    • Lovers in Paris - they didnt know they were half brothers until midway or at the end of the drama
    • Weightlifting fairy kim bokjoo - ML likes FL, FL likes SML but, SML doesnt really love FL. So love triangle but not really love rivals.
    • 3rd hospital - adopted brothers, who kinda but i am not really sure liked one girl.

Lost Love In Times

The Imperial Doctress

(second lead syndrome is especially bad if they're brothers lol)

Many examples given above. Some of my fave shows with this theme :

1. Coffee Prince (Both Cousins like the female leads)

2. Beautiful Gong shim

3. Cain and Abel (brothers)

4. My spring days (Brothers like the female leads in succession)

5. King of Baking Kim Tak Gu (Brothers)

6. Bad Guy (adopted siblings)

7.

Woah... I knew there had to be more out there, but I didn't expect to get so many this quickly.  Thanks so much guys! :D

I've updated the list above.  And added a few titles to the bottom that need verification, so if anyone can help with that, please let me know. :)

* I'll update the Custom List later tonight.

The ones I didn't add (which don't really meet the requirements) are:

  • Coffee Prince
  • Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo

Lost Love In Times

The Imperial Doctress

(second lead syndrome is especially bad if they're brothers lol)

I forgot to add that both of the dramas are 'half brothers'

If cousins who are practically like brothers is acceptable, I'd suggest the following:

  • Cinderella and the Four Knights
  • Protect the Boss
  • Secret Garden
  • Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo

Not cousins, but as uncle and nephew:

  • Thirty But Seventeen

If they were raised together (in the same household) and are more like brothers than cousin/cousin or uncle/nephew, that would be fine.  :)

Weightlifting Fairy was already mentioned, but it seems only one brother is actually in love with the girl?

Cinderella and the Four Knights didn't have them raised together, but when the story takes place they're living together. I think of those I suggested, Thirty But Seventeen best fits your criteria.

Admittedly I totally forgot that the cousin in Weightlifting Fairy didn't return her feelings, so yeah that one's out.

Okay, I've added Thirty But Seventeen.  Thanks! :)

  • Five Fingers - just checked, they are half brothers through their dad
  • Go princess Go - also just checked, they are half brothers. The ML is the crown prince while the 2nd ML is the 9th prince
  • 3rd hospital - also checked this one, and ithere is no love rivalry in this drama, there is a love triangle (kinda) but they have their own romances
  • Lovers in Paris (2009) - is the philipine remake of the korean drama, so same set up.  Philippine dramas also?
