My range is broad and I like complexity and variety. Just need to be in the right mood to watch whatever the hell I decide to watch.

What made this weird is I’ve gotten so used to kdramas and cdramas everything being so tame with them that this one totally threw me for a loop. But not in a bad way.

I agree! I loved it from beginning to end. If you’ve gotten that far and still aren’t enjoying it I just don’t think this one is your cup of tea. And that’s perfectly okay.

That was hella weird! I was following until that final episode. Then they lost me. Like, what?! I mean it was good, interesting. But damn the way they wrapped that all up was weird.

But then I scroll down and read all the comments from experienced jdrama watchers and realized it’s just another day in jdrama-land.

I guess because it was premeditated they consider it murder. He had time to make a conscious decision to kill him when he could have called the cops. But I agree than he could have gotten the charges dropped with that victim’s help. However! That’s only if you can trust the system and we all know that’s not always the case.

I don’t get the purpose of switching though…I’m stumped on that one.

That entire last episode was weird af. I kept thinking it’d ease up, but no! They go and hit us with that last line to just lock in the WTF-ness on us! Omg! Lol!

What if the girl gets pregnant? How are they going to explain that to the people around them when they’ve seen no other guys around her? It’s so weird!!!

Nah. She was dating the main antagonist in the very beginning but only ever dated one of the male protagonists. They both liked her but once the cop guy realized she liked the prosecutor guy back he gave up, since he was friends with them both.

I remember hearing it has something to do with Chinese rules about gender swapping on tv. I don’t think they’re allowed to portray it as really having happened so the drama wrote that part in to be in compliance.

You can say the acting in a drama was bad and not hate on the actors. That’s a terrible assumption to infer. Just wanted to point that out. I don’t think you were attacking though. I think you were just trying to make that person stop and think. But same here.

Right! It’s so ridiculous! If you don’t like him don’t watch him! Simple as that. Is it necessary to leave hateful posts? No, it isn’t. Jeez! If he did something terrible and deserved to be treated poorly I’d get it but this whole bashing culture just because you don’t like an entertainer needs to stop. They are PEOPLE just like us. If you can’t show support to someone just shut up and move on to the next. How hard is that?

Pan Duo’s straight up stalker behavior is very annoying which is extra frustrating because I really like her character otherwise. A lot! But her behavior towards SML isn’t cute, funny or even okay. If it was all meant to be satire then ok but it’s not. She’s soooo great otherwise though.
