Started episode 1 and almost crashed out when I saw Yang Bing Yunšš I was so upset itās kinda funny. I appreciated the originalās poker face and subtle expressions and it felt right for the character that I canāt read him clearly. I can read this new one like a book itās irritating š the level of stoic in this new one is not givinggg
I feel likeif anyone was in FL's shoes in real life, they would have mentally died as a child. I get her. I get…
"He is hypocritical and manipulative IMO. In fact he might be darker than her. He could have saved her but he didn't." Yeah, how do you think he got like that?
Yes itās in the latter half. The second couple is kinda cute but the whole thing with his grandparents (which comes up later) gets in the way of the story at some points.
Spot on lol. I'm also seeing a lot of people insist that Ahjin doesn't have antisocial personality disorder (by…
Exactly. Itās not like people with ASPD have NO feelings at all. What they can feel highly depends on the person. The summary is this: ātheir emotional experience is different from that of others, particularly in their limited capacity for empathy and remorse. They may experience emotions like anger, frustration, boredom, and irritability more frequently or intensely, while emotions like happiness or fear may be felt less clearly or deeply. Their emotions are often tied to their own desires and needs, such as frustration when they don't get what they want.ā People are saying the director got it wrong and she doesnāt really have ASPD because sheād never be like that. She doesnāt have to be 100% ruthless all the time to be someone with ASPD. Itās empathy she lacks the most so, in the end sheās frustrated because she canāt have what she wants. But maybe he should have made it clearer that sheās upset by the situation not people dying
How can you say thatš Jun Seo is someone she moulded into who he is since they were children. She told him…
Well, I didn't know about the final X thing, so you just spoiled that for meš The discussion she had with him when he was mad at her and blaming her for the situation, and she was on the floor, telling him about how he didn't save her as a child, and if he left her she would never blame him, but that instead of all that he should be sorry for her and do everything he can for her. He wants to get mad at the situation and start using his own thinking, but whenever she brings that up, he's disarmed and can't think clearly for himself for a while after that. That's her using guilt to control him. He knows she's using him, but as you know, he won't go as far as to harm another person directly for her. But he lets that happen because he thinks he exists for her and that he should. Her actions reaffirm that every time. He's starting to spot that she's just using him and planning to discard him the same way. It's now that he's starting to understand that. And it would be great if he just took the L and nursed his pain, but he's becoming angry instead. It was okay that he was mad at her about the grandma. He's a person, not a mind reader. If she didn't do it, she could've said so. I'm aware that she didn't because she blamed herself and was upset that he didn't trust her, but it doesn't change that she didn't tell him that she didn't do it to him.
From his pov, she's someone who would kill a person- it's true. She can even if she hasn't. If she has a chance, she'll kill any person in her way. She doesn't because it's not that easy to kill and get rid of someone. He's scared of what she'll do because he knows her darkest desires best. He sees her manipulate every situation. How could he trust her, knowing all that? Jae O is different because she's kept the worst things she did from him. And it's possible that even if he knew, he'd still support her because he puts her on a pedestal and thinks she can do no wrong. He doesn't put her on a pedestal. He thinks they belong to each other (which is what he thought as they grew up). Jun Seo's reaction is more natural. If you knew her in real life, you'd be worried she did it too. Also, it's true that she manipulated his thinking as a child because she was in a dire situation, but it doesn't change that his way of thinking (of their relationship) as an adult is directly a result of her influence on him. Her manipulation had consequences, and now he's becoming dangerously obsessive because he's losing his identity, which he thinks is tied to her. Yes, she had to do it at the time, but the damage is done, and it's something that exists because of her actions, no matter the reason she did it in the first place. It's the same way that in the end, he madness is a result of what her parents put her through as a child. In the end, it's their fault that she's like this, even if she's an adult now. Her manipulation is something he can't see through. You can see him struggle with right and wrong because of this. Now that she wants to dispose of him, his world is crumbling. It's a world she built, even if she originally built it out of necessity
What she did with In Gang is understandable because she could not predict that he would do that, she thought she…
She did tell Jun Seo she would come back though. She keeps avoiding telling him that she doesnāt want to be with him like that and itās because she wants to be able to retain some control over him. Tbh even if she tells him firmly he might still lose his shit and crash out anyway but it would still be a product of her original manipulation. Itās a no win situation
Now you guys know that devil didnāt born that way. The world made them. Ahjin since young, she was abused cruelly…
How can you say thatš Jun Seo is someone she moulded into who he is since they were children. She told him his duty in this life is to be sorry to her and to protect her so thatās what he thinks. She has used guilt to control him since he was just a child. She said he should have rescued her in the bathroom that day but itās something she says to keep him obedient. He was a child too and couldnāt actually have saved her š but because she also made him think she was the only one that ever loved him as they were growing up heās bonded to her now. We watched the same show how could you miss thisš yeah, she went through a lot but he and Jae O are literally her first victims. That doesnāt completely absolve them of their wrongs but when youāre talking about their dynamic you have to be clear that itās on her. Jun Seo is acting crazy because he doesnāt know how else to be. He thinks he was put on this earth to protect her but she keeps leaving him and telling him sheāll be back- he canāt understand it and wonāt. Humans are not always perfect robots so because he has his own conscience and is becoming obsessed heās now acting in a way she didnāt plan for. If she stayed by his side he wouldnāt be struggling with his identity rn. His madness is also her creation, sheāll have to bear that. Thatās on her. Donāt turn it on himš
I might be the only one who doesn't want to see her downfall (even if i know it might be coming). At first i really…
If she had left him in one piece he wouldnāt have committed suicide. She pushed him to it and she knows it too. She didnāt have to be so cruel. She brought up his insecurities and basically implied that it was because of his own foolishness that she could come into his family and hurt his grandma like that. She knew what she was doing there. Donāt reduce it. She was putting the blame on him and knew he was fragile. It wasnāt even true that it was his fault. She orchestrated the whole thing. But she made him feel that it was his fault. Yeah most of the people she hurt deserved it, but not In Gang at all. Not this level of hurt
Yeah, how do you think he got like that?
