@Ranie - Aside from Signal (which you've seen), That Winter, The Wind Blows is probably my all-time favorite drama. <333 It's just so beautiful, I love it.

Also, the movie Always is fantastic and you should really check it out.

LOL, ironically (and I SWEAR this wasn't intentional, I just realized that I did this....), both the movie and the drama have a blind female lead. xD

... I don't love them because they are historical haha but good historical dramas tend to get to me even though I avoid them because they are long xD

(Please come Back, Mister was really boring... and the story was kind of messed up)
@ werwiewowas95, I really don't know much on your list, but I've spotted two movies I absolutely loved.
First: Yuuki, it has such an beautiful & touching story, I really, reallly recommend watching it!
Second: Norwegian Wood, it's an amazing film. If you haven't read the original novel from Murakami, I recommend reading that too (and other of his books)!

@Nezumi

While I have only seen a handful on your PTW list-- my favorite of those is Cunning Single Lady. I don't remember much aside from It it being packed with clichés (including abnormally long elevator rides) but I enjoyed it...

I would take Noble My Love off the list. It was short yet it dragged.
I just started it, but am already enjoying it so: Cruel City!
@izaya

It's Okay, That's Love - an absolutely stunning drama, very well acted.
Kill Me, Heal Me - Ji Sung is absolutely AMAZING in this drama.
@ViolinGal

Nobuta wo Produce is a must see!!!! I can't tell you how many times I've watched this drama. Yamapi is amazing in it and it is a very great coming of age story.
love me if you dare - One of my favourite Chinese dramas.
angry mom - the plot is interesting
@rachael00

I would say either Kill me Heal me or Innocent Man.
@Pelin

Emergency Couple: Not everyone's cup of tee to be honest, however I really LOVED this drama and enjoyed the plot. One of the few dramas that I have rewatched!
Gu Family Book: It's one of the few historical dramas that I've seen since I don't really like historical dramas but since it has fantasy in it I gave it a try and It's one of my all time favourites, you should definitely see it.
Reply 1994: You don't necessarily need to see Reply 1997 since it's not a sequel. I enjoyed the plot of this drama and how the relationships of the characters unfold.
