If you have don't really have the money or don't want to pay there is always this method (assuming you have 'developer tools' or whatever your browser calls it enabled).
Step 1: Right Click, Inspect the Webpage (just right click a part of the screen with no text or video or image or buttons). You can see I picked the empty space above the video.
Step 2: Make sure in the 'Inspect' Mode, you have Network selected. In Network, find the Media tab. Now refresh the page with your Inspect Mode, Network, Media still open and you should see a list of items like in the picture. Locate the video.

Step 3: Once you have located the row which is your video, right click anywhere on that row and open it up in a new tab.

The green arrows show you a less obvious video from a Rapidgator server. The name is a bunch of random numbers and letters. But you can see the time escalates if you let it run which should indicate it is the video.
Step 4: Your new tab should be open with the video in it. You might have to press the play button. As long as you see what's in the red box down below, even if it's a much smaller one... you're in the right place. Hit the play button if it doesn't automatically start playing. Right click anywhere on the video and "Save video as".

Step 5: Go to where you want to save it, rename it to what you want, save it and start downloading (which can take an hour or two or more depending on your connection, the video servers you are downloading from).

One last note: some streaming sites have ways to prevent this method from working but you should be able to find a server. For example if the "Local" option did not work on Dramahood, the backup was Rapidgator (in green). Legitimate sites that pay for subscriptions like DramaFever and Viki likely have the software to stop this method from working. Non-Legitimate sites that subtitle without a license or steal from legitimate sites and the servers they use to host the videos usually don't have the protection to stop this method.
The good thing about this method is you are installing nothing. Developer Tools is not an App or Extension from a third party you're downloading.
