It's like this. Basically, TTJ is the vessel so once the Evil Bone is taken out, TTJ will die. The Evil Bone comes from Devil God 1.0 so it needs to be destroyed so that he doesn't resurrect after TTJ dies.
LSS/YXW dilemma is that in the drama, she is already falling in love with TTJ. She doesn't want to kill TTJ per se but she needs to save the three realms.
