Kim Sae Ron to resume activities after two years of self-reflection
Lee Da Hee is in talks to join the upcoming OCN drama "Island: Season 1"
On May 17th, media outlet DongA reports that Lee Da Hee is confirmed to replace Seo Ye Ji in the upcoming OCN drama "Island: Season 1.” Lee Da Hee's agency Santa Claus Entertainment responded to the reports and reiterated that their artist indeed received the casting offer and she's still reviewing it.
"Island: Season 1" will revolve around a woman who is not aware of her sad and cruel fate and a man who's in search for the woman to end his cursed immortal life. They will meet at an island that looks beautiful but full of evil and mysteries.
If Lee Da Hee accepts the casting offer, she will play the character of Won Min Ho, the only daughter and heiress of the Daehan Group. Due to her arrogant and selfish attitude, her father sent her to Jeju Island to work as a high school ethics teacher.
Meanwhile, Kim Nam Gil confirmed for the upcoming drama and he will play the role of Van, he's an immortal and a deadly monster hunter. ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo is also in talks to join the drama as Kang Chan Hyuk.
Lee Da Hee previously appeared in the 2021 tvN drama "L.U.C.A.: The Beginning" along with Kim Rae Won, Kim Sung Oh, Kim Sang Ho, Jung Da Eun, Park Hyuk Kwon, and more.
