Thank you hair stylist for cutting her hair/taking off her extensions.
I just got to say that this is the first drama where i don't even care about the romance or who the OTP is. Just give me more Cha family antics and NY/MR bff's scenes. But MW needs to get off. Seriously he knows ES doesn't like him but he is still so damn pushy and the writers need to give ES character some growth since she is the only one who hasn't change in the entire drama.

Revy girl we often think alike... I was just thinking that the MAIN CHARACTER has not changed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not even one bit, the only thing that has changed is her falling in love, thats all, but she hasn't changed. Not that I mind much, I mean, this drama is really the best Romantic Comedy I have seen in my drama watching period!! And I have seen quite a few given that Koreans love to make romantic comedies... I really liked the way things developed in episode 11. I was even crying for MW because now Im staring to think (and it is not an excuse to be who you are but its a lot of influence) that he is the way he is because of how his mother has raised him, and continues to treat him. He is not exactly like her, and that is good... I think he deserves to be happy. But I will accept whatever the writers give me... at this point in the drama, there is no chance for disappointments :D
Currently watching episode 12.

Girl great minds think alike. MW does deserve to be happy but he needs someone that will feel the same way about him & who his mom likes.
Gonna watch ep 12 later. Watching my hubby Ryu Jin scenes from A Thousand Kisses

Oh so thats why you were like MW BACK OFF!!! Yes I had the same feeling at the end of episode 11, but now Im a happy camper :D
I think MW and Ice Cream should be together [I don't even remember her name...hahaha] (: I actually love both of the main leads in this drama, and the second main girl I even like. I love Ji Heon and Eun Seol together - honestly he is too cute for words!! Everytime he does something it's so adorable! I like MW a lot, too, but I agree with you guys - he doesn't like Eun Seol that way, he liked Ice Cream first but I think he kinda rebounded on Eun Seol because of her personality. I want him to be happy, too (: And I love the family, too! Haha.

If we could only get this translated!

LIBRA!!!!! I HAVE MISSED YOU! It has been so long since you were last on *pout* Come over to the chat thread and lets make Lis-nim cringe, ne?
Protect the Boss X Files I so want to watch that hahaha.
Episode 12 was awesome, as usual from this drama that is just too perfect. Ji Sung is incredible, I mean his expressions, his eyes, he is so natural!! I cant believe this guy, he is so great. Im kind of sad because I know something bad is going to happen... they are setting up the mood for it, and I'm inpatient.
Protect the Boss confirms extension

wrote: Wednesday-Thursday SBS drama Protect the Boss starring Choi Kang-hee, Ji Sung, Wang Ji-hye and Kim Jaejoong, has been confirmed for a 2-episode extension, bringing the final episode count up to 18.There’s been talk of an extension, though the ratings for the show are in that mid-teens range, where it’s not quite a runaway hit, but it’s been performing solidly throughout. The Princess’s Man has taken a firm lead in the Wed-Thu primetime slot, recording 21.1% ratings this week, while Boss has kept a steady second place, this week coming in around 14.8%.
That pushes follow-up drama Tree With Deep Roots back another week, which will certainly benefit the high-budget production. Tree is the highly anticipated sageuk from the writers of Queen Seon-deok, about the life of King Sejong the Great, starring Jang Hyuk, Han Seok-kyu, Shin Se-kyung, and Song Joong-ki.

I think so too, everything has been too mild up to now.

I still love this drama. And I thought the dad holding onto Dooly was just hilarious and the way Ji Sung's character is attached to it, it's too cute.
So... i just saw episodes 13 and 14 and its just a BOMB! I love it love it love it! There are so many great scenes, that i just HAD TO watch it even without subs. I just uploaded one scene from ep 14 on youtube, so i will post it here. Dont miss it! ^_^

I get warm and fuzzy feelings every time the two boys are together. I love that they are going down the path they should have started when they were kids and all the adults' bickering got in the way of. I also love that they are so childish and competitive with each other, but now it seems more like playing than fighting. That for me were the best parts of these two last episodes. :)

I just noticed a replica of Van Gogh's Starry Night in Ji Heon's room. I love that painting.
Am I the only one whose interest has dropped for the past few episodes? I don't know if it's because the fun seems to be almost gone (mostly because Ji Heon character has become more "mature" and Eun Sol clearly made her choice of boyfriend), or if the underlying plot is boring (the whole corruption thing) or if it has become too predictable (let's do a non-sense break up 3 episodes before the end to regain a bit of dynamism) but I'm not anticipating the episodes with excitement anymore. Geez, they're going to make this even draggier with the 2 episodes extension than it has already become. :/

Wow, I'd like you to read my post on DC about this a couple of weeks ago. We almost said the exact same things.
It's funny because the drama has remained as entertaining as in the beginning, the characters are still as lovable and refreshing, but... but. I've been stuck on episode 12 for something like two weeks now and it took me 2 days to complete it.

Just like you, the news about the extension marked my drop in interest. I'm not thrilled at all by the whole corruption sub-plot - or even better: I couldn't care less. I hate money issues in dramas. And I'm beginning to lose interest in the love pairing too. I know this is about the affirmation of Eun Sol as a woman of true character and I say more power to her! But the excitement of the beginning is gone.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I started thinking I was weirder than I already am. :p
