Similar stories. A wounded man, and a girl in a long committed relationship who's soon to get married. They meet in a similar manner.
Of course OSN has a different quality since it is newer, but Summer Scent has a really good quality given the time it was aired.
Both are slow and quiet dramas.

For life-romance-melodrama lovers.
A pitiful man, wounded by life.
FL in a similar situation where she has a bright future in front of her but she is in love with a man that is retarded in the eyes of society, and he loves her earnestly.
Well-written, well-directed, good music, good side characters...
and GREAT acting.

BEING ATTRACTED to a new person , despite being in relationship.

Mature, Deep dramas.
Not for Fluff Romcom audience.

Both dramas have a sweet, slow romance between the main couple, while there is still a man "hovering" around the female lead, that her parents and society expect her to choose and marry.

They both have pure romance... Not romance based on bluntly expressed lust and physical attraction like most dramas.

Of course some beautiful melodrama too. Beautiful sincere feelings..

And there is a slight similarity in the stories.

A mature drama about love that isn't about passion but a steady love. It is also about a couple who have to face society's judgement in order to be together.

OSN might feel like a cozy drama, but it is a devil of pain in disguise. definitely not light.
After watching OSN, it is making me crave another romantic-melodrama. Like I said it is deceiving; making you think it is a cheerful one when it is really full of suffering and tension. I do recommend SITR after OSN for something very similar but slightly brighter, but it is actually making me crave watching something like Just Between Lovers to ease the suffering. The same sadness and slow romance. They’re very much alike.
They are beautiful and cozy pieces of art that put you through so many suffering sad emotions.

One Spring Night and Beacause This is My First Life have the same realistic feeling about life and romance. Story is calm and heartwarming.

- gives off the same feeling, the main characters have fateful encounters and just can't seem to stay away from each other
- both slow burn romances, more mature
- amazing chemistry and felt real

Both have a really slow, comforting and warm vibe. Both are kinda telling you "I know life sucks, but it's okay, I'll be with you, and we can be sad together." They also have relationships that are more about love than labels. The relationships exist because it makes sense to them and because they give them something they can't get otherwise, not because they are in love, if that makes sense?

Similar overall feeling as the previous relationship is not doing well and the new love comes. And even though they know they should not do that kind of thing they still love each other and try to overcome the problems prepared to carry the consequences. Also that one of them has a child is similar, in OTWTTA there is marriage involved though.

a moment of romance reminded me of the FL relationship with her long time boyfriend/fiancé. it looks like to watch a prequel for what happens in one spring night and how love could end by neglecting your partner feeling.

There's a particular storyline in A Gentleman's Dignity where one of the ML's has a child and he's reluctant to be with the girl he loves because of it...he's afraid of how people would speak about her and judge her because she's with a man who has a child.
