trying to decide who should get the apartment they decide to share the apartment as roommates. From there their bond grows closer as they help each other deal with their own personal problems.

girl becomes a fan of a new band and gets to meet them and eventually gets very close with the vocalist. so far i think it's the closest i found of something that has a similar atmosphere but unfortunately it's not focused on the friendship of women like nana. I still think that the fans might enjoy it

Both movies have to do with music.

When his boss, Dae Jung, goes missing in a ship accident, the company sends Woo Joo to Osaka to finish his business. On his last day in the city, Woo Joo chases someone looking exactly like Dae Jung to Taisho, an area in Osaka. He ends up losing him, but the sound of a guitar draws Woo Joo to a small bar, Pier 34. Its owner, Snow, somehow reminds him of Dae Jung, and listening to his music brings back memories.

After passing out right there, Woo Joo ends up missing his flight back to Korea. He quits his job on a whim and soon meets Haruna, who is learning how to play the guitar from Snow. Woo Joo decides to stay at Pier 34 until he finds Dae Jung and so begins an unlikely vacation for him.

Both of these have a very similar feel and style, more than a little dark and serious at times, while delving into issues of friendship, love, relationships. If you liked the Nana anime or manga but didn't really like the movie adaptation, give Last Friends a try.
