This was absolutely terrible, I had so much hope in the first episode but as the series went on it went from terrible to awful to worse ! I only kept watching because of JameFolk, just to find out they averaged about 3 minutes in screen time per episode ??? Those AI allegations seemed to have some truth to them because I can’t imagine a human being messing up so much in terms of plot points and continuity. I feel bad for the cast because their time and talents were wasted on this ai slop. Luckily the comments from watchers have kept me sane, this was such a disservice to the ABO genre may this nonsense never occur again.

Made me laugh more than a lot of comedies

Honestly? I watched for fun and giggles since I'm someone who enjoys omegaverse, but honestly, it was shittier than I expected.

The screenwriting feels like it was AI, bcs the structure was all over the place. There were scenes where my first impression was "Wait, this was supposed to happen before, no?"… It's really a big ass mess.

And they're such bad actors… everyone is overacting. And don't get me started about the weird blur effect in the corners.

It's a cheap production but everything that I hate about it is not about the budget… it lacks proper care and commitment with what they are doing.

But I laughed a lot. Not a good thing exactly bcs it's not a comedy, but yeah, it was fun.

what a let down

[adele voice] we could have had it all.

the script was poorly written front to back. the omegaverse of it all could have been so incredible if they'd opted in to showing us how it all worked instead of telling us in long overdrawn expositional scenes between main characters.

there was no character growth for any of the characters and, indeed, nakhun didn't have a character at all.

what I will say is that boatoat did their very best, the nc scenes were on point (if a bit egregious at times), and we finally got a real live-action omegaverse series (but at what cost).

a bit boring but good acting

This was my first Omegaverse series. I didn’t expect very much, so for me it was actually pretty cool at the beginning. For someone that never had anything to do with the Omegaverse, it was very interesting to get to know about it. The acting countined to be very good and I’m definitely gonna watch some more series with the actors, but the story got more and more boring. The tension was still there, but the scenes turned out way to long. I thought there would be some sort of action, but it didn’t became any better than it was in the first episodes. To summarise it: it’s okay, if you like the actors, omegaverse in general and don’t mind if there isn’t any big plot, you will probably like it. People that care a lot about action and huge plots shouldn’t watch it.

Way Too Knotted

Okay I'm just bewildered. Wtf happened with this show? I find it sad how much crap is being thrown Boat & Oat's way, because I think they really do well as a pairing! Just the shows they are put in end up sucking. At first watching this I didn't really have any previous experience with Mpreg stuff or alpha/omega stuff. It's never been my thing at all, but I wanted to give the show a try! Well it ended up being a hot mess or just spice mixed with a non-sensical plot.

The side couple of Nakhin and Ongsa was the best part of the show! I actually really vibed with them and the whole Beta dynamic. I want a show about strictly that and none of this other stuff intertwined making it so confusing and overpacked. We didn't need a whole third couple last minute thrown in with the brother. We didn't need a whole Phatsa's dad being a weirdo side story throw in! It should've just been what people signed up for. The 2 couples bonding with some drama thrown in because of the alpha/omega/beta stuff.

Also....if the AI thing is true with them using it to write the script. I'd believe it and that is just beyond trash.

A Promising Omegaverse Romance Turned Into My Biggest Disappointment of 2026

I really tried my best to give this series a chance. As one of my most anticipated dramas of 2026, especially with the combination of the Chinese ABO Omegaverse genre and the reunion of Boat and Oat after My Stubborn, I went into this series with extremely high expectations. It honestly felt like it had everything I wanted: a unique concept, a strong pairing, and the potential to become one of the standout BLs of the year.

The biggest highlight is definitely seeing Boat and Oat together again. They proved in My Stubborn how strong their chemistry could be, and they remain the strongest part of this series. Oat is great as Phatsa, while Boat perfectly captures Nakhun's commanding presence and cold personality, making him feel like a believable True Alpha.
The series also has many strengths. M Flow Entertainment continues to deliver impressive production quality. The visuals are beautiful, the cast looks fantastic on screen, and the soundtrack fits the emotional moments well.

