Unique connection

Drama where the leads share a unique connection that brings them together while simultaneously makes the second leads seem like innocent children who doesn't understand. 

Like maybe both are orphans, grown up in similar circumstances, children of murderers, or whatever tragic or pitiful past that binds them together.
