Is this about the main actress or is there content like this in the series?
The trope of women acting cute or childish in Asian media originated from the Sino-Japanese war, when Japanese men exoticized and sexualized Chinese women. Criticizing these tropes for their harmful and problematic implications does not mean projecting weird thoughts onto these women. It means being aware of how women are represented in the media. These shows or tropes are not cute or enjoyable. They are disturbing and disrespectful. Supporting such tropes despite knowing their history and consequences is truly strange.

Asian shows or tropes that feature actresses who act like a child, either by dressing in childish clothes, speaking in a high-pitched voice, or behaving in a naive or immature way imply paedophilia, which is a serious and harmful issue. It’s not hard to see why this is problematic. Not everyone views these shows or tropes with rose-tinted glasses. It's clear that you guys don't have any knowledge about the study of literature.

just coz shes type casted doesn't mean she loves acting like a 12 yr old. pls stay away from her page if ur just…
You are using an ad hominem fallacy by attacking me personally instead of addressing my argument. I never said that actors who play bad guys or murderers are red flags. That is a false equivalence. Actors who play such roles are usually versatile and do not make their characters look good. But the actress only plays the same type of role - acting like a child and following the lolita concept. I do not see the actress as a child. I see her as a woman who is playing roles that are inappropriate and demeaning for her age and stature. I do not think that acting cute, ditzy, or clumsy are normal traits for female leads. I think they are stereotypes that reinforce the idea that women are weak, naive, and dependent. She acts like a child by doing things that a child would do and not a grown woman. Good example given by someone before: "the scene where she has ink all over her face and tries to get the ML to look at her papers is like a little kid who tries to draw you a picture but does not realize they have marker on their face. It is cute when a real child does it, but it is not cute when it is used as a reason for the ML to fall in love with the FL. That is why I find it disgusting to see stories where they choose women who look like teenagers and make them act like 4-5 year old innocent children"

dear @lushhh some people just not human i guess... maybe they are alien, animal or other species.. they cant understand…
Humans belong to the species Homo sapiens, which is classified as an animal. This is a well-established fact in biology and anthropology. Obviously, you wouldn’t know this since you are too busy watching Lolita.
