I agree, it was too weird, and also some things didn't quite make sense (like how did Shen Yi manage to draw Eggshell's inner demon, is he psychic now?). It kind of reminded me of those really strange and contrived old Sherlock Holmes mysteries and how he somehow manages to extrapolate an insane amount of specific details from some very sparse clues...and Shen Yi even quoted Sherlock Holmes... It feels like they started off with a really out there plot to gain attention, but it just threw me off. But eps 3-4 pulled me back in and made me cry.
I seem to remember that most (if not all) of the cases in s1 were based on real cases, but I'm wondering if that's true in season 2.
It was kind of cute, but... they keep saying that Muenfah looks so scary, but he doesn't look scary at all? Just expressionless... Oh and his crew look a lot scarier 😂