However, after watching more than half of the series, I have to admit that the weak plot has become impossible for me to ignore. While the NC scenes and the chemistry between the leads are enjoyable, they cannot carry an entire series when the main storyline lacks depth and direction. The story introduces too many characters and side plots that do not add enough value, making the overall narrative feel messy and unfocused. Instead of building excitement, many episodes left me feeling confused and disconnected from the main story.

The biggest disappointment is that the Omegaverse element, which should have been one of the strongest parts of the series, does not feel satisfying enough. The build-up and emotional impact are not as powerful as I expected, especially considering the potential of the concept. The series had all the ingredients to create something intense and memorable, but the execution did not fully deliver.

And the PLOT was so stupid......
It just does not make sense that Phatsa grew up without knowing that alphas, betas and omegas existed, especially considering how vulnerable omegas are. Once an omega is bitten by an alpha, their life is changed forever.

Phatsa must have been living under a rock. How can someone grow up in an Omegaverse world without knowing something so important? Do they not learn about it at school? Did none of his friends ever mention it? What about his dad? Did he not want to protect his son? If I were his dad, I would have warned him to be careful instead of hiding such important information from him.
This plot would only make sense if Phatsa had been completely isolated from society or had amnesia and lost his memories. How could the director come up with such a ridiculous plot and expect us to believe it?

The intimate scenes were also a mixed experience for me. While I appreciate that the series is trying to embrace the ABO genre, some NC scenes felt more focused on being visually appealing rather than strengthening the emotional connection between the characters. Compared to My Stubborn, where Boat and Oat's chemistry felt much more natural and convincing, their relationship here has not reached the same emotional level for me.

After 6 episodes, I was already struggling to stay invested. By this point, I felt lost due to the number of characters and storylines, and the main plot no longer gave me enough reason to continue. It is disappointing because the potential was clearly there, and the combination of Boat, Oat, and the ABO concept could have created something truly special.

My rating gradually dropped from an initial 10/10 based on expectations, to 9, then 8.5, then 6.5, and finally 4.5/10 after giving the series more time to improve. Unfortunately, the strong production, world building, and great NC scenes were not enough to overcome the weak storytelling.

This has become my most disappointing drama of 2026. I really wanted to love this series, but after giving it my best chance, I have decided to drop it. I still appreciate the effort from the cast and production team, but for me, the story was not strong enough to continue.

A strong 0/10!

This show sucked.

After seeing My Stubborn with these two I was pretty turned off to watch another show with them in it, but since it was the omegaverse I decided to watch it. That being said, I don't think I'll watch another show with these two. I think their chemistry is good, but I don't think they're good actors and they have been in two awful shows so far, so I think I've had enough. Nakhun was very unlikeable from the beginning. I mean he literally bit a stranger in the street. He did get more caring and loving throughout the show, which was nice, but I just didn't like his character at all. I liked that Phatsa stood up for himself and others and wasn't afraid to even against all the alphas. I did like that about him. I also felt bad that his life was basically stolen away from him when he was bitten since he was then faded to belong to Nakhun after that. Other than that, I was pretty annoyed by most of the time and didn't like him either. It also just felt so unbelievable to me that he's gone his whole life without know about any of the abo stuff while living in it. That makes no sense at all. It would be one thing if it was that he just thought he was a beta the whole time, but not knowing about any of it all is crazy. As for them as a couple, they were fine, I guess. They had quite the rough start, but they loved each other a lot by the end.

I liked Ongsa and Nakhin right away. They were the most likeable characters in the series by a lot. I liked them as a couple too, but I wish we got more of them. I feel like we saw more of the lead up to them than after once they were a couple. We just didn't get enough time of the two of them at all. They seemed to be the only two levelheaded people in the whole show, other than maybe the mom.

As for Sangnuea and Naphitch, we hardly saw them together at all so I don't really think they can be called a couple. Naphitch really only caused trouble the whole series. He had a bad attitude, caused problems, bit the family enemy and that's about it. Sangnuea just seemed weird or off to me from the start, so I wasn't surprised he was the bag guy at all. The reveal of it though was so boring I skipped through half of the episode. Nothing about him excited me at all.

