first ep review!

ep 1 is so lite and the people judging it without watching bro 1) if u don't like omegaverse why are you even here? 2) not upto our expectations let's watch a little more EPs ig?
even though I FKING LOVED THEIR ACTING! 🫠🫠🫠 Nakhun's voice so amazing it got me melted and Phatsa I would say kinda lives under the rock he doesn't knows anything abt omegaverse and is the ML it's just a weird ig 🤔
but their scent names would have been a bit commonly knowned ig cause they feel a bit French to me idk why

Pacing is off

main point: Pacing is off and bad script but the actors tried their best with what they got.

I had so much hope for this. We rarely get omegaverse shows so when I saw boat and oat casted for this series I was excited. the best casting choice for a show with this topic. But three episodes in already and I’m disappointed. The pacing and plot is really awkward. I always watch shows half way through before dropping it so three more episodes to give it a fair judgement. On a positive note the actors are giving their all to deliver the story. I did like the vulnerability between phasta and nakhun.

It's good but..

There are little things i want to critique but besides that i loved it. I don't understand how Oats character seems to be the only one (so far at least) unaware about this whole omegaverse happening. Maybe there'll be a reason given at some point but right now i just can't make it make sense. Along with the fact that his secondary gender never affected him until he heard about it.. it was just one of those "wow what a coincidence" moments for me. The editing could also be a bit better. When Boats character and his brother are in the car while the others are fighting, it was a bit too obvious they played the same short fight clip when showing it through the car. I did have a complaint about the terrible translations and fortunately they're fixed now:)! Excited for the next episode.

The complaints on ep 2- I wanna applaud boatoat for their acting. I can definitely understand how the "NC" scene was awkward or weird for some people but as someone who has been reading/watching about the omegaverse for a long time, their execution was perfect. Obviously it's gonna aggressive when they're literally supposed to be animals in heat/rut.

Such a good BL and ABO series

Even though only the first episode is out, I already love it so much. I could rewatch it without getting tired. I'd say this is a good series if you like ABO/Omegaverse. I always loved ABO/Omegaverse and this just meets my expectations so well. The actors make it look really realistic and the setting for the scenes are really well chosen. Two main characters have strong chemistry which makes it even better. Theres nothing bad to say. I can't wait for the next episode to come out next week. 10/10 would reccommend.

Same Team, Same Problems.

I’m at episode three, and will be giving them another episode or two. I figure that it will either be more of the same and I’ll drop it, like I should have with My Stubborn; or they’ll manage pull themselves up by their bootstraps, and make it worth persisting. There are stupid devices being used here, that make the writing look like sabotage. The direction is very inconsistent, to the point where Oat’s bad acting is screaming and waving its arms in one scene, then he’s being directed into almost naturalistic acting in the next. Even the absolutely stellar chemistry between the leads isn’t making itself heard over the cringe-factor. I’m not optimistic.

great

I really like the first episode this is what a real BL series looks like. the actors have so much chemistry on screen together and I love the way the storyline is going. just can't wait for the next episodes. I would definitely be watching this entire series. it's perfect. and the flash backs was great nice add to the storyline. the main characters are really interesting to me. the only thing I didn't care about was the bite on the neck scene that should have not been a part of the storyline. what was that scene for other than that it's a great series I have to change it because episode 2 it was a letdown especially when it came today in nc scene it was weird how I could do was laugh or the scene I don't even know if you should call it the NC scene. I did was rolling around and do other weird crap one the bed they only get one more chance to fix it. but at least is serious didn't remove or cut there nc scenes Even if the scenes are weird viewers were able to see the scene

the people are lying to you

as an omegaverse enjoyer, this show is straight dookie!!

bad acting, bad writing, bad pacing. Honestly, the only interesting thing is the abo concept but it’s hard to enjoy when it’s overshadowed by pure cringe and wooden actors.

I don’t know if I can keep watching this show, these 4 episodes have felt like a chore to get through. I was excited for live-action committed omegaverse but this is just not good :(

Episode 4 was a totally waste of time, Phasta being jealous over Nakhun having previous partners before him which was so stupid. then, Nakhun lying about being shot for literally no reason. Also this female Alpha (I think she is) randomly showing up and there’s been little to no info on who she is or her connection to any of these characters. Zero time spent on actually developing / build up to NakhinOngsa relationship, Nakhin just suddenly kissed him for no reason and is now into him ???

