Ahh I didn’t realize they actually said that until I saw Lazy Subber post that too lol. (I though you were saying it as a joke or something lol). I hope they’re not getting hate from people; if anyone should get hate, it should be those illegal uploaders! Unfortunate that that they had to change their scheduling plans, but hopefully this will solve their view problem and they’ll get all the support they deserve!
Log into YouTube to see if 2gether is uploaded yet...imagine my surprise when I see on my home screen instead not one but TWO new episodes from My Engineer! Yay happy day!
Just finished this and really enjoyed it! It kept me interested until the end, and I'm very happy with how it ended (it left me sad in a way but also satisfied and I think it was the right way to go). I loved Na Ra and her kick-ass squad. I loved Byung Hun, his goofiness and supportiveness. And I absolutely adored the sweet puppy dog that was Jin Ho. If you enjoy ahjumma dramas (as I've heard one user on here refer to them as and love haha) then definitely check this one out!
Not having read the books and not having watched this (obviously since it hasn’t been released yet lol) my guess…
So as an example, one of the leads in Love Mechanics had an unrequited crush on Bar, which we see in TOSSARA. Since that unrequited crush is the setup for Love Mechanics, it may help to know that backstory, but it probably isn’t necessary, especially if you just read the synopsis (which gives you all the info you need to know for the setup) and if they make a small reference to it at the beginning of Love Mechanics to set the stage. Also, TOSSARA didn’t make any reference to the storyline for This Is Love, so I doubt Love Mechanics will (based on the synopsis). Again, just my prediction based on the first installment lol ^^
Anyone knows if this can be watched even without watching Tossara and Love Mechanics? Even if this is directed…
Not having read the books and not having watched this (obviously since it hasn’t been released yet lol) my guess is that you can probably watch it as a stand alone, but there may be references to other characters or prior events that you may not catch or understand had you not watched the other ones. Example from TOSSARA below the spoiler.
Let's be honest, it's crystal clear the role of Gun was supposed to be portrayed by someone else, someone with…
"less personality than a plant" made me laugh so hard lol. Your comment also got me me thinking: I remember when they announced the cast change and I guess they were just short on suitable alternatives, but they definitely could/should have changed some of the lines to accommodate this change. The part about him being so "muscle-y" in episode 4 sticks out clearly; there were probably other small, similar changes they could have made as well, and it wouldn't have cost them any time or money to do it.
Ep 7 sealed the fate of this show for me. They seem more like bro’s than lovers. Sarawat always looks disgusted…
I think they have amazing bromance in real life (from what I’ve seen) and maybe that’s transferring on screen as well haha. I can see what you mean, though I don’t think I’d call it a look of disgust (just my interpretation, though). I think it’s more that Tine is still trying to figure out and understand his feelings for Wat, and Wat is moving too fast for him. I don’t think Tine is ready yet for the kissing because he’s still caught off guard by this newfound emotion, and I’m hoping that once he fully comes to terms with it, we’ll be able to feel the romance and passion in their kisses.
Bahaha I love the scene in the music club where Dim is trying to find a female lead to be Wat’s opposite and Green is right there raising his hand with all the ladies and Dim is just like, “No Green, girls only.” Lol the humor is so good. So subtle and so on point.
A note on pacing (since it’s been brought up and I just want to add my two cents haha): I do feel like this episode progressed more quickly than previous ones (it felt like a lot happened!), but I think it’s because we spent so much sweet time on the buildup. We are halfway through, though, and things were getting a *bit* repetitive in terms of developing the relationship, so I’m glad to see the drama start to turn in a new direction and interested to see what’s next in store for our boys.
Haha I did notice that for being a decade older than ML, FL's face looked a lot smoother and more flawless in…
Ohh I didn't notice it compared to other actresses! I'll have to look next time. Yes she's very pretty and awesome in this role! And since they already noted the age difference at the beginning of the series (at least I think I remembering them doing that), it does seem kind of silly to try to make her look younger.