The show was just awful. The first couple episodes had potential for the show to be a proper ABO show but then it took a huge cliff dive. It became less about the omegaverse and more about plotlines we didn't care about at all. If it continued focusing on the omegaverse and less about everything else, I think it could've been a decent show.

The show was just a whole bunch of nothing. There was nothing interesting going on after the first couple episodes. There was so much talking and not nearly enough showing. What I mean is that the entire show was characters were talking about things that happened or how something worked, instead of showing it to us. the characters were constantly talking about something and then going to other characters and telling them the same thing and it was just that over and over again. It was like we were constantly being told a recap of everything we already knew.

A list of a very few things that were wrong with this show:
-It was called Knot and we didn't even hear about that until the end of the show
-Phatsa didn't get pregnant until the last few minutes of the show
-They didn't get married and instead gave us a crappy half-baked birthday party
-As for the finale, we didn't see the other main characters for more than two minutes in the entire 75 minutes
-The subtitles were awful (luckily, they got a bit better as it went on)
-The writing was awful
-Almost all the characters were unlikeable
-The music wasn't great
-The editing was bad
-The acting was terrible. I'm sorry but it was
-The spicey scenes were so drawn out and long and not in a good way. For this being a show about ABO, there wasn't enough spice scenes either.

These are just a few things that were bad about the show. I can't say enough bad things about this show to be honest and if I could rate it lower, I would.

Jesus Christ. I genuinely can't remember the last time I watched something this spectacularly bad.
How does a guy make it into his twenties without ever hearing about alphas and omegas when he lives in a universe where literally everyone else seems to know what they are? He's spent his entire life in an ABO world where alphas, omegas, and secondary genders are apparently just a normal part of society, yet somehow nobody ever mentioned any of this to him? Not in school? Not by his parents? Not on the internet? If it's public knowledge, that's ridiculous. If it's a closely guarded secret, then why does everyone happily sit him down and explain the entire concept the moment he asks? And if it's supposed to be secret, why are there public clinics where anyone can casually walk in and get their secondary gender identified?
None of this holds up for more than five seconds. The world-building isn't just weak—it's fundamentally broken.
Then there's the acting. I honestly don't know what standards they used when casting these poor guys, but... dear God. Have any of them ever taken an acting class? Joined a drama club? Performed in a kindergarten Mother's Day recital? Anything?
The only explanation I can come up with is that the casting brief was simply "must be hot." Which raises another question: what exactly is Alpha Guy's brother doing here looking like the Thai Michael Jackson?
Okay, okay, that's mean. Making fun of someone's appearance isn't cool. But I swear that man gives me such severe uncanny valley vibes that I feel like I'm about to fall off the couch every time he appears on screen.
The writer deserves a standing ovation too—for all the wrong reasons. There's a famous writing rule: show, don't tell. It applies to TV just as much as novels. This show doesn't just ignore it—it grabs it by the ankles and launches it into low Earth orbit. Need to understand how this universe works? Easy. Character A just explains the entire setting to Character B in one massive exposition dump. Never mind that it often makes zero logical sense. Or, even better, Character B has literally lived in this world since birth, so why is someone explaining basic facts about society to them like they're an alien who landed yesterday? Nothing feels natural. Nothing feels lived-in. Everything feels like actors reading exposition because the audience needs a tutorial. It's so painfully artificial that it makes me physically cringe. I've read fanfiction written by fourteen-year-olds on AO3 that's more coherent than this.
And the chemistry between the leads? Don't waste your time looking for it because it isn't there. You can practically hear the director yelling from behind the camera: "Okay! Now passionately jump each other's bones!" And they respond with way too much wiggling to the point where I feel like I am watching worms wrestle. I've looked at my McDonald's order on cheat day with more sexual tension than these two have together.
Anyway... This show is basically the television equivalent of driving past a horrific car crash. It's objectively awful. It's probably going to haunt me in my sleep. And yet... I can't stop watching.
There's something deeply, deeply entertaining about witnessing a disaster of this magnitude unfold in real time.
