No, Sifeng is probably one of the most selfless characters I have encountered.

If you are up for angst, give Love and Redemption a try. Beware though, once you start this drama, the name Sifeng will be imbedded in your brain. 🤣🤣🤣

that cliffhanger, ahh sht here we go again YXW acting behind TTJ's back just to make another misunderstanding…
It's lazy writing. Writers didn't know how to segue into making TTJ "evil" again because they made him too good so they made YXW/LSS as the scapegoat. This act of hers is supposed to set him off.

This thing never happened in the novel. XL was never imprisoned by TTJ and she wouldn't have stupidly rescued him because she is smart and practices the art of the Dao there.
I am sad that they are dumbing her down in the drama. Is it really too much to ask to have strong, smart female characters? 😢