It's just all over the place

It feels off for some reason, like super awkward in most scenes. I can't pinpoint exactly what, screenplay/direction/editing, something is not working.
There are issues with the plot, hopefully it will be fixed in coming episodes. The acting is bad, partially probably due to bad direction as well. They have chemistry, but the NC scenes so far felt very uncomfortable. I was looking forward to a series that included all aspects of omegaverse, but I don't know if this will be enjoyable.

I don’t think the directors ever read Omegaverse

It feels like they asked AI to summarize the genre and yolo’d. As a huge OV fan who loved “Desire: ABO”, I’m extremely disappointed.
The acting is weak, the system of OV is confusing, the script itself sometimes makes little sense to me. It lacks the heart that Desire had, and a lot if this I attribute to both the script and directing.
All in all I gave BO a second chance after the disaster that was “My Stubborn”, but I think they still need more work.

Good ABO Starter

It's a good starter for omegaverse world in live series, the complexity of abo world is simplified, but as someonw who red countless of abo novels, it's has no depth (oraybe we will wait and see).
My main critics here will be the acting. The main characters are acceptable, but overall casts, are just too awkward that it sometimes distracting watching the series.
Still I'm looking forward to this every week, as I enjoy watching it.

A Promising Omegaverse Romance That Loses Momentum

My most anticipated drama of 2026 has finally arrived. As someone who absolutely loves the Chinese ABO Omegaverse genre and adored My Stubborn, I went into this with incredibly high expectations because it felt like the best of both worlds coming together.

The biggest highlight is still seeing Boat and Oat reunited once again. They proved in My Stubborn how incredible their chemistry is, and they remain the strongest part of this series. Oat is great as Phatsa, while Boat perfectly captures Nakhun's commanding presence and cold personality, making him feel like a believable True Alpha.

Without revealing too much, the story follows Phatsa, who lives an ordinary life until a chance encounter with Nakhun, a powerful and emotionally guarded Alpha, changes everything. Suddenly drawn into a hidden world of Alphas, Betas, and Omegas, the two become bound by a fate neither of them expected. As their connection deepens, they must navigate trust, destiny, and the challenges that come with being fated mates.

M Flow Entertainment continues to deliver excellent production quality. The acting is solid, the fight choreography is well done, everyone looks fantastic on screen, and the soundtrack fits the emotional moments perfectly. The world building is also one of the stronger aspects of the series. I still appreciate that Phatsa is an Omega who can fight instead of constantly needing to be rescued, which makes him a refreshing protagonist.

Unfortunately, after such a strong start, the series has gradually lost momentum. The plot has become weaker with each episode, introducing too many characters and side stories that do not add much to the overall narrative. At times the story feels like it is wandering without a clear direction, and there are moments that simply do not make much sense.

The intimate scenes have also been disappointing. While I understand this is an ABO series, some of the NC scenes feel awkward, especially with characters remaining partially clothed, which makes the scenes look strange rather than passionate. Boat and Oat also had noticeably stronger chemistry in My Stubborn, so their relationship here has not felt quite as convincing or emotionally engaging.

My rating has steadily dropped from a 10 to a 9.5, then a 9, then an 8.5, and now 7.5. While I am still enjoying parts of the series, especially the leads, production quality, and world building, I cannot ignore that each episode has felt a little weaker than the last. I still hope the second half can turn things around because the potential is definitely there, and I genuinely want this series to live up to the incredible start it had.

Very impressed

I can’t even lie
I’m very impressed with every one and everything going on in this series
They did their research and it’s definitely giving budget !
I also love the noticeable improvement of the actors
It’s the first time I’ve watched a series and rewatched it again while looking forward to the next episode
I understand that it might not be everyone’s cup of tea
But it’s undeniably so good if you’re into omegaverse..
I’m always looking forward to the next episode with extreme levels of excitement

It’s that good for me !
A solid 1000 over 10 for me can’t even make this up ! ❤️
