Choi Ji Woo (Temptation, The Suspicious Housekeeper), Choi Won Young (I Remember You, Kill Me, Heal Me) and Lee Sang Yoon (Liar Game, Angel Eyes) are to be in the tvN drama, Second Time Twenty Years Old starting August 28. The writer is So Hyun Kyung, who wrote Two Weeks and 49 Days, as well as several other well known dramas. The director is Kim Hyung Sik, who also directed Secret Door and worked with Choi Ji Woo in The Suspicious Housekeeper.
Plot: Ha No Ra (Choi Ji Woo) is a 38-year-old housewife who decides to go back to school and experience college life. She got married and became a mother at the age of 19. She is accepted into the same college as her 20 year old son and his girlfriend. No Ra's husband, Kim Woo Chul (Choi Won Young) and her first love, Cha Hyun Suk (Lee Sang Yoon) are also professors in that college.
This looks like it will be funny. I am not really into rom-coms, but I'm sure this will be wonderful for all of you romantic comedy genre lovers.
Cha Hwa Yun, who has been in numerous supporting roles, will now take the lead the in MBC weekend drama, Mom. It starts on September 5 after Make a Woman Cry ends. The director is Oh Kyung Hoon. The writer is Kim Jun Soo, who also wrote The Firstborn and If Tomorrow Comes.

The only other information I could find is that: Jang Seo Hee will play Kim Yoon-Hee, who is the first daughter. Kim Suk Hoon will play Kim Young Jae, who is the first son. Lee Tae Sung will play Kim Gang-Jae, who is the second son. I couldn't find information on the 4th child. This will be Lee Tae Sung's first drama since his return from military service.
No trailer at this time.
I am all in for the reason that Lee Tae Sung is in this and I absolutely love him. Plus, the story does sound interesting.
Baek Jin Hee (Pride and Prejudice, Triangle) and Yoon Hyun Min (Falling for Innocence, Discovery of Romance) will lead the MBC Saturday and Sunday drama, My Daughter, Geum Sa Wol. It starts September 5 after Flower of the Queen ends. It will be Yoon Hyun Min's first leading role. One of the directors Baek Ho Min and writer, Kim Soon Ok worked together on Come! Jang Bo Ri. Kang Chan Bin (Yoon Hyun Min) is a second-generation chaebol and the director of a construction company. He is attracted to Geum Sa Wol, who was born on the same day as him and so is fated to love him.
I am so watching this drama! I am too excited. I love makjang dramas and Jang Bo Ri is one of my favorites, so seeing the writer/director team back in action is daebak. Baek Jin Hee is one of my favorite actresses. I have adored Yoon Hyun Min from the first time I saw him in Cruel City. I love that his lead role is going to be in this drama. Can't wait.
After appearing as brother and sister in the highly acclaimed MBC drama, Kill Me, Heal Me, Hwang Jung Eum (Secret) and Park Seo Joon (Witch's Romance) will be leads in the new MBC drama 'She was Pretty'. No trailers at this time, but here is a script reading picture:
I am so torn with this drama. For me Hwang Jung Eum is a hit and miss. I liked her in Secret and didn't hate her in Kill Me, Heal Me, but I'm far from liking her as an actress. Plus, Siwon comes across as sleezy/cheesy to me and blah. However, I am a fan of Go Joon Hee and Park Seo Joon. I am not really into dramas based on looks. na ottokae?
Jang Hyuk (Shine or Go Crazy, Fated to Love You) and Han Chae Ah (You are the Only One, The Bridal Mask) will star in KBS2 sageuk drama, The Innkeeper, which starts September 23, is taking the Wednesday/Thursday slot when Assembly ends. The script adaptation is written by Jung Sung Hee, featuring the lives of tradesmen in the late Joseon era. Kim Min Jung (Gap Dong) and Yoo Oh Sung (Spy, Joseon Gunman) will also be in the drama.

Bong Sam is known to be tough and not to give in to threats or political influence. Jo So Sa (Han Chae Ah) is Bong Sam's love interest. I'm sure those of you that regularly read my articles know that I am not into saeguk dramas, but this sounds like a good one. I loved Maids because it wasn't typical. This also doesn't sound typical. I like the cast also. I will probably wait for comments to decide if I should watch it. Plus, it doesn't hurt that Yoo Oh Sung is in it.
