It's lazy writing. Writers didn't know how to segue into making TTJ "evil" again because they made him too good so they made YXW/LSS as the scapegoat. This act of hers is supposed to set him off.

I am sad that they are dumbing her down in the drama. Is it really too much to ask to have strong, smart female characters? 😢
