DOTS didn't fit the lovey lovey soap opreary drama mould. It was something different! The lead female character was amazingly strong, but still had human vulnerabilities. She was no damsel in distress, but still, at times, needed rescuing. It had action, military and doctors with the love being a sideline, but not quite in the background, but an integral part of the story.
Enjoyed it thoroughly!
