Yes, that's also my impression. (In this respect, it reminds me of the Korean remake of "Why R U?")

Although I'm enjoying LITA-J, so far it's a pretty direct (but compressed) remake of a good original that doesn't need remaking.

RE: LITA-J - I'm on the same page! I'm still enjoying it for what it is, but so much is lacking due to this abbreviated version. I keep wanting to go back to each original ep for a rewatch, but I don't have that kind of time. 

I'd like to see more, but original BL J-dramas with the tough guy/cutie pie* trope. It's a fav of mine, when done well. 

*Cutie pie - Not OTT/silly/clumsy/self-degrading like J-dramas generally tend to do.

So far (i.e. after one episode), my impression is that the actual series falls a bit short of the trailers (not surprising for Mandee) - and why put out trailers that reveal so much that it's almost unnecessary to watch the series? That being said, I'm enjoying it, mainly because Kong and Thomas are so good. It's also fun to see the new Domundi Gen 4 actors (Por, Patji, AuAu and Save) in roles for the first time.

Sorta like Jadeheart, but not...I've been going through and organizing my YT playlists so they make some kind of sense. I need to be doing other things but when the mood strikes I go with it. Of course my music lists take the longest cuz I have to stop and listen too!

Haha, me too. 

I have watched some group watch BLs in the morning cuz it was fitting better time-zone-wise to match with most of the group and the posts. There's a couple of us with far west time zones and everyone else is further ahead. :-)
