Not aware of any FLs with germaphobia or OCD, but several with other phobias or similar conditions:

• Itaewon Class - Sociopath.
• It's Okay to Not Be Okay - Sociopath.
• It's Okay, That's Love - Intimacy phobia (a secondary male character has OCD). 
• Flower Boy Next Door - Social phobia.
• The Happy Loner - Social phobia.
• The K2 - Social phobia / anxiety / PTSD (ML has PTSD from different trauma). 
• Just Between Lovers - Claustrophobia / PTSD (ML experienced similar trauma + had similar psychological impacts). 
• Come and Hug Me - PTSD.
• Healer - PTSD.
