Just a filler drama
The plot revolves around the romance between a hotel trainee and the boss. I was expecting stories about customers and everyday encounters of trainees but that was minimal. It was mainly around the couple. The first half was good - cute and fluffy. The second half was tiring - annoying unreasonable characters and the FL being over dramatic. The drama lacks plot but compensates by fluff (but I've seen better fluff).The acting is very average. I like Eden Zhao and he's the reason I got through. But apart from that the other characters were not well developed. The FL was very unreasonable at times, which was hard to watch.
It's an okay watch. I would recommend this only if you're in between dramas, and need a light hearted -no plot- kind of watch. The direction had some issues. The scenes felt like clips put together at times. Made you doubt if you've missed a scene in between.
Plus Point : Fluffy. Cute and non-toxic ML. Never gets very angsty.
Negative points: Only focused on main characters and other characters (though plenty) were under-developed. Too many cliches.

Hotel intern meets boss of the hotel
This drama does deserve to be rated that low! to be honest it was a decent watch .I really liked the first half of the story . Not a fan so much of the later 9 episodes.Storyline: Female lead is an hotel intern/trainee. She has a three months probation, and she gets sent to different departments like the guest services, culinary etc. The male lead is the son who owns the hotel. He is sent to help out the hotel who is in trouble. The backstory is there is this mysterious lady who has been trying to buy the hotel for a low price. Through a series on incidents she tries to ruin the reputation /make the hotel close down. The story line gives a decent and fresh perspective and some of the things that they might run into while they are working in a hotel. Male lead gets attracted to female lead due to her persistent, and optimistic personality. Female lead falls in love with male lead because he is always there for her.
Romance: They're romance is acceptable, but not the best chemistry. Doesnt give me the tingly feeling in the heart. Have some cute scenes.
There is definitely focus of romance in the story , its almost the second main factor in the story. With the hotel and dealing with clients, tp dealing with the staff and hardships of the hotel being the main focus.
I didn't like the story development pass episode 15 because i felt it was developing smoothly. I mean the mysterious lady is finally revealed! and she does what she can to try to sabotage female lead and male lead relationship. At this the the female lead doesnt believe in the male lead, some riffs in their relationship...... it then becomes some hat of a roller coaster.... ups and downs but for the relationship and the hotel.
It has an happy ending, its a little too sweet and unrealistic. but overall a decent watch !!

They should have added in more story for David
Before David left ZAD, he did told Fanyu that in the future they might compete both in terms of career and love. Even though Fanyu definitely won in terms of love, David did say 'you will never know'. So after he left, i really thought that ZAD would have a competition with another company, which probably run by David which will add more intense to the drama and at the same time test their friendship. I was really looking forward to that part so then i keep on watching, but of course in between there are very cute scenes between Fanyu and Yue Ran.I like it how Fanyu used to look really arrogant and aloof at the start and expect everyone to listen to him and he changed after he fell in love with Yue Ran. The parts where he got jealous when seeing Yue Ran and David together is just amusing. When he finally get into a relationship with Yue Ran, his cute sides are even more amusing to watch and how he dont give a damn to other hotel employees seeing them together.
Definitely a must watch drama. Other than the part that i was expecting more stories from David, the rest is just amazing. Great job!

One of the good ones this year
It’s a feel good drama. I added this review as others have rated this very low. I started this show with low expectations and was certain I will give it up in 1-2 episodes, which I do with many drama. However, this show kept me interested. Story is simple and mainly happy. Even the love triangles / misunderstanding don’t last long. That’s what I love about this drama. Main leads and supporting actors did great job. FL in starting was little extra but I think that’s normal if you are avid C-drama watcher. She gets so much better. ML grew on me, I will watch out for his drama.Was this review helpful to you?

Cute love story
One of those shows where the in-laws like the daughter in law. But toxic ex girlfriend present here. 2nd male lead is not evil and lovable. Love stories of her 3 friends can be a story of it's own, however the villainous ex bf of one of them is so bad that I am applauding his acting. Her friends acting is so so, I didn't feel the true friendship vibes.Both female lead and male lead are cute and adorable together. The show focus on the struggles of the owners and the staff in maintaining and keeping a hotel hot spring resort that is on the verge of bankruptcy and closing down. ts a happy ending

Is it good???
I enjoyed half of the story but the other half was hard to get past at normally when i watch a drama i'm interested in it and like i cant stop because i'm an addict but this drama just didn't give me that feeling. I loved the actors and actresses they did an amazing job with their scripts but the story setting wasn't worth it for me, however i do love the boss and employee relationship and i don't mind that so i don't mind watching this show but i wont rewatch it.
