Top 10 Male Actors that SUCK LIPS in a KDrama

In a recent discussion that came up regarding Ha Suk Jin, who is currently appearing in Radiant Office, he's been identified as one of the male actors that SUCK LIPS like there is no tomorrow. A specific show that gives you good evidence of this is 1% of Something. After reviewing one of his KISS compilations on youtube, I super agree. I am building my mental list right now of who should be on my top 10 and thought I'd pose this to the MDL connoisseurs of KDramas/Films to get your input. Please provide your top 10. When you provide your list, they don't have to be in any order since that could be stressful, but feel free to note if they are or aren't in any priority order.

To be specific, it must not be a tap on the lips like your average KDrama kiss, but an all in kiss (aka French kiss)...whether you see tongue or not is OK, as long as its implied.

Please include your top ten list and give the episode of a show with an example (If you can give the exact time in the episode, that would be appreciated, but optional) If there is already a youtube video of it, surely provide that a link to that video here. If it is in a compilation video on youtube, again, the exact time in the video is appreciated. A GIF is fine too.

Finally, the example provided must be from a show within the last 10 years. 2007 forward.

when it comes to sucking lips lee jong suk and park seo joon is the best for me. Special mention to their kissing scenes in Doctor Stranger and A Witch Romance.

I added my top 5, but 4 of them are Chinese, so I deleted them ..... I can't delete Wallace Chung from above, b/c something is wrong w/ the system.
Sorry, I guess I find the Chinese are more passionate kissers, and show more feeling.
I would add Jung Il Woo, or Gong Yoo in Coffee Prince, but the kisses are not as good in other dramas :(

Lee Joon Gi delivered a great kiss in the first episode of Flower of Evil... it's a gentle/romantic husband and wife moment but it's very intimate, I just about fell off the couch when I saw he bit her bottom lip! Park Seo Joon has several in What's Wrong With Secretary Kim, no closed-mouth-mashing to be seen in that one.
