Very hectic workday so made a savory porridge from instant oatmeal and frozen shitake mushrooms and aifryer chicken breast fillets (briefly marinated in lemon and cajun seasoning). I need to find more savory oatmeal recipes -- I think I like it more than the sweet breakfast stuff

I had a mild spice Jamaican paddy earlier, slowly getting hungry again, though.

for lunch, I had rice , some curry and fish 

For dinner this will be: sour soup with meatballas made from pork with rice


For lunch had some potato stew without any onion ?

double smashburger with bacon and cheese. may not need to eat for a while!

Little store down the road had fresh tomatoes from a local source.  Tomato sandwich for dinner. 

chicken fillet, garlic mash and broccoli. And I was hungry so it was extra awesome lol

one red (hot pink?) babybel cheese and hummus with brown rice cakes

Chicken breasts simmered with tomato and onion, Tex-Mex potato salad, broccoli. Bread pudding for dessert.

We’ve had family over for the weekend.  Last night I made tacos. Today was cheese ravioli with red sauce.  I made a “Greek” salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, red peppers, feta, and fresh basil to go along with it and some crusty bread.
