Cinema and High fashion

Hi!

I'm working on the relationship between cinema and high fashion and I'd like asian examples. Not movies about high fashion like a character being a designer, but movies with characters wearing high fashion without it being said (or not a lot). Like for example in Breakfast at Tiffany's Audrey Hepburn wear a dress made especially for her by her friend Givenchy. I'd like examples from all asia not just Japan and South Korea.
