First Thai "BL":  Bangkok Love Stories 2: Innocence (ok, it's not really a true BL, but it has a gay couple and it was the first Thai drama I had ever watched as well.) I loved Max and Ten in it and their last scene made me tear up. 

1st (actual) Thai BL: Together With Me 

Last Thai BL:  Present Still Perfect

I haven't watched anything Thai since this one, although I'm thinking of watching KinnPorsche since I've seen so many people talk about it.

You should definitely watch KinnPorsche...you will not regret it! by far the best Thai bl to have come out this year

I love a good list so I add all my completed to titles in a custom list here on MDL. The only first I was 100% sure of was Wish You as my first Korean BL. 

That's a good practice, even i have to start keeping list of dramas I watch as per month wise
