I‘m watchin Kill me love me parallel to rewatching LoN and I really wonder why so many people were so outraged at the ML trying to kill Fl here, yet no one is outraged at the violence happening in KmLm.
This drama is one of the best I have ever watched. My only wish would have been a happy ending ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
For me too it is one of the best I‘ve ever watched, despite the shifu arc. I wish it had a happy ending or a second season! I would enjoy seeing the three of them plus Dr Cui working together so much!
Especially the dialogues written in this drama. I know the English subtitles don't really do it justice, but their…
I understand, thank you! Watching the second time now I realized that JC says twice 流水迢迢 to WZ when telling him to give the little clay cat back and they wouldn‘t have to see each other again.
As a native Chinese speaker I am so surprised at how good Wu Jin Yan's voice is! Probably non Chinese speakers…
If you happen to know, how does Li Landi speak compared to WJY? I am studying Chinese and sometimes I found her quite hard to understand in Love of Nirvana.

Do you happen to have an example of where the subtitles do not justice to the dialogue? I have been studying Mandarin fora while and I understand quite a bit but what I understand is of course based on the meaning I once studied, so I don’t know if a non native speaker can even ever really understand the meaning behind it.
I disagree. There was no reason at all for him to stab her. He could just have knocked her out, given how great…
He could not have knocked her out. Then she would have fallen down and everyone would have been alerted. He was definitely not a sadistic character. He put the thumb on her wound to threaten and frighten her to achieve his goals. Same for the ants. He had spent many years working to achieve his goals and JC tried to prevent him and worked against him. She was not a bystander anymore.
it may be a sad ending but it's a good and satisfying one... the acting were brilliantly done and delivered by…
I basically don’t have problems with a sad ending if it is plausible and satisfying. But in Love of Nirvana a very important part of the ending was neither plausible nor satisfying imo.
