James is the male protagonist in both of them. Besides, the time setting is similar and there is also the engagement and marriage plot talk going on.

Both of them have James and Bella as a main role, you have to watch Padiwaradda if you like the chemistry between Jiranee couple ^,^

Both dramas have a Parent Arranged marriage between children. Daughter not willing to marry and her family has someone else take her place pretending to be daughter and marry male lead (in padiwarada she was sort of adopted daughter in Maya see mook she was servant).

I believe the some element in SJJML is similar with padiwaradda such as the thief village, police community, the era of the story take place, the dominant but loving male lead, the clever & brave female lead.anyway both lakorn is good watch.

Both dramas have a contract marriage of sorts. The leads have AWESOME chemistry, while the stories both reject most of the lakorn stereotypes.

Although the plot is nothing alike. Both the dramas have a historical setting, with emphasis on how relationships are formed, broken, and maintained. I believe both dramas hold the essence of a very good historical love story that shows the how the dynamics of love and relationships between two people, and also within a family used to be then.

The soundtracks are done by the same people (or they sound like they are). They take place around the same era, and feature a contract marriage of sorts where the leads have to go through obstacles together and learn to love each other. This drama has a very similar feel to Padiwaradda.

Based off the synopsis in both dramas the groom marries a girl who wasn't their "actual" bride, but love persists and they fall in love.

Similar vibes in terms of having strong and witty fl who are capable of standing up for themselves plus lots of similar love/overprotection between siblings

They are both dramas about arranged marriage. Leads hate each other at first but became friends then fell in love. They are also both dramas about the importance of family. Not the mention the leads have great chemistry.
