There are many overrated movies out there but there are even more underrated ones. I believe Project Makeover is one of the latters.

STORY: The story may be flawed (just tiny flaws but still you have to call a spade a spade), however it so bright and fresh that you cannot NOT be touched by it. The story is simple, I dare say even childish, but in the end it gives you this warm feeling that life is life, you can't change the past but it doesn't mean you can't enjoy the future. In short, the story is simple, full of life, a bit different from your lambda movie and with a sweet moral. I really think this movie has for goal to make people go forward in life and it kinda does.

ACTING/CAST: The only actor I "knew" was the young version of Tae Hoon -Yu Geon played in Prosecutor Princess- and it was a nice surprise to see him play here (I'm shallow.Sue.Me). He played the nerdy character so well it was hard for me not to forget he was the hottie from PP, which means that his acting was pretty damn good.
I did see the adult version of Tae Hoon play in More Than Blue but honestly MTB was a joke, a blank one at that, so of course it's not surprising that he looks a hundred times more dashing here.
The woman who played Jeong Ju's mother stole my heart. I don't know if it was the way the actress played the mother or the actress's charisma but the character gave me a lot of feelings.
Overall the actors did a very good job with their characters and one should give credits to the people who held the casting since except maybe Tae Hoon, the actors playing the older versions really look like the older versions of the actors playing the younger ones (omg I don't know how to explain it well but I hope you managed to understand anyway).

MUSIC: The music was good, quite catchy in fact but nothing exceptional either.

REWATCH VALUE: It's the kind of movie that you should rewatch when you think your life is a disaster because you didn't make the "right choice" because it gives you hope and strengh to believe in yourself.

OVERALL: If it wasn't clear enough, I really like this movie. It is bound to brighten one's mood. Of course, if you are some kind of old man who hates happiness and hope, you shouldn't watch it...but if you're not you defintely should (watch this movie I mean, not go all grumpy).

Don't let the title fool you. Personally I think I would have named this "1 Wish" or "This Lifetime" I think those titles would fit this better. It is basically a movie about wanting to change things in your past to set you up for your future. I think this was a really good movie. It also had a valuable lesson too. It just goes to show that sometimes, the things that happen in the past are better left as they are because they could potentially be the reason for your future. It is definitely a good watch.

This was quite an interesting movie. The story was unique and included one of my favorite themes: Time Travel...mixed in with romance! In the end it also gave a wonderful "lesson" which I totally agree with. The story was a 10 in my opinion since it was interesting and quite unique! The Cast and the acting was terrific as well. The music wasn't something I listen to over and over again, but it still was very likable. As for rewatch value, i'm not much of a rewatcher so i'll give it a five. Overall, this is a movie i'd definitely recommend to people. It leaves you with a good taste in your mouth.

The story for this movie is pretty simple-- girl gets a chance to go back to her teen years and try and fix some things she has always regretted. Going into the movie I thought it was a bit risky in terms of why -- what would she learn from this, why is she deserving of such a chance, how will it benefit her future self, etc. -- but I really appreciate the ending message of this movie. It reminds me of a song I really love (though I can't remember the title) -- "if you want to be someone else, change your mind". The main character spends a lot of time trying to rearrange past events of her life in hopes to avoid future disappointments, but she ends up realizing that the best way to carry forward is to accept past regrets and not let them hold you back or feel badly about yourself. This message resonates really well with me (and I'm sure everyone) because while most people don't get a chance to try and change their past, everyone has likely done something they wish they could undo-- but like this movie says, all you can ever really do is learn from your mistakes and then move on, leaving them behind you.

Acting and music were both fine. I appreciated how similar the younger and older version of them main character --they did a good job making me believe they were just different versions of the same person.

I don't rewatch often so I doubt I'll rewatch it, but it was enjoyable enough that someone might want to. Really the take-home part of this story was the sweetness of the relationship between the main character and her younger self, along with the universal message of living for the future. Those alone make it work the watch.

I watched this on netflix and then afterwards I went on wikipedia and saw that people called it the worst film of 2007. Really? Cus I thought it was sweet! Now that i'm no longer in high school i often think to myself how much I want to go back and tell myself to not do this or to do that and this movie is basically voicing the same sort of feeling of regret and wanting to change. I really adored taehun especially the younger him (such a good looking guy it's hard to make him look nerdy!) and I appreciated the fact that with this movie the 'love triangle' wasn't typical and that the second guy was finally noticed for all the things that he does for the one he cares about.

I liked the message of the movie that sometimes you might want to change your past but even if you could go back if it was meant to happen it will happen and there's nothing you can do but you should never regret.

This movie was such a throwbck with some fresh bubbly feel. It had its ups and down but it was very fun to watch. The girl goes back in the past 10years and tries to unchange her fate. Its not as easy as she thought but things take a different turn with the same ending. It was a good movie to watch but the ending leaves you hanging. So did they end up being friends or lovers.

This movie was frustrating. I hated watching the main character be so rude and controlling and childish towards her younger self. She bulldozed her way through her younger self's life in a way that was decidedly unfunny. I actually got to the end and was cheering on her younger self to make the wrong decision just to spite her older self. I mean, HOW MESSED UP IS THAT?!?!

Of course, the overall outcome never changed even after she traveled back in time, and I guess that was sort of the message of the movie. You can change the events, but the overall story is already written. Unfortunately, the time travel mechanics were so poorly set up, that this message ended up getting completely lost.

I don't even understand why the main character even needed to go back in time when the guy she wanted to work things out with was already right there in front of her clearly still interested in a relationship. Why go back in time to fix things when you can just work them out in the present?

I liked what the movie was trying to say, but I think it did a poor job of saying it.
