Stats formula for app diff than web version

I just recently celebrated having watched over 9000 eps but I happened to look at my numbers on app and the the eps are about 1000 short (!!!). Movies are off too.   From what I can see the missing numbers are from not including drama eps watched from those on my Hold list and my Dropped list.  Please include these (again). I think these were in sync in the past but maybe formula has been modified.  Whatever formula you choose should be in sync across platforms.   Thanks, in advance!
